#Chapter Fifty-One
"Who the fuck are you?!" Kitty yelled at the woman as she cupped her sore cheek.
"I'm Margaret Kelly, you bitch," she said. "I'm Gunner's wife." Loud oh-s and ah-s sounded everywhere. "You're sleeping with my husband!"
"I'm not!" Kitty lied in protest. "What's wrong with you people?!"
"Cheaters, both of you," Margaret spat. "Disgusting!"
"I'm not a cheater," Kitty cried. "I love my boyfriend, Barry."
"He announced the breakup in church, you slut," Margaret said. "Of course you wouldn't know. You don't go to church, do you?"
"It's not what you think - " Kitty said and Margaret removed her tote from her shoulder and hit the side of her body with it. "Ouch! Stop it!"
"Die!" Margaret yelled as she continued hitting her with her tote.
Kitty covered her body with her hands. "Stop, please!"
Margaret tossed the tote to the asphalt. She grabbed some of Kitty's hair and yanked it towards her. Kitty screamed in fear and pain. "Rot in Hell!"
"Stop!" Kitty yelled and the catfight continued for a while, people gathering around them in a wide circle, cheering them on. Margaret switched between pulling her hair and slapping her.
"She's in there!" Kitty heard a girl yelling and within moments, the circle of students parted and Gunner came rushing in. He shot forwards and separated Margaret from her, standing between them.
"Fuck you, Margaret!" Gunner yelled at her before turning around to Kitty to cup her cheek and brush her hair softly. "Are you alright, Kitty?"
"Y-Yes," Kitty said. Gunner hugged her and patted the back of her head.
"You cheater!" Margaret yelled at Gunner.
He left Kitty and turned back to Margaret. "Fuck is wrong with you?!"
"You're the one who's in the wrong! You cheated on me!"
"Cheated on you? Never heard something as ridiculous as that," Gunner said. "Leave before I do something I'll regret."
"You like your girls young, huh? Kids turn you on?"
"She's an adult, if you'll just open your fucking eyes."
"So you are admitting that you slept with her!"
"She's a student I'm seeing, that's all there is to it."
"Don't make me laugh," she said. "What you're seeing is her body in every position, isn't that it?"
"Leave," Gunner ordered. "Now."
"I've never seen you so riled up over a girl, Gunner," Margaret mocked. "Not even when we were still in love. What's so great about her?"
"She's better than you can ever become," Gunner said. "Won't say it again. Leave her the fuck alone."
Margaret glared at the two of them before glancing at the rest of the students around her. Then she picked up her tote bag. "I'm leaving because I have to get my nails done," she said, huffing proudly. "Besides, I think I have proven my point, haven't I?"
And she left.
