"Okay that will be all for today." Students picked up their bags and started leaving. The female Lecturer continued to talk.
"Do not forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel for more on the class of today." She was relegated to the background by the chattering children including Leo who was already on his phone waiting for Anamay to reply.
She was in the Other building of the college taking her nursing classes but he was sure she could be finished by now. He had sent 'HI' and a kiss blowing emoji and wishing with all his life that she should notice that it was signifying that he actually wanted to kiss her.
But his hope was dashed when he saw the message bubble. He struck it immediately and Anamay's direct message popped open. His eyes grew wide. She replied 'Who is This' and he has been blocked.
… What in shit?...
Did she make a mistake? Did she lose her phone? Did she lose her memory? What other freaking reason would be behind the fact that she did not recognize his phone number and the bold picture of himself on his profile.
This phone made the ding sound again. Messages coming from the Psychology group chat he just joined and it was pissing him off. He walked to the window and leaned on the pane.
Putting a coked can of soda in his mouth while he finally clicked on the messages coming from the community. The app opened and the front page lay before him with their number of unread messages. The group was on top with one thousand unread messages.
'Shit'
I just joined like an hour ago. What in hell are they tweeting about. He clicked on it.
The first message he saw was 'Does anyone know the change of course procedure. I wanna switch subjects'
"Ok, weird" he scrolled down. And read the next one.
'Damn, I do not mind making a change as long as I can get…oh shit, I really want a piece of His story'
Leo quirked his eye brows and huffed. "What the hell is happening in Elish's department?" He went further down. There was a HD picture put on single view. He clicked on it, the soda rolling into his mouth.
The picture popped up. He choked on his soda immediately. His phone falling on the ground. He was face out from the window coughing in to the wind and beating on chest.
Everyone passing were looking at him. He wasn't attentive though, too busy trying not to die.
Someone came close and picked up his phone. The individual tapped him on the shoulder, he turned slightly, the person stuck the phone up to him. He took it, till coughing.
"You still have not changed a bit but keeping the same cellphone. You are really trying."
Leo twirled immediately.
Yep, it's who he thought it was. Anamay…
"Anamay." He was so dumbfounded. Anamay smiled at him.
"I can see your new friend is causing some trouble already. Perhaps it is the 'Curse of The First Day.' Leo smiled back.
They were the ones that made it up and she still remembered. He was trying to talk bit he could not get his eyes off her.
Anamay has changed. The bone skinny girl of a few months ago had put on weight in all the really good places. She was taller, her eyes slightly narrowed a bit like a tigress and her body has gotten fleshier.
She fit in the black hose socks she wore under the short jeans skirt and big crop sweater that was cream white.
Okay, breath taking and Adele like transformation were underestimates here. She looked like the fairy of 'Slay Queens' granted her beautiful wish. Anamay noticed he was staring.
"I look different right? Sorry, I have been getting a lot of unwanted attention…" she emphasized on the 'unwanted'.
"Lately so I just block any of that kind of messages. It was when I looked again that I recognized it was your number."
Leo smiled again… he was really stuck dumb right now.
"We need to go and save your friend first before we catch up on old times." Leo nodded like a doll. She turned, leaving. Love put his phone in to his bag and followed her Immediately with his can of half-finished soda.
Meanwhile, Elish had gotten directions to a tailor on campus. The man actually gave him baggy jeans to wear and pay later because if he could easily tear that fabric then that material was not for him at all. He had his sweater turtle neck back on and making slow slides out of the tailor's office.
It was really disturbing being pointed at and looked at many times as he was walking down the hall. He had seen the post on the community too. Not that he cared but it was still disconcerting.
'Plus…'
He turned into a hallway… no lockers.
'Damn it'
He did not know the way out of this school building. He heaved. Another disappointing trip through halls. Well, we go again. He turned around and looked forward, he spotted a woman.
Navy blue dress and black shows entering to close on of the empty offices he had just passed.
He ran to her. Three seconds, his hand held the door immediately. The lady looked up. She was immediately surprised by the hand.
There was no one on the hall when she was walking by. She let the door reopen. Elish gave her a slight bow immediately their eyes crossed.
"Good afternoon to you too." She replied his bow with words.
"I am looking for the way outside. I got lost for a moment."
The lady took another at him from over the top of her glasses.
"I can see that. None hardly comes here." The lady stepped out of the office, Elish took steps back. She closed the door and lead the way. Elish followed beside her.
The woman sparked a converse as adults normally do. "What is your name, young man?"
"Elish. Elish Moore," he replied.
She gave him a quick glance. "What department?"
"History, Mam." Elish answered to the second question. They were at a turn now. They took it together. The moment their feet stepped out of that hallway, they were in the hall of lockers. Students everywhere.
*I'm… impossible*
De El noticed it first. Elish threw his eyes back. The hall behind was certainly was not the one he just left. He looked at the Lady. She met his gaze but did not smile.
"You are a long way from home, Boy. Go back even if it does not want you." The lady turned and began walking down the hallway behind them. People passed her. No one talked to her, no one noticed her. His eyes grew wider.
"De El, he better have a good explanation for this."
*You are werewolf not a seer. So how am I supposed to know*
The lady disappeared into the next corner. Elish suddenly felt cold and slight fear. He made his way down the passage way of lockers immediately, passing the mirror stand and the sharp bend immediately after until he was outside and on the stone paths of the school's front yard.
He took an eyes right to find a spot to sit on the green pawned grass. He hung down his bag, it's bottom resting on the green with him. He opened the bag. He had not had breakfast or anything else to eat since morning.
He took at small portable freezer where he kept his flesh. Mr Parker and Leo invented a way to coat the meat with chocolate so he could eat them outside and no one would notice what they really are. He opened the containment and then took out his fork. Relaxing nice, he began to enjoy his meal.
He sat there for only a minute before he began to notice footsteps coming closer. Giggles too. He felt like slapping someone on the face. This gender is really something else here.
Anamay was quite sensible and less weird. Well, he would ignore them. He did but they did not ignore him until they were standing next to him.
He heaved. These people are really a nuisance.
*Need help?*
Elish considered it
*Have you seen me keep something annoying hanging around*
'True. Fine, you handle them.'
Elish switched over immediately. De El looked at them.
"Hi, am Stefani." The starved one said to him, stretching out a hand so he could shake. Her hands were bony too. She was punishing herself just to keep that figure it was clear.
De El did not do anything except run his tongue over his lips. The girl's cheeks flushed immediately.
That literally spelt 'Dangerous man' in Bright red color. Stefani lost her words. Another girl from her clique took the floor. "Am Gabriella." She did not try to shake him.
"We are the upper class man and we would like welcome you to le Emirate College."
There was no reaction from De El again.
His attention had been drifted away by the murmurs of others around.
"The Queens have got to him. He is their dog now"
Okey, De El did not like that analysis at all. He was about to talk when five boys came to him.
"Girls, give the man some space." One of them said as they made a stop beside De El's left.
"Dude just arrived, he needs the boys to show his around and not to be mascot for you, girls."
'Shit, the upperclassmen are here too. Shit, who is this dude?'
The murmurs were getting worse and he was feed up now. He tried to catch someone in his gaze and give them a pretty command but Leo was yelling at them immediately. He appeared from nowhere. De El hissed.
*Its official, I really hate this kid. Someone would have been going around quacking like a chicken by now*
The group of kids looked his way, he was coming closer. Waving at them. His body moved to the right revealing someone tagging along slowly.
De El froze.
Her eyes caught his own. She stopped walking, looking at him.
*A Luna*
