Chapter 2 - The Vam With No Fangs

As the first rays of dawn painted the sky in hues of soft pink and orange,a group of men are seen walking through a valley at dawn. They are lead by the masculine man who had questioned Ella in the first chapter. He was called Jason.Jason at the forefront of the group strode on his horse and was a figure of strength and resolve to his men.His posture was rigid and his eyes fixed on the path ahead.

His group strolled through the valley, their figures silhouetted against the slowly brightening horizon, as they made their way through the verdant valley.

Dew glistened on the grass, and the air was filled with the earthy scent of morning. The valley, cradled by towering mountains, exuded a sense of tranquility, belying the impending tension that hung heavy in the air.

The group of men with two ladies in addition travelled through the valley which seemed to hold its breath, the stillness broken only by the rhythmic footfalls of the men.

The soft morning light bathed the landscape in a warm glow, casting long shadows that danced across the dew-kissed grass. The physical environment of the valley, with its tranquil beauty, stood in stark contrast to the tension that hung heavy in the air.

Amidst the natural beauty of the valley, Jason's thoughts were consumed by the enigma of the Vamlady they had captured and the implications of their new captive's presence.

His emotions churned like the gentle stream that wound through the valley, and the weight of his responsibility hung heavy on his shoulders. As the sun continued its ascent, casting a warm embrace over the valley.

The Valley, with its rolling hills and meandering stream, seemed to bow to his commanding presence. His brow furrowed with the weight of responsibility as he led his men, his mind preoccupied with the looming circumstances he had to deal with.

Jason, tasked with his first mission as a general, was burdened by the gravity of the situation. The mission entailed thwarting a powerful vam's attempts to unite his people against the wolves, and the stakes could not have been higher. Thoughts of the impending confrontation with the Vams didn't worry him much but something about the lady they discovered last night gnawed at his mind, and he found himself wrestling with a mix of determination and apprehension trying to figure out who and what she was.

The events that had led them to this valley had unfolded under the cloak of night. Jason had meticulously planned to harness the power of the full moon, a time when his kind were at their strongest, to track the vam's elusive hideout. However, their plans were abruptly thwarted when they stumbled upon a sophisticated Vam defense system, the traps cleverly set and activated by the cunning Vam.

Traps were set everywhere and the cunning Vam was turning them on. They decided to hunt that Vam down. They found the man who gave them a hard time but as they were about to finish him off ,a lady appeared on the scene.Amidst the tense but natural splendor of last night, the group found themselves confronted by the enigmatic presence of the mysterious lady who had entered their midst.

Her appearance, amidst the rugged grandeur of the valley, seemed incongruous yet undeniably captivating. Jason's sharp eyes took in her human-like features, her presence an enigma against the backdrop of the untamed wilderness.Ella's unexpected appearance and her audacious approach left Jason reeling with a mix of surprise and confusion. Her beating heart, a rarity for a vam, stood in stark contrast to the typical traits of her kind, and Jason found himself grappling with a maelstrom of emotions as he tried to make sense of her presence amidst the unfolding chaos.

That lady was Ella. He didn't yet know her name so he called her whatever pleased him.As the confrontation with the lady unfolded, the valley seemed to pulse with a quiet energy, the distant sounds of nature serving as an understated backdrop to the escalating tension.

The soft rustle of leaves and the distant hooting of owls provided a soothing counterpoint to the mounting unease that gripped the group who were in their Wolf forms at that time.

Now he thought about it ,the lady who claimed to be a Vam was truly strange. She turned his senses upside down and she begged him to let the vam they almost killed, die in the sun. So he left him.

The physical environment of the valley with its serene beauty during that crucial midnight event provided a striking contrast to the emotional turmoil raging of General Jason at that time.

While in his thoughts, he heard a voice behind him. It was Sara, his wolf princess friend. She was the only lady in his team and his most trusted. She came to ask if they were going to let their vam captive die in the sun. He almost forgot it was already sunrise. He run to find the vam sitting in the sun enjoying the sunlight. He was shocked to see the vam unburnt, healthy and relaxed.

He now knew he was dealing with no ordinary vam. She took a glance of him when she noticed his presence and then she turned away ignoring his intimidating presence like he was not coming her way. If she was strange, he was stranger. They called him the One who bows to no one.

In the Wolf Nation, they called him the Big bad Wolf and he struck fear in any enemy he was sent to face.He also proved that he was the strongest Wolf alive by defeating all the great Wolf warriors of his time.

As he slowly approached her ,he let out a devious smirk. If she was a danger then he was far more dangerous and with all the strength he had in consideration, why would someone like him fear a Vam with no fangs?
