Princess Arabella's POV.
Two days later…
"A tea party?" I asked my Liza. The news just reached me.
"Yes, it is a tea party," Liza answered, holding one of the white clothes up. It was the piece of cloth I was going to use for my nightgown. The queen mother insists I wear a white gown on my wedding night.
Weird, right? I had no choice but to obey my future mother-in-law.
"Why will grandmother organise a tea party when my wedding is in two days?" I wondered. There was no doubt the old woman was against this wedding. She wanted it to be call off as soon as possible. "She is not going to invite me, so none of my business."
"But you are invited to the party, my lady," Liza told me. I was surprised that the old woman wanted me at her party. This made them more suspicious.
