"That will be 25 gold coins"

"Here " Zane handed the man 20 gold. He wasn't in the mood to listen to Chris trying to get his carriage fixed for free and fail miserably.
Zane also felt a little bit guilty because he was the one who damaged it in the first place. The least he could do was pay to get it fixed, with money he stole from Chris.
"Thank you" the man smiled as he took the money before disappearing into the back of his shop. He then came out a few seconds later with a paper in his hand.
"Come with this after a week to get your carriage" he handed Zane the paper, causing Chris to groan in disatisfaction.
Zane accepted the paper as the looked at it. However all the could see was its shape. His mana dust could outline the piece of paper but Zane couldn't see any writing.
'This is gonna be a problem' he thought as he handed the paper to Chris.
"Thank you Joseph we will be going now" Chris said, making his way to the door with Zane following behind.
"My name is not Joseph!" the man shouted.
"What now?" Zane asked as he and Chris walked through the streets of Willow.
"We need to make money, follow me I will try to sell my wares as fast as possible" Chris said.
Before leaving the carriage to get fixed, Zane and Chris had put everything that was in it into the storage ring. However not everything fit inside, evidenced by the large sack on Chris's back.
Zane didn't say anything to object and just let Chris lead the way. This was the reason he didn't kill him anyway. If Zane was alone he wouldn't know what to do first. He would probably go around the City asking people for directions and stuff, which he didn't want to do.
The fact that Zane couldn't read was also a problem, however that problem was overshadowed by the blind elephant in the room.
The duo got inside a shop and Zane could immediately smell cloth. He didn't know how he would describe the smell of cloth but he knew this was cloth. Which could only mean they where inside a clothes shop.
"Hey! Joseph my main man. How are you doing" Chris enthusiastically said.
"Fuck you Chris. You know you really don't act your age" Joseph said...if his name was really Joseph that is.
"Just like i said to my Sixty year old ex girlfriend. Age is nothing but a number" Chris exclaimed.
Zane raised an eyebrow under the cloth covering his eyes. He was doing his best to get the image of Chris and his girlfriend out of his mind.
'Maybe she was a mage.....yes that's it. Chris said that as soon as one becomes a mage their bodies revert to their peak' he thought.
"Anyway Joseph, the reason i came here is this" Chris said as he pulled a dress out of the sack he was carrying. The dress reminded Zane of a wedding gown.
Half an hour later Zane and Chris came out of the shop. Chris had a satisfied smile on his face while Zane seemed incredibly annoyed. The sack on Chris's back had also reduced in size by at least half.
Chris then led Zane to another shop. To Zane this shop smelled like flowers and herbs. Zane guessed that this was a medicine shop of some kind.
"Joseph! My main man. How's the family!" Chris shouted as he entered.
Two hours later and the duo came out once more. Chris had a large grin on his smug face while Zane looked 50 years older. The sack was now almost empty.
"Okay the next shop is-----"
"Nooo!" Zane shouted "I am tired and hungry, i need a break" he cried.
Surprisingly, listening to Chris negotiate with his 'Josephs' was even more exhausting than doing push-ups with weight of over a thousand pounds on one's back.
"Fine let's go eat, i know the perfect place follow me" Chris said enthusiastically as he began walking. If Zane didn't know better he would say Chris was a 10 year old kid.
After a few minutes of walking, Zane and Chris entered into another shop. Zane could smell the sweet aroma of food, making his mouth salivate.
Chris led him to an empty table "Stay here i will be right back "he said before walking away.
"Hey! Joseph, how are you doin'?" Zane heard Chris say.
Two minutes later, Chris came back with a loaf of bread, two cups, a big tea pot and a closed jar. Zane wondered how Chris managed to carry all this stuff.
Chris proceed to break the bread in the middle before putting one piece in front of Zane. Then he poured the tea from the tea pot into the two cups. Then he opened the jar before jamming his middle finger inside.
"Honey ?" he said while pointing at Zane with his middle finger.
Two whole hours later.
"Ohh man now that was a good meal. I was so used to eating meat all the time" Chris exclaimed as he patted his belly. Zane and Chris had actually finished eating an hour and a half ago. However Chris just had to haggle the price of their food with 'Joseph'. This Joseph was female by the way.
"Now on to the next shop!" Chris said as he dramatically pointed at a random direction before speed walking forward.
Zane sighed as he silently followed.
A few hours later and the sun was a few inches away from touching the mountains in the horizon. It was a really beautiful sight as everything was painted gold. Of course a certain someone couldn't see all this beauty.
"It's getting dark, let's head over to the Dancing Rum to meet David, I'm sure they are back now" Chris said with a slight yawn.
It seemed that the day had tired him out, Zane wasn't surprised as Chris had pretty much ran all over the City the whole day.
"How much money did we make?" Zane asked.
"90 gold " Chris answered, and Zane was slightly surprised.
"I know you think it's a lot of money, buy it really isn't. If my situation was normal now i would need to use at least 60 gold to buy more stuff. So my profit is only 30 gold" Chris explained and Zane nodded.
The duo walked in a certain direction for a few minutes but Zane suddenly stopped as he looked at a shop not far from them.
"What is it?" Chris asked.
"What's that shop ?" Zane pointed at the shop he was looking at.
"Its a weapon shop and a forge" Chris said nonchalantly.
"Let's go there "Zane said already walking towards the sound of metal hitting metal.
"But-------" Chris wanted to say, but Zane was already gone.
