Head General Roxanne has been charging at Evelyn repeatedly with her dual swords but has not landed a single scratch yet. "That's a bloody fish. How the hell are you holding up parrying all my attacks?"
"Attention to the ingredient," Evelyn replied. "I wasn't nominated as the chef of the restaurant because nobody else wanted it. I was nominated because of my attention to the food and how to care for it."
"But this is a damn fight! It has nothing to do with cooking!" Roxanne yelled.
"Maybe you're just not as good at fighting as you thought you were?" Evelyn questioned.
Giving Evelyn a death glare, Roxanne said in a serious tone, "You want to try saying that again?"
Sensing Roxanne's murderous intent she repeats with a smile, "Maybe you're just not as good at fighting as you thought you were."
"I know for a fact that she didn't mean literally but to be real, she was really the one who set herself up there."
Roxanne charged at Evelyn again and Evelyn kept her eyes on Roxanne efficiently while meeting blade with fish at every strike.
"Damn, is this really what upgrading my agility does? I'm only blocking her attacks because it looks like she's moving in a slow motion." Evelyn thought. "Should I end this already? I've seen more than enough openings, but I've also had a lot of fun pissing her off."
Pushing off and trying to catch her breath, "You sirens… Hah… You really aren't human."
"Yeah I was surprised about that too," Evelyn said. "Are you done?" Evelyn then asked.
"What?" Roxanne said.
Shyly, Evelyn replies, "Well, I'm just wondering if you're done. I see that you're just tired and all, so I was wondering if you were done. So, I can just stab you and go on my way."
"Are you out of your mind?" Roxanne yells. "This is a fight, and you expect me to just keel over and die?"
"No," Evelyn replied quickly. "I would just stab you with the swordfish and run away. You wouldn't die. Unlike Felicity and Gabi, you're not in a situation like them where dying would be the best option. With you, it's just getting boring."
"Boring?" Roxanne said. "Do you really think you're that much better than me?"
"Yeah," Evelyn said confidently.
"If you really think you're that much better than me then why don't you actually try attacking?" Roxanne started to taunt. "You've been on the defensive this entire fight but you haven't even taken a crack at me on-"
Roxanne fell into a stall when Evelyn swung the fish and hit her with the flubber instead of the sword part of the swordfish.
"Was that what you wanted?" Evelyn asked with her hands on her knees leaning over the stall to see if Roxanne was okay.
Roxanne slashed at Evelyn for being so close, but Evelyn quickly disarmed her and threw the sword across the way and into one of the posts of a stall. When she went for her again with the second sword, she threw it into the same post, also getting stuck. She then picked up Roxanne from the stall and threw her into another one.
She was finally able to regroup and pull herself out of a stall and stood square opposing Evelyn. "How about you throw that fish aside and now fight be woman to woman."
Evelyn threw the fish aside and getting into a fighting stance said, "Nice of you to stop calling me a child."

Roxanne charged at Evelyn and landed a clean punch into the left side of her stomach and a second punch into her right cheek.
Evelyn stumbled back a few steps, "Ow, okay. That didn't feel good."

"Looks like that hurt," Roxanne smiled. "I guess you're not all that indestructible."
"I guess I should be a little more careful in hand-to-hand combat. This is really my first fight," Evelyn thought as she got ready to face Roxanne again.
"Yeah, that's a good girl. Take this beating like a champ," Roxanne laughed. She charged at her again hitting her in the face, the ribs, her stomach. Even a kick to the shin and a knee to the hip giving Evelyn a reflex the kneel the gave Roxanne an opportunity to throw and elbow into Evelyn's back.

Roxanne was roaring with extreme laughter now. "You must have felt like you were some hot shit earlier. Now look at you!" She kicked Evelyn in the face as her head was facing down. Evelyn fell on her side and Roxanne kicked her in the stomach as se laid there.

Evelyn read Roxanne's next kick and used her hand to pull her leg back, tripping her onto the ground. Evelyn immediately straddled her and began to punch her in the face at an extreme speed. In only a minute of punching her, she received a notification.

Evelyn sat on top of Roxanne for a while looking at her unconscious body. "Well, I guess it looks like I can hold back. And that I really am a brawler." She finally stood up and made her way out of the fish market.
The second Goob and his team saw Evelyn, they rushed over to her. "What the hell happened?" Goob said as Evelyn collapsed into his arms.
"Head General Roxanne, she ambushed me in the fish market." Evelyn managed to get out.
"Damn," Wasabi said. "She took a tactic different from the others and hid deeper in the district instead of at the front. We got too comfortable."
"Is she-"
"She's alive," Evelyn answered Goob's question before he could get it out. "Just sleeping."
"Sleeping?"
"I knocked her lights out. It was fun." Evelyn said nestling into Goob's arms. It was warm. She was watching her HP slowly go up as she laid there.

"I guess my HP goes up by 10 every time I level up. Or is a corresponding multiple of 10 of my Vitality." She thought to herself.
"I'll carry you for now," Goob said quietly. "I got you."

"That's nice," she said quietly. Goob thought she was talking about him holding her, but she was talking about the recovered HP.
"We're almost there Captain," Taco said.
"This really was the long way around to the docks," Wasabi laughed.
"Well, we're here, but where is-" Taco was stopped in the words he was about to say when they all heard a sound that they wished they were not familiar with at all.
"Did you hear that?" Wasabi said.
"I did. Please tell me I didn't," Goob said.
"Evelyn open her eyes and looked around them," Is that a pig?" She said.
"Worse," A deep voice behind them said.
They all backed up a few feet. They were face-to-face with an Orc.
"Name is Barnibus. I'm usually in a cage but if I'm released, I'm probably here to kill your lot," The Orc named Barnibus laughed.
"THE ISLAND HAD ORCS?" Evelyn exclaimed. "Tell me," Evelyn started. "How does it feel to be compared to a pig? Do you, or do you not know, if you have the same innards, we humans love that makes bacon?"
Uncomfortable, Barnibus asks, "Are you making fun of me?"
Evelyn sighed and turned her head to Goob and his team and said, "I'm sorry guys. I've lied to you, and I need to just be honest." She pulled up her sleeve to reveal her siren mark and it lit up red as Evelyn fired a fireball at the Orc's face causing him to stumble back. "Let's see if I can do this," she thought as she was able to imbue fire into her fists. She rushed to the Orc that was in shock and delivered a blow to his stomach causing him to bend over and his height compared to Evelyn's size was great for a powerful uppercut. The Orc went down. The Orc struggled to get up and just when it faced Evelyn, a giant harpoon came out of nowhere, hit the Orc square in the chest and pinned it into a nearby wall.

"Oh, son of an Orc. Who did that? Who took my kill?" Evelyn exclaimed.
At that moment, two people ziplined down from where the harpoon came from.
"Sorry to keep you all waiting," Jackson said. "When I saw a random Orc walking down the road, I was in no way going to just sit here waiting for it."
"And I'm in no condition to fight," Fawn said.
"That's because your weapon is back on my ship," Goob laughed.
A moment went by until Evelyn yelled, "Can someone tell me what the hell is going on!"
An alarm sounded in the distance and Roxanne's voice came over a loud speaker. "Attention all Soldiers and Technician's. Evelyn Black and the Crystalline Pirate are attempting to leave the island. They have committed many crimes including murder and arson. They may not leave the island and pay for their crimes. Attention. All Soldiers and techs are to engage immediately."
"Are you going to engage us?" Goob said jokingly to Jackson.
"Oh absolutely," he replied laughing. "Come on, let's get out of here." And they all made their way onto Captain Goob's ship at the docks and as they pulled off, Evelyn got an amazing notification.

Evelyn faces her hands toward the island from the back of the ship. They were all watching her as her hair lit up and started to glow. Her Siren Mark was burning bright through the sleeve of her jacket on her arm. Sparks and Embers began to swirl around her body. She had an aura swirling around her like flame. They heard her speak the word, "Activate," And they couldn't believe their eyes. The fires they saw them light in the distance during their escape erupted in explosions all throughout the island. Repeatedly would these explosions go off.
Once they ended, Evelyn turned back to normal, she said, "Nice." And collapsed on the floor.
