"Did you say anything to her about me?
"No, brother I was not sure what to say. So I called you to confirm."
"Well done, little brother. Just do what I say." Arbaz told Rafi what to say to Kifayat in details and also told him to give her and her friends a treat. After giving Rafi all the instructions, Arbaz hung up the call and prepared to go out.
Seeing his hurried appearance, his roommate asked him about what's going on. "Where are you rushing to?"
"I have something urgent to do. Don't call me if it is not necessary."
"Okay but...." At least wear the shoes properly, you wore different pair of shoes. Unfortunately Arbaz left before hearing the last words of his roommate.
Arbaz soon reached the tea stall. Speaking of which, why did Arbaz gave Kifayat the adress of this tea stall. It's true one of the reasons is that Arbaz didn't want to expose himself so soon. But it is mainly because Arbaz could trust Rafi. Rafi's mother used to work in Arbaz's house as a housemaid for almost 15 years. Later Rafi's mother resigned because his husband's business got better and needed her assistance.
They moved to the capital. After Arbaz was admitted into the A University, he coincidentally met them again. During the lockdown their business faced a crisis. Arbaz helped them at that time not only because they were acquittance but also because they were more like a family to him. Arbaz watched Rafi growing up from a toddler to a boy and always treated him like his little brother.
After entering the tea stall, Arbaz's eyes went straight into the direction where Kifayat was sitting. He was delighted to see her and also quite anxious. Arbaz called Rafi like he was regular customer, "Little brother, give me a cup of tea." Rafi noticed Arbaz had come. He muttered, Arbaz brother came so fast. He must have been running. No wonder he looks dishelved.
He went to Arbaz whispering, "Brother can't you pay a little attention to your image. People watching you are all laughing."
Arbaz also noticed a few strange gazes around him, but didn't care. After Rafi mentioned it, he felt a little uneasy. "What is wrong?"
"From top to bottom every thing is wrong. You shirt is not buttoned up properly. You wore different pairs of shoes. Not to mention how funny you look. How did you come with this appearance to meet a girl?" Rafi could not help but scold him.
Arbaz then noticed that in his two feets he wore different pairs of shoes and his shirt buttons. Helpless, he asked Rafi, "then should I go and change?"
Rafi looked at Arbaz's silly look and felt very funny. Because his brother Arbaz has always been calm and rational in every situation, he never thought he would became a fool after falling in love. "Are you going to talk to her face to face now?"
Arbaz denied. It's not the time yet. "Then did you forget why did you come? Just tell me what should I say to her about the letter." Arbaz told Rafi about what to say. Before leaving Rafi gave Arbaz a mask to hide his face. "Wear this mask, otherwise people are going to spread rumours that their male god has gone crazy under pressure and wore different pairs of shoes and his shirt upside down.
Arbaz,"....."
On the other hand, Kifayat and her friends were waiting at the stall for quite a while. Rafi came to them with a tray which carried teas and snacks. "Sisters and brother here is your orders." Kifayat was stunned, "but we did not order anything."
"I know, it's my treat to you guys. This should be your first time visiting the University, right."
"Yess,"
"You should go and visit the University. It's very beautiful." Rafi is very good at talking. He told them about the attractive places here and other stuffs they might need to do. After talking for a while, Kifayat reminded him about the letter. "This letter should be given by the students here. My father knows him. But he is not here right now. But he can't contact the student now." Before Kifayat could say something, Rafi continues, "But I have an idea. Since he gave our address, then he must come here to verify if there is a letter coming here. Why don't you give me a letter too. Then I will tell my father about it."
"That's a great idea but I didn't write a letter now. I just came to verify if the address is true. Why don't I give it to you later?"
"Okay." Rafi was a little disappointed. After eating and drinking, Kifayat's group went on a versity tour.
After coming out of the tea stall, Saba asked Kifayat curiously, "Didn't you bring a letter too? Why don't you give it to him?"
Kifayat flicked on Saba's forehead lightly. "Silly girl, do you believe everything that boy said?"
"Then the boy was lying?"
"I am not sure about that. But he was obviously hiding something."
"What will you do now?"
"Nothing."
"Huh?!"
"I will do nothing. Just wait patiently until the fox shows it's tails." Kifayat started walking towards the garden after saying this leaving Saba who was still interpreting where did the fox come from.
