THE WORLD dramatically changed once the supernatural energy, contained in the spiritual world, started leaking into the living world.
Contact with ghostly apparitions increased, people hearing voices in their head and seeing visions of another world beyond their own, suddenly started to increase in numbers as well. Not too long after, news of a portal like rift mysteriously appearing in a desert spread throughout the world.
"Mysterious portal in the desert!" "Is this the end for our world or the start of a new one?!?"
Comments such as this were all over the news, some believed it was an act of god changing our world for the better and some believed the complete opposite. After the news continued to spread, government officials began to move out and as curious as humans are, they wanted to study and know more about it.
They threw objects inside and sometimes even animals (mostly cats). None came back. So they decided it was a portal to another dimension. They called it P-SP0, no one dared to go inside themselves as they didn't wanna find out what was at the end of it. Not much time had passed when suddenly, another identical portal had come forth but this time in a location not known to many.
From this portal, a resident of the other world, a seer, came out. She was intrigued by the living world but didn't care for it much. She reminded herself of her mission and quickly focused on the task at hand. She said to herself "I can't let my world and this world interline; it would be the end of everything!"(Seer) Her world had become unbalanced, and beings have become too strong. She was sent to the world of the living to choose worthy people to come and fight in the spirit world. It didn't matter whether they were evil, good or weak. The only thing that mattered was whether they would go forth into this new world or not. Weeks passed by and she created a tavern decorated with bones and corpses all around. Mysterious animals lurked throughout the shadows of the forest that surrounded the tavern. "Well, whoever comes here is either unlucky or extremely brave, not that it matters much though."(Seer)
She waited in the tavern, creating food and water with her supernatural abilities, but fate finally started to move fourth and four unlucky souls stepped unwillingly into the line that crosses worlds. The Seer continued to wait, days after days, she kept receiving updates from within her world and things were only getting worse by the second. "I can't believe they really sent me out for this. I should be helping instead of recruiting weak strangers into their own death."(Seer) Sometimes she can feel the feint energy bursts coming from inside the Spiritual World, increasing her anxiety towards the future. "I can't agree with what the Nobles are doing, the reason we are in such risk is exactly because an individual from this world accidentally came into our own. He rose up the ranks and became strong, stronger then anyone and tricked a God spirit into bonding with him. Afterward all spirits became stronger and more aggressive, energy was being built in large portions and the world's balance started tilting."(Seer)

Spirits can evolve because of certain conditions or overwhelming energy, this also evolves their ability.
Normally no one can have more then 1 spirit, since they would go insane, but there have been small cases of this happening.
Once a Spirit bonds with an individual the individual will gain the combat experience of the spirit and know everything about it.
Only one person has ever obtained a Mythical Spirit.
