As crew returns home, a single construction worker rushes forwards to speak with the Ghost.
"Sir, that project you asked us to create, it's all finished."
The Ghost carries Charli into New Ottawa, the group is greeted by the entire city. The newcomers are welcomed like family as they arrive. The Irish set to work on making the Lone Buffalo into the Lone Buffalo Pub and Grill.
As the Ghost carries Charli to a house next to the Reddick Mansion, Clarity opens the door to their new home. It was fully furnished with a fireplace and air conditioning.
"Did you guys..."
"Yes, we rebuilt everything except the Mansion and a few buildings around the city."
"This place in incredible!"
"I'm glad you approve. Mick, go ahead and head to the main district with Juno, she'll get you all set up. In the mean time, everyone get settled in, I have a meeting to get to. I'll check back here once I'm finished. Oh! Charli, my good friend Brittany will be by with some crutches. She's a nurse, now enjoy your new place!"
As the Ghost closes the door, he hustles over to the courthouse where the counsel had met before, however, he was stopped by the Overlord.
"Ghost!"
"What's up Overlord?'
"We've moved our meeting chambers upstairs in the First Federal Bank building."
"Glad you caught me!"
As the leaders settled in, Clancy and the Ghost prepared to give their debriefing on what they'd learned.
"Ireland is a proud country, and with a little nudge, they left the Order."
"Good, very good Clancy. Now Ghost, please, tell us what it is you learned in the Order as well."
"Well, to start, they have erased the basic history and patriotism of the UK. Bullies run rampant within their schools, and students are forced into terrible situations. It seems the college aged kids are looking for an escape, hence why I brought Clarity, Lyquientiss or LQ, Mick and Charli."
"Interesting, anything about the leaders?"
"Rothschild and his ilk are too busy in Antarctica with whatever project they are working on. However, the citizens are noticing more and more bad weather along with crazy water levels as well."
"We did notice that too. I'll be snowing soon enough, but we want to know, do you think we're ready for a war?"
"Yes, I was informed by one of the construction workers that they had completed work to the project I'd asked to make. If the counsel would gather themselves and the people, meet me in Washington Park."
The meeting was ended and the Ghost rushed over to Washington Park. Citizens began arriving to see exactly what the Ghost had in store for them.
"Everyone here knows that we have been planning a war against the New World Order for quite some time. Each and everyone of you has a special place and a role to play in that war. However, that doesn't mean you will all be fighting. I told you all that I would do my best to lead and defend you, but in the words of former President Kennedy, "And I can assure all of you here, who have imposed this confidence in me, that I will be worth of your trust, we will carry this fight to the people in the fall, and WE SHALL WIN!" We have all worked hard, we fought off Reagan and his goons, brought the King of Chicago into the fold with his people, we have all suffered at the hands of the New World Order. My world vision is a world where WE ARE FREE! So with that in mind.."
The Ghost pushes his hand down on the Lincoln-Douglas plaque and the monument rises above everyone, revealing a staircase to a bunker.
"CITIZENS OF NEW OTTAWA! I GIVE YOU, THE WASHINGTON PARK SUPER BUNKER!"
As the citizens enter the bunker, the Ghost smiles and handshakes the hands of the construction crew.
"You all did an amazing job, now reap the reward, rest easy."
The Washington Park Super Bunker was built to ensure the survival of the New Ottawan People. It was nuke-proof and had capacity of over 150,000 people. The rooms were catered to everyone's needs. Running water, electricity, and plenty of rations for them to survive on for a hundred years.
"Ghost, you've managed to impress us once again."
Each of the citizens explored the bunker. It stretched for miles underneath the city. It was the best gift the Ghost could've given his people.
