Tyler was in his office when Oliver came with the information he asked for. He put the interviews on hold since he didn't just feel like it anymore. He put down everything and looked at it.
"Is this all?" Tyler asked
"Yes alpha. Everything you need to know about the pack and their alpha is right there." Oliver told him.
Tyler looked at the alpha's profile. Henry Watson-King, 54 years. Tyler looked through the paper and saw all his accomplishments. They were not only powerful but wealthy.
"Any descendants?" He asked Oliver
"Yes. Emily Watson-King, 24 years old, daughter of the alpha and next in line of the Crescent moon pack."
"24? She should have a mate by now, right?" Tyler questioned. She- wolves are usually mated at the earliest; probably 18 to 20. They are not like the male wolves that have to wait for years to find a mate or sometimes choose one themselves.
"Yes, but she doesn't. rumor has it that she rejected her mate and many other suitors that came her way." Oliver informed him.
"Do you know why?"
"No. alpha."
Tyler tried to think of a reason and his mind took hi aback to that night and what she said about the law and her not able to ascend the throne because she is a lady. This made Tyler smile. She was one hell of a smart woman. He looked through at her profile and saw all the things she has done both for her pack and her father's business.
"This is getting more interesting every day." Tyler said to himself with a grain on his face. he thought back to that night she came. He hated her but he couldn't lie, she was intriguing and daring. She was willing to go to any lengths to save her pack which was what he needed in a luna.
He could still remember everything she said and she will be coming the next day. he was curious, will she still come in through the window?
"Is there anything wrong alpha?" Oliver asked seeing how quite he was.
"Nothing is wrong Oliver. All will be well." He said with a smile. "And Oliver, tighten the security around the castle, especially my room."
"As you wish, alpha."
Tyler wanted to wait for her before taking any actions. He wanted to see how strong she is and how far she was willing to go to make this work.
