For Damien, he had played his part perfectly and showed no remorse whatsoever about bringing Annabelle along to the supposed honeymoon. Her identity was not to be hidden, most especially from Sophia. He had made his reasons clear, or not as clear as it needed to be as Sophia didn't even seem interested in whatsoever the reason was, and had no intentions to protect Sophia's feelings as all that mattered to him was Annabelle's.
Fortunately for the two, Annabelle and Damien, their relationship still had no hitches despite the ongoing drama. Just maybe that's what an healthy effective relationship was really about.
Leaving behind a probably crying Sophia, Damien went over to his girlfriend's room to finally relax from the chaos of a long day, or week.
