Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Harvest and Ditch!

After activating my stealth system, throwing out the bodies of my attackers after robbing them off of their valuables, I then go to their ships and make sure to emptied out their ships off of their resources...

Their space ship, is bigger than my ships, as they're not a stealth escape craft but rather a normal craft. So I managed to pick apart their ships off of their Reinforced Carbon Fiber Panels. However, that's the only thing that I needed that is available for me to harvest... But, it's at least something.

Reinforced Carbon Fiber Panels is an important part of my Storage Unit, if I can get a storage unit, then I can store more things and that allows for further upgrades to be easier...

"Alright, thanks for your Carbon Fiber Panels... I'm going to ditch you now!" I turn on the engine and then asked Gaidos.

"How long will it take us if we go to the Horizon's Grace remains again?" I wanted to use Horizon's Grace to upgrade my ship easily... It should be plausible.

"Based on our current coordinates and the Horizon's Grace Coordinates. It will takes 2 week if we optimally use our fuel and route. But, it will takes 1 week if we go as fast as we can and utilize much more fuel."

"Alright... If we're using that logic, the fuel that we get from Red Gunners ship should be suffice enough for us to go back in a week."

"Understood. Making our way back to Horizon's Grace." Gaidos leads the ship toward Horizon Grace as fast as it can.

I went back to the cockpit and then look at the Ship System once again.

Although a lot of the materials that needed for my upgrade can be found in a bigger ship wreckage... There's still some things that I need to manually found. Such as the Raw Materials and Alloy for the Smithy, The Titanium Alloy Plating for my Armory, Quantum Stealth Cloak for my Advance Stealth System which is going to be hard to found due to it being a Metamaterial.

Other than that, it should be plausible to find in the Horizon's Grace. There's a caveat though. If the Space Worm didn't eat the part I needed... Since half of the Horizon's Grace are caved by the Space Worm.

While I wait for the spaceship to reach Horizon's Grace, I decided to look to my Body System and read more files of Damien Lilles. There's still 2 subjects that I needed to read after all...

Eventually... I see the Horizon's Grace once again. But this time, there's a few big ships that's surrounding the Horizon's Grace... As I'm approaching the ship, those ships in front of me notices my presence and immediately, a few combatant ships stops me and aim their laser at me...

Then, a commanding figure came out from the middle ship, his space suits is similar to that of the Horizon Guardian, but a lot better than the one I have. He also have medals on his suits. Then his mask seems to be custom as well, because the model looks good and have personalities.

He raised his hand up, indicating for me to stop and immediately, I stop my ship...

"It seems like the Horizon Company has arrived to check on the wreckage of their Carrier Ship. Unfortunate for us, Captain. It seems like we cannot get the free upgrades." Gaidos claimed.

It's truly unfortunate... But, it is what it is. I have gathered everything I could when I initially went here. I should stay here and make sure that I have my upgrades here...

But, what happens has happened...

"Please step out of your ship. We have some questioning for you." A commanding voice connect itself to my intercom and told me that. So naturally, I oblige.

I wear my Horizon Guardian and intend to say the truth. Because Horizon's Company folks are very kind and easy to work with. If I talk to them and say the truth, I might get helped and escorted to their company. Hopefully.

I went out with my hands up and the commanding figure immediately went toward me slowly.

He recognize the suits and immediately connect through the communication.

"Hello, I am Immanuel Garcia. The commander of the security unit of the Horizon Cargo. I recognize that you are wearing Horizon Guardian suit. May I know how you get that suit and why you are here?"

"Hello, Commander Immanuel Garcia. I am Noah Aldridge. I am sorry if this offends you, but I have previously came here and scavenge a few things off of Horizon's Grace. However, I still have all the things I gotten from Horizon's Grace and am willing to return what's yours." In this situation, I needed to comply and make sure that he hears what he wanted to hears.

In order to make sure I survive...

"I see, Well then, Noah Aldridge. As the rule of the Galaxy, if you managed to scavenge things off of a destroyed ships, it's yours. So, I won't be hard headed and let you take what you take... Can I just say that you're here to further scavenge things?"

"That is indeed correct, Commander. However, it seems like I cannot do it anymore huh."

"Indeed. The Horizon Cargo Company has retaken the remains of Horizon's Grace, so it's a part of our company once again. So, you cannot touch the Horizon's Grace anymore. Did I make myself clear?"

Although the Commander is serious and imposing, he's not rude or threatening me. That makes me feel a lot better having meet him. A very wonderful commander for sure.

"Yes sir, I have received your message clearly."

"Then, you can go back to your ship and be on your way once again."

"Thank you so much, sir."

With that, he let me go and so, I went back to my ship and Gaidos immediately said "So, Captain. What do you want to do now? Do you want to go anywhere?"

"Well, with Horizon's Grace out of question... I guess we should manually get things one by one... For now, I want to upgrade to have Armory, Smithy, and Storage. Is it possible to make that first?"

"If you want to, I can make some modification to the upgrade." Gaidos nicely change the upgrade route that this ship took. Now, I can upgrade to having those three things first before getting an Advance Stealth System and Weapon...

"Now that it's clear, Gaidos, create the most optimal route to get all of the necessary materials needed for an upgrade. Make sure to put the things we can harvest in the first priority. If you detect any abandoned spacecrafts that have the remaining part, put it last. The second priority is to buy it."

"Understood. Where do you want to make a stop to buy things?"

"Mother Nihility."

"Understood. I shall make the optimal route based on your requests."

With that, Gaidos created a route toward a Titanium based meteorites. Which means, Titanium is going to be the first thing we harvest...
