CHAPTER TWENTY ONE
SOPHIA'S POV
As strange as the text sounded, it felt too personal and at first, I tried so hard to ignore it, tagging it as just one of those annoyed women of Damien who just needed to air out their frustration.
Being chilled turned out to be not as easy as I thought, and as I stood, still in my really fancy after party wedding gown, by the bathroom door, my mind kept replaying the text I had just read.
Was I really in trouble? Should I be worried?
Questions, that I still couldn't figure out the answers to, flooded my mind, momentarily distracting me from the feeling of sadness I should be experiencing; as I am, however, still heartbroken over Marcus. Yes, that should be all on my mind and I shouldn't even bother myself about what he (Damien) was doing or who he was doing what he was doing with.
