Chapter 36 - Visit

"This!?"

The four of them were speechless looking at the picture. "OH GOD!? Why is the list so big?"

"Do we have to search them one by one?"

"How about we only focus on the last five years?" Kifayat was a transfer student. So the previous senior batch should not know her."

Kifayat agreed.

"We can not guarantee that. Maybe some senior saw her on any special occasions. Kifayat, did not you say a person helped you before on the function and he was the one who is writing these letters."

Kifayat nodded again.

"Still it's unlikely as most if them should be busy or even probably married. So let's mark the last five years seniors." Like this their list got smaller left with only 19 students.

"Who is the most likely to be a suspect among them?"

"I have no idea." Kifayat shook her head.

"Look, this senior brother! He confessed to you before. Maybe it is him."

"Maybe not. I mean he already confessed before. Why would he so secretive then?"

"Then Let's find out about him."

"We are trying to do that Saba." Cyra said with helplessness.

"No I mean let's go to find him."

"How?"

"He told you to write back, right? There must be an address where the letter will be delivered. Let's go to that place together."

Kifayat, Cyra, Lia looked at Saba with surprised eyes.

"Baby, when did you became so smart?"

"Heeehehe, I have been always smart, okay." Kifayat laughed. It's not like Kifayat didn't think about going to that place but the address was a little tricky. She was not sure if she would be able to find that person.

"It's a great idea. We can visit the A University too. I have heard the University is very beautiful and Maybe we can also get some motivation seeing the uni."

"Yeah! Let's goooo." The girls became excited. "Should we call Ishan and Asif too?"

"We can call Asif but Ishan is out of town now. We talked last night. He went to visit his grandparents."

"Oh. It would be great if he could be with us. I have heard he wanted to study in A University before. But ...." Saba felt a little sad for him.

"Okay don't think about other things now. Let's prepare for our tour."

Kifayat reminded them, "Girls, prepare later. We need to get permission from our parents first."

"I totally forgot about it."

Their group of friends were quick to make all the plans. They decided a suitable date and packed all the necessary items they might need. Because they wanted to go by themselves, none of them agreed when their parents car. Instead they bought the bus tickets for them in the motive to have a pleasant bus journey.

Their anticipated day soon came. All five of them together embarked on the tour of A University. Along the way they were very excited as it was their first time to go on a tour just by themselves. It felt like a great adventure for them. Their bus journey was not very long but it was not short either. The bus dropped them at the first gate of A University. As they entered through the iconic first gate of A University they were greeted by the lush greenery that adorns the 600 acre campus, a fresh oasis in the heart of the bustling city. Kifayat felt like she has stepped into the realm where history and modernity converged. The university's rich heritage is palpable in its architecture, from the stately, colonial-era buildings to the modern faculties that house a vibrant academic community.

Strolling along the tree-lined pathways, Kifayat and her friends started to look for the given address first. They asked some of the students nearby and soon reached the destination. It was small tea stall, a little boy who was around 14/15 was making and selling tea. " That person should be a tea lover. Otherwise why would he always have me address where people sell tea. Is he a tea seller too?"

Students are coming and going. The boy looked very busy. Kifayat started to hesitate again, Is it appropriate to ask about the letter to this boy?

"The boy looks very busy. I don't see anyone else here."

"What are you waiting for then? Let's go and ask this boy."

Kifayat kept fidgeting, but her friends just dragged her to the tea stall. Kifayat went to ask the boy. "Tea, hot tea, lemon tea, chilli tea, tamarind tea," The boy was calling out his customer creating a welcoming atmosphere. After seeing Kifayat coming he asked her in a friendly manner,

"Sister, What tea would you like to have?"

"No I am not here for tea. I got a letter from this address. Do you know about this?"

The boy looked surprised and shocked. He quickly hid his surprise and said with a smile."Miss can I take a look at the letter?"

"Here it is."

"This address it is indeed our tea Stall. But I am not always in charge of the tea stall, my dad and my big brother took turn in looking after the business. So I need to ask them. Maybe they would know something."

"I see. Then can you ask them now?"

"Sure, I will call now. Can you wait a few minutes and sit there."

"Okay." Kifayat and her friends sat on a nearby empty benches. The boy immediately called Arbaz and told him about the matter.

"Big brother, a letter has come, a letter has come!!"

Arbaz woke up from his sleepy state in an instant. "Really? I am coming now."

"No Big brother, Don't come now."

"Why?"

The boy was named Rafi. Rafi explained to Arbaz that the letter has indeed arrived but a very beautiful girl came to ask about the letter. Rafi assumed that she was the girl Arbaz is in love with.

Rafi didn't say anything to Kifayat because he was unsure about what to do as Arbaz only told him a letter may come for him and told him to receive it. He did not tell that people will come in person to deliver the letter.
