"You ladies don't mind if I join you, do you?" A man's voice came in pleasantly even before his presence could be made known. Eliana and Lillian turned towards the entrance to see who it was, and there he stood, dressed in casual clothing with his hands tucked into his pants pockets.
"Well…" Lillian began, but before she could say more than a word, she relieved a look from Eliana and immediately knew that something was amiss. "Ah… don't mind us. We were just leaving. Hope you won't feel lonely," she winked and stood up as well as Eliana. "Have now, would you?"
"What bumper, I thought I could spend a little time with two gorgeous ladies. Too big a dream, I suppose," he said with a shrug and a nice smile playing on his lips.
