With His staff raised upward, Kalle began gathering dark mana above his head.
The mana in his body moved and through the usage of the skill, it turned into dark mana as they all began forming the pentagram above Kalle's head.
Although he had gotten quite used to the feeling of dark mana, which was covering his mask all the time, Kalle still felt quite uneasy after having his body produce dark mana and a significant amount of it gathering above his head.
The amount of mana wasn't that much since Kalle only had one target, but it was still at a point where Kalle couldn't just brush it off as nothing like the one in his mask.
But remembering that it was necessary, Kalle just brushed off the uneasy feeling and let the spell manifest itself.
The green slime, which was too far away from Kalle to sense anything, couldn't detect the presence of the huge amount of mana above Kalle's head and it just continued bouncing around.
The green slime was clueless even until the end and the spell finished its preparation.
The pentagram made out of dark mana finally finished forming and it soon exploded and scattered dark mana everywhere.
But just like before, they didn't scatter for long as all the dark mana then moved in one direction, which was the direction of the green slime.
The dark mana moved in unison as they closed in towards the green vile creature that had given Kalle trouble and killed a part of his army.
Just like before, the slime didn't give any reaction until the dark mana was a couple of meters away from it.
When the dark mana got close enough, the green slime once again used its dash to get away.
Unfortunately for it, the dark mana wasn't a living creature. It didn't need to adjust its posture or have any problems reacting to sudden movements.
After all, it was a homing spell that followed its target wherever the target went.
So when the green slime abruptly moved from its prior location, the dark mana easily followed after it and hit the helpless slime right away as it couldn't move its body right after it finished dodging.
The green slime tried to cast a wind blade after it 'dodged' the attack, but the wave of dark mana hit it first and the dark mana wasted no time wreaking havoc in the slime's body.
Kalle had felt firsthand how the dark mana affected his body, causing his whole body to feel sluggish and the mana in his body to become haywire due to the dark mana invading his body everywhere.
But he didn't know how severe those effects would be on a slime. A creature that significantly relied on mana for its existence.
Not only did Kalle achieve his goal of making the slime move slower, but the slime also could barely move as its round body structure began crumbling down.
From a round creature as huge as a basketball, the green slime's body began turning into a beaten dough ball.
Forget about casting a wind blade, the slime even struggled to keep its body structure together as the mana that kept its body round had become chaotic from the dark mana.
Seeing the slime was currently at its weakest state, Kalle hurriedly cast another fireball in its direction.
The fireball flew and neared the green slime.
The green slime would have cast its dash skill when the fireball became close enough, but it looked as if it had lost its ability to detect the presence of mana as the green slime stayed in place, still struggling to reform its body.
As a result, the fireball hit the green slime squarely in its body as it exploded, evaporating the green slime with ease and erasing the little vile creature from existence.
All the goblins looked at their master in awe as stars began twinkling in their eyes when they saw the enemy that could defeat a lot of them in seconds was defeated with ease.
On the other hand, Kalle, who saw that his strategy worked splendidly, smiled wide as he patted himself on the back.
'I know what to do now.'
Kalle then looked at the remaining goblin army and thanked them for their crusade all this time when they blasted through the ordinary slime.
He then unsummoned them after giving them the respect they deserved.
He unsummoned them because he thought of better men, a better team for the job.
Kalle then commanded in his mind, 'Betnulb, I summon you.'
Not stopping there, he spoke again, "Use 50 points to summon two goblin shamans."
He would like to summon more, but he needed the points he had wasted all this time to regenerate first before doing that.
A creature popped out from bundles of light behind him and Betnulb paid his respect to his master.
"Whatever you want me to do, I would be at your service, master."
After getting into a contract with Kalle, Betnulb's speech became even more fluent and he could now speak just like any ordinary human.
Then from his side, a silvery blue portal appeared and spitted out two goblin shamans from inside it.
They then also kneeled as they paid their respect. But they didn't say a single word as they did it.
"Betnulb and my two remarkable shamans, I would need your help in dealing with a small problem."
Kalle then explained to the three goblins shamans about his plans and who they were fighting with as they walked through the brightly lit cave, going deeper to find Kalle's next enemy.
And just like that, Kalle and his hunting team decimated through the green slimes with ease.
With the brightly lit cave filled with glowing crystals, Kalle and the three goblin shamans took turns casting the curse of weakening before then casting their fireballs to take the slimes out.
They sometimes didn't even need to cast multiple fireballs if the slimes were clustered together, one fireball could wipe them all out at the same time with its huge explosion.
With that, Kalle and the three goblin shamans went deeper and deeper into the dungeon, getting closer and closer to clearing it and getting Kalle more dungeon points to summon more creatures.
Also, defeating the dungeon boss also means another strong creature that he could make a contract with and gain its power.
