"You were looking for me, father?" I asked as I took a seat in one of the chairs placed in front of my father's desk.
"Yes. How is your training coming along?" he asked with a smile on his face.
"I think I would be breaking through the Red-dark stage around this week. But I also have another theory I want to test out before breaking through, though!" I replied.
"Oh? What would that be?" my father asked with curiosity.
I started to explain the plan I have laid out for my breakthrough.
It's not like I can hide from him that my breaking through would just skyrocket myself to the light stage of the red mana core, as my mana flow is different from all the beings in this world due to my unique physique capable of using all the elements of nature.
I understood that when I was able to use mana flow even as a newborn and that certainly proves me having large mana reserve capacities unlike others my age.
And as I cultivated, my reserves developed larger even though I awakened as a black-light core-staged mage after utilizing my mana flow.
However, I would just limit myself to using two elements if I had to awaken another element and cancel out the other elemental flows by converting them into supplementary mana resources for my body just to awaken a certain 'something' I had in my past life.
Using every single element of nature isn't all necessary to survive and become strong. In my past life, people were born with magical energy and there was no theory of particular elemental nature that a mage could awaken at random.
Instead, we had techniques, paths and cultivation styles, which was trained to cultivate different elements after awakening the energy at birth.
After one trained harder and strengthened their physic, they can augment the energy flow of magic to strengthen themselves and their weapons warriors through their path of cultivating their magic element.
Not to mention the people who aren't interested to become warriors with physical buffs and weapons chose their path as mages but unlike this world, it all depended on the path of cultivation they chose.
Well, being a battle maniac and knowing I was a descendant of a great warrior, I naturally traveled everywhere around to master all the elemental paths there is from my mentors from different corners of the world.
Even so, it wasn't the end to just receive the title of the savior from the gods themselves.
People who were able to break-through Tier-1 to Tier-9 of their power levels and their respective path of cultivation, the high-tier powerhouses of my previous world, had their magic powers evolved and were able to condense the elemental energy into several forms and extend outside their bodies like armors, weapons and even their own spirit in an intense form to pressure the foes.
We call those things Aura. It was the 'something' I had mentioned before.
I, who was titled as the hero, was able to attain the highest form of Aura, which is called the Divine spirit, through cultivating all the elemental paths and the blessings of the gods along with my severe training to life and death experiences. With that, I was able to attain a rank as a demigod, just to fight against the Demon King, who was a god-tier powerhouse.
Well, past is past, and the Demon King is dead.
Now, with all those experiences of my life as Gladius Agroth, in this life, if I wanted to awaken the other elementary mana flow, after becoming a peak of Tier-5 or yellow-light-staged mage in this world, I would be capable of altering my mana flow as I trained with the aura manipulation techniques from my previous life.
"So, I think if I were to be faced with a real-life experience before breaking through and use all my mana, I would be able to breakthrough Red-light core-staged mage. And if possible, my physique would get developed with it as well. What do you think, Father?"
I explained to him as I planned out my perfect plan.
...Well, the real-life experience isn't necessary for breaking through my mana core, but it would certainly benefit my physique.
"Hmm. What you are saying is just incredible, but no one in this world has ever broken through all three layers to a peak of the next core stage. Son, I'm concerned about your health. What if you fail? Did you think about that too?" He asked with an excited-concerned face.
He does have a point there. However, as someone who thought crazily about cultivating my mana core and strengthening my body with a well-cultivated physique, I did plan all the solutions if I did fail my theories.
"Not to worry, father. I have a solution for that too!" I replied with confidence.
"Oh? What might that be?" he asked with curiosity.
"As you know, normally, a person's mana leaks and gets affected by the surroundings, and while doing so, its characteristics change along with the impurities inside the body burns from ranking up the bottleneck. And if my theory is correct, the atmosphere's mana could be gathered more, but it never gets reduced because the heart of my body is already pumping my mana-filled blood vessels and the flow of my own mana syncing with the atmosphere's mana."
"So? You are just having a breakthrough like a normal person, but because you can breakthrough the peak stage, you could gather more mana. What does that have to do with your health?" he asked.
Seems like he isn't getting what I'm saying.
"Right. If I fail to break through my limit while this process is happening inside my body while my mana is slipping out, I can just change the way the mana flow getting affected by its surroundings with the help of mana manipulation and convert the gathering energy to stabilize my mana capacity and cleanse my blood vessels without worries. In that way, I can even stop at whatever range of breakthrough I want, like Black-Light stage to red-solid if I wanted to!"
I said to him all these things, but he was just sitting there with his mind blown state.
"Wait....wait. Is it really possible?" he asked with a smirk.
"If you don't believe in me, father, just start your meditation now and just let me guide you while you start gathering mana. If you were able to breakthrough to the next stage you would believe me!" I said as I got up and walked behind my father after locking the office's doors.
"Are you really sure, son? Your old man isn't gonna get mana sickness from the method you have devised right?" he asked with a smiling face and sat on the ground in his meditating position.
"Trust my theory, father. I have read more than enough books to find all these!" I replied with a cheerful smile.
"Right then!" He said as we started the process.
