"Hey, Baby. What are you doing here?"
I heard a familiar voice coming from my back and instantly froze.
It was Harvey.
He wasn't supposed to be here. It is my neighborhood and how did she know that I was around this area? Chill, Alice. Maybe it was a coincidence that we met here.
I shifted to look at him. My lips curved into an awkward smile that I couldn't hide.
"Hey, I'm just meeting Iris for some chat." I lied.
Harvey quickly pulled the chair beside me and Jordan sat on the right side of Iris.
"Mind if we're joining? We're going to grab some lunch too."
I glanced at Iris who looked unbothered. So I decided to let them join us and shook my head, signaling we didn't mind at all.
"Why are you in here? I thought you were meeting Gordon today?" I asked because I was genuinely confused. This area was on the opposite side of Gordon's office and I didn't think Harvey had any businesses in here.
