[A twelve-headed dragon and six beings who ascended? Aren't they also from the realm of Avlora?] Sitting in his throne, Leviathan is in deep thought.
[I'm sure I heard of them in Avlora.] He turns his head toward others who are standing close.
[Similar to these guys, there are also Realm Threats in their own realm, and I remember Rundle (his previous world comrade) talking about this twelve-headed dragon from Albion realm.]
[I didn't get to fight any of the other Realm Threats because I am engaged with the Sin Rulers in my own realm, but according to the players who fought the twelve-headed dragon, it's an immensely gigantic dragon with a body that's fitting for twelve heads, and it nearly caused the collapse of that realm when they fought.]
[and if the information is true that the Ascended one certainly killed these dragons, then these Ascended beings are powerful without a doubt.]"
Leviathan looked toward Incarus, who was still talking with Tiamat.
[But if I tell them that , it will surely increase their suspicion of me.]
He took a few moments to think about his decision and came to a conclusion.
[I don't think it will be of much help even if I tell them that these Ascended beings are also a same level as them. It's not like I know about their abilities and powers.]
He calmed himself down while closing his eyes.
Snap!
Suddenly, in front of his eyes, the sound of finger snapping was heard. Confused, Icarus quickly opened his eyes, and what came infront of his vision was Ishtar, who was standing in front of him.
"What are you thinking about so deeply?" she asked as she got closer to him.
"Nothing important," replied leviathan.
" if you don't want to say it, then I won't force you,"
"But I have another question,"
"Why are you always wearing a mask? Isn't it bothersome to always have that on your face?" she inquired.
"A mask?" said Leviathan, touching his face. "Ah, this one."
[whoa ,I nearly forgot that I'm wearing a mask,] he thought tediously.
[The reason I am wearing this mask is because without it, I am so darn ugly. Due to the race I chose in the game, as I progressed in it, my facial expression turned into that of a monsters. Even I despise it, so the solution I came up with is to wear a mask,] thought Leviathan while still gazing at Ishtar.
[Wait, this might be my chance. If she knows that I'm horribly ugly, then maybe she will stop bothering me all the time.] With a brilliant idea that came into his mind, Leviathan spoke.
"The reason I am wearing a mask is because my real face is so ugly to the point that even I'm disgusted by it. So, to cover my ugliness, I put thise mask on," he said with an energetic expression.
"Ugly to the point even you're disgusted by it?" said Ishtar. However, it didn't seem like her expression changed from what Leviathan had said. Instead, she continued to stay close to him.
This confused Leviathan a bit because, in his thinking, she's the one who rules over the sin of lust, so she must be repulsed by people with ugly appearances. But what was happening here was not at all what he expected.
[It seems there's another reason why she always inquires about me.]
Clip! Clop!
At that moment, the sound of footsteps was heard from the outside of the grand hall. As Leviathan looked toward the giant door, he saw a person wearing a long robe, holding a long staff that curved in a peculiar way at its end.
As soon as Leviathan saw this person, what came to his mind was the image of magic casters from the realm of Avlora.
Seeing the person he had long awaited, Icarus commanded him to step into the grand hall. With his command, the robed figure walked towards until he was in front of them.
"So, you're a magical caster, huh?" asked Icarus, leaning in his throne comfortably as he observed the robed figure.
"Yes, my lord, I am one of the fortunate few to be blessed by your grace. I am glad that my lord wished to see me," said the robed figure.
"What is your name?"
"the name is Flin, my lord,"
"Then, Flin, how do you know that we are the one who blessed you?" Icarus asked.
The question seemed to Perplex Flin, as he took a moment to answer.
"My lord, the sole reason I managed to awaken my mana is because I joined your sanctuary. Before I joined this place, I was a complete waste, with nothing in my hands to do and no affinity for aura or magic.
I wandered around and finally ended up here, and it's thanks to your blessing that I gained mana affinity and managed to become a magic caster," Flin replied after a brief moment of thinking.
"And what kind of spells can you perform?" asked Icarus.
"lord, Because I only have an affinity with fire, I can only perform fire spells" replied flint.
"Can you cast one of your spells here?"
"Right away, lord," Flin said. He then prepared for casting a spell.
"Make sure it's a strong one," Icarus commanded.
"Yes, my lord."
With one hand holding his staff, Flin thrust his staff into the ground of the sanctuary.
