A long and exhausting eighteen hours flight finally ended with Marcus warmly received by the bustling life of Beijing, right outside the Beijing Capital International Airport, China. For a second, he stood confused, staring through the windows to see a bright sunny day, firmly gripping onto his luggage and glancing at his wristwatch to see the time was at some minutes past the hour of ten post meridian. He looked back at the sunny day and then at his watch, his brain taking longer than usual to provide an appropriate logical conclusion. And as he stood, lost, for another minute, the answer suddenly hit him as he cursed under his breath, "Time difference."
