Helios stopped, turned and looked down at their hands, and then he lifted his gaze to her face. He didn't expect her to stop him. He had answered her question, and now he wanted to leave just as she would want.
"Wait, please," she implored. Even her eyes were pleading with him.
"Mhm," He nodded, but he did not sit.
She let go of his hand, and he took it back to his side and waited.
"You are being distant from me again, just like before," she uttered, her eyes down and her voice low, almost a whisper. "It hurts, I don't know why, but it does," she raised her head to look at him. "Why does it hurt?"
