Harvey is so clumsy and dumb at the same time. How could he forget his birthday? Was he having no interest in his own life or was it just because of his jam-packed schedule lately?
But I quickly got my answer moments after our dinner. I walked carefully from the kitchen with both of my hands bringing the cake I had bought. He looked totally surprised with everything I had prepared.
"Happy birthday, Baby," I said cheerfully while handing out the cake to him.
His smile grew into a clumsy grin. He looked strangely awkward with this type of act and it confused me a lot.
"Thanks, I guess?" He replied.
I raised my eyebrows while staring at him.
"I guess?" I repeated.
He scratched the back of his head out of habit. His grin didn't leave his face for even one second.
"It just, my birthday was never celebrated like this before, Baby." He confessed shyly.
