In the morning, Isabelle woke up as the sunlight streamed through the gap in her curtains. She entered the bathroom to freshen up.
Isabelle held her stomach as it rumbled with hunger. Last night, she had only snacked by the beach.
"I should go to a cafe, I'm really hungry," she though to herself.
She prepared to head to a cafe near her hotel.
Upon arriving at the cafe, she searched for an empty seat. It was a popular hangout spot for young people and always bustling.
"Excuse me," Isabelle called to one of the waitresses.
"Yes, ma'am, what would you like to order?" the waitress responded.
"Just some fried rice, and for the drink, sweet iced tea, please."
"Of course, ma'am. Please wait a moment."
As the waitress left, Isabelle passed the time by playing with her phone to ward off boredom.
"Hey, Isabelle..." Alex's joyful shout took her by surprise, and she turned to see him standing in front of her with a wide smile.
"You're on vacation here, too." he exclaimed.
Without waiting for an invitation, Alex sat down in front of Isabelle.
"Answer me, Isabelle."
"Well, I came here to refresh and calm myself," she replied.
"It seems like you have a lot of problems," he said with innocence.
"Yeah," Isabelle admitted.
Alex looked at her seriously, but before he could continue, Isabelle diverted his attention.
"Alex, aren't you going to order food?"
"I forgot, haha. I was just so happy to see you," he replied.
"Excuse me..." she called one of the waitresses.
"Yes, ma'am," the waitress tried to approach Alex, but he signaled her not to.
"Alex, what would you like to order?"
"Fried calamari rice and just iced tea, please."
The waitress left them to prepare Alex's breakfast.
"How did you end up here, Alex?" Isabelle asked.
"I had some business to attend to. Where are you staying?"
"At a hotel."
"Could I have your phone number, please?"
"Sure, it's-"
"Isabelle's sentence was cut off as a waitress arrived to serve their breakfast."
"Go ahead," Alex grumbled irritably.
"Wait a moment, Alex, let's eat first," Isabelle said.
"Alright," he reluctantly agreed.
They silently enjoyed their meal, with only the clinking of utensils breaking the silence.
"Thank you for the food," Isabelle said.
Shortly after, Alex echoed, "Thank you for the food. Let's go for a walk."
"Where to?" she asked curiously.
"Just come with me. Come on..." Alex grabbed Isabelle's hand and pulled her out of the cafe, ignoring her protests.
"Alex..." Isabelle called out to Alex, making him turn.
"What is it? I just want to take a walk with you."
"Okay, Alex, we can go for a walk, but we haven't paid for the food yet."
"Don't worry, my people will take care of it."
Unbeknownst to Isabelle, the cafe was owned by Alex.

They both went inside Alex's car.
"Alex, where are we going?" Isabelle asked, curious.
"It's a surprise. I promise you'll like it."
Silence filled the car as Isabelle and Alex drove towards the villa. Isabelle couldn't help but steal glances at Alex as he focused on the road. She noticed the strong profile of his face, the way his eyes were fixed on the path ahead, and the subtle smile that seemed to play on his lips.
An hour later, finally they arrived at the breathtaking villa on top of the hill. The view was truly mesmerizing, with lush green mountains stretching out as far as the eye could see. The villa itself was a masterpiece of architecture, blending seamlessly with the natural beauty that surrounded it.
"Wow, it's so beautiful," Isabelle whispered, her voice filled with aw.
Alex smiled, clearly pleased with her reaction."Let's go inside," Alex suggested, and Isabelle nodded in agreement.
Inside, the villa was just as impressive as its exterior. The interior design was tasteful and luxurious, and it was evident that every detail had been carefully considered. Isabelle couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder as she walked through the spacious rooms and admired the elegant decor.
Alex guided her to a balcony overlooking the mountains. Isabelle stood there, taking in the paranomic video. The sun was beginning to cast a warm golden glow on the landscape, and the tranquility of the moment was almost magical.
"This is truly beautiful, Alex," she said, gazing in awe.
"Each room in this villa has a private balcony, and the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning is the natural beauty of the mountains, offering a touch of classic elegance and luxury." Alex explained.
Isabelle turned to look at him, a mix of surprise in her eyes. "You seem to know this place well."
"I came here often." Alex replied with a faint smile.
"How about your studies? What about your college?" Isabelle asked, her tone serious.
Alex paused for a moment, as if contemplating his reponse. "I'm just finishing up my thesis," he finally replied.
Isabelle nodded in understanding, realizing that there was more to Alex than meet the eye. There was a sense of mystery about him, and she couldn't help but be intrigued.
They stood there in silence, gazing at the breathtaking view together. Isabelle felt a sense of peace wash over her, and for the first time in a long while, she was able to forget her troubles and find solace in the beauty of the moment.
Isabelle and Alex remained on the balcony, lost in their thoughts and the serenity of the mountains. It was a moment neither of them would forget, a moment that marked the beginning of something new and unexpected their lives.
Silence enveloped them as Isabelle continued to admire the view, momentarily forgetting her problems and sadness when she was with Alex.
