Thap and Bart left the room and went downstairs. He was then greeted by a couple who appeared to be the owner of this place. The wife was called "Fre" and the husband's name was "Rue". Both of them were in their 50s as white hair could be seen.
The name of the inn that the boy was staying at was called "Lucky Inn". It was a three storey building with a restaurant style interior on the ground floor. There were about 10 rooms, consisting of 4 with a double bed room and 6 with a single bed room occupied on the second and third floor of the building.
"Are you sleeping well ?"
The female owner, Fre asked the boy while walking into the kitchen.
"Yes, it was great. Thanks for your hospitality"
Thap replied with a smile on his face.
The male owner, the husband, Rue informed Thap that the room that he stayed in was already paid by Bart for another 2 days, so Thap can still used that room for today and another day without worrying.
As soon as he heard that, he rushed to Bart who was about to exit the building.
"Mr. Bart, I could not express your gratitude. Thanks for doing that for me !"
"Don't sweat out, you saved my little sis. It was just a small token for returning the favor. Don't worry about it."
Bart replied with a smile and exited the building. Thap followed him along.
When Thap got outside, he was surprised to see how everything looked in front of him. It was a surreal scene that he had never saw before. He saw many buildings constructed with a unique design like something out of a fantasy film and cartoon, which most of the building were made of cobblestone and lumber, reminding him of the old structures that he learn from the history book related to the medieval era in high school.
Moreover, he saw many people were in different attire and clothes walking down the street. Food stalls and shops were lined up on the side of the road, horse-pulling carriage could be seen and used for transportation purposed.
As someone from another world, seeing this makes Thap shocked. He thought he was dreaming or hallucinating as he tried to rub his eye and pinch his cheek many time.
"Why are you still standing there, let's go !"
Bart noticed that Thap was standing still, looking around like he had never seen this place before then he realized that the boy had lost his memories so it should be normal to see this reaction if he was in his shoe too.
On the way to the guild, Thap managed to ask Bart many questions regarding his situation and some knowledge about this world.
He learned out that he was in a country called "The Mighty of Cartloom" located in the northern part of the continent. Currently, he was in a city that was famous for adventurers called "The Frontier Defender". It was located in the northern part of this country. This city was so lively and populated, it was a commercial and employment area as many merchandise and adventurers from all over the county came to this place to find opportunity and build up their fame and wealth, due to that the living expense in this city was skyrocketing. Without any jobs or money, there will be a big problem to continue to live in this city.
Many people with skill and strength tend to become an adventurer to earn money and rank-up their status. And some will choose to become a merchandise or starts their own businesses.
While listening to that, Thap thought to himself that money will be the big obstacle in this city. So in order to live and learn more about this place he MUST earn money somehow.
"We're here !"
As he was lost in thought and following behind Bart, the 2 of them had arrived to a huge building that made of brick and stone. It had a huge door at the entrance. There was also a sign on top of the entrance that said "The Falcon Claw Guild".
"It appears to be the adventurer's guild that Bart was talking about" Thap muttered to himself.
The 2 of them then entered the building.
Inside the building, there were a lot of people in an adventure attire and equipped with weapons and armour. This building had an open space like lobby and 8 counters with a receptionist that line-up and ready to assist the adventurer.
Bart then brings Thap to one of the counters.
"Oh, good morning Mr. Bart ? How can I assist you today?"
Thap and Bart were greeted by a beautiful receptionist who put up a big smile on her face.
"Good morning, Ms. Via, you looked splendid as always ! Will you go on a da–"
"SORRY, Is there anything that I can assist you with ??"
Bart was cut off mid way by the receptionist girl who appeared to be "Via". It seemed like Bart was trying to ask her out and flirting with her on the first things as soon as he started the conversation. Thap was puzzled while standing behind Bart.
"Ah, this boy, I found him in the "Silvershade" forest. He said he lost his memory and was looking for job."
Bart then pulls Thap to the counter while informing Via.
"SILVERSHADE forest !"
Via was shocked when she heard that Thap was stranded alone in that forest.
"I'm glad you are safe!"

Thap didn't know this but Sivlershade forest was one of the dangerous forests that located next to this city and the border of the country called "The Joustra of Dynasty". The forest was home to many fierce beasts and monsters that habitat there.
"You know what, he even risked his life to save my little sis!"
"Oh really, how brave you are."
Via praised Thap after Bart told her that.
"But losing memories, it was a bit hard to assist ... but if he was looking for jobs we could help with that!"
Via thought for a second before telling them this.
"If you are willing to become an adventurer, we could proceed to the registration right away, what do you think?"
"Oi, boy are you ready to become an adventurer ?"
Thap was a bit skeptical and bewildered as the two of them were looking at him and waiting for his answer. Without any more thought Thap shouted out.
"Yes please !!"
