Aaron lay on his luxurious bed, checking the notifications sent by the system. He had achieved numerous accomplishments, leveled up, and gained a unique ability. The ability offered such a powerful combat strategy that it might even surpass the one bestowed upon him by the goddess Nyx.
"You truly are magnificent, Lord Alshain. I will cherish this ability," Aaron whispered softly as he glanced at the system notification panel.
"Wings of the Little Constellation
When activated, the user surpasses one of humanity's greatest limitations and gains the power of flight. The skies and beyond become insignificant as there is nowhere unreachable for them.
Upon activation, the user gains 25% immunity and resistance to air, lightning, and water abilities.
Mana Cost: 7500 per minute
Cooldown: None"
This was the ability granted to him as a part of a Constellation, and not even the system itself had considered it as a mere fragment, naming it the "Little Constellation." This was the tremendous power that Aaron had battled Alshain for a long time.
After going through this notification, Aaron wanted to observe the other notifications. He swiped the ability panel to the side and was slightly surprised by what he saw:
"Enemy of the Constellations (Hostile Constellations gain +500 enmity towards you), Rank Seeker (All stats +10), Spark of Intelligence (Magic/Elemental power +20)."
Aaron had gained three ranks due to his battle with Alshain, and each of them bestowed upon him beautiful attributes. Rank Seeker and Spark of Intelligence provided him with stat points, while Enemy of the Constellations granted him a significant advantage.
With the stat points earned from the ranks and the points gained from leveling up, his status had improved significantly. He was already in a good state, but if his intelligence increased a little more, he would reach a level where he could achieve an A or even an S rank in the Tower of Earthly Trials.
It was early morning. Judging by the angle of the sunlight, it could be around 7 or 8 o'clock. The sun was shining beautifully, and one could say that the current view of the Earth was perfect, if we didn't count the chaos outside.
"Ah..." Aaron released a deep breath, feeling the joy and relaxation of being completely rested.
Just then, there was a loud click at the door:
"Click, click, click!"
Following the sounds, the door opened quietly, and Pule entered.
"Sir, you're awake," Pule said calmly, and then continued speaking: "You've been asleep for about 3 days, sir. We thought you had passed out again. Frankly, you scared us."
"Let's say I wanted to savor the pleasure of sleep, Pule. How about skipping the unnecessary chatter and giving me a report?" Aaron said in a polite yet serious tone.
After hearing these words, Pule nodded his head in agreement and began giving Aaron a report:
"All our team members, including the servants, have reached a level above 35. Unfortunately, no one was chosen by a god or any other being, but I don't think it would be wrong to say that we have become considerably stronger," Pule said, waiting for Aaron's response.
"Acceptable. I suppose it wouldn't be wrong to assume that you are currently stronger than many people," Aaron said, looking at Pule with a pleased smile on his face.
Seeing this expression on Aaron's face, Pule felt a surge of excitement in his heart and suddenly knelt down. Aaron, seeing this, found the situation strange once again and thought that he should reject this gesture, and he waited for Pule to say what he had to say.
"Sir, what you said will make our group very happy. It has already drowned me in happiness," Pule added to his speech.
"If I had known you would be this happy, I would have complimented you more often, Pule," Aaron said and continued his speech: "By the way, what's the news from Earth? Before I tried to sleep, I noticed that there was a forum in the system."
Of course, he already knew that such a forum would be created, and he could control it himself, but he was in a state of laziness that was too excessive to do so, and he knew very well that he couldn't help but ask about it again.
"Ah, of course!" Pule said, his smile growing even wider. "The whole world is talking about you. Your fame has skyrocketed with the defeat of the Constellation Fragment Alshain. Did you know that people have even given you a title?" Pule added, trying to express his astonishment.
"I didn't particularly want my fame to increase, but on top of that, a title? What is it?" Aaron asked curiously.
"They have given you the nickname 'Arch High Human,' sir," Pule said with great happiness and inner pride.
Hearing these words, Aaron's ears twitched, and he turned his head to look up at the sky through the open window. Being given such a "title" had made him very happy, but at the same time, it felt strange.
Thinking that he now have his best friend's title, it was such a weird feeling for him.
"Well then, we need to live up to this title. First, we need to figure out why the system is broadcasting the battles I fight against living beings. Once we accomplish that goal, we will gather and go hunting," Aaron said, standing up and stretching.
At that moment, something unknown to Aaron was happening throughout the UK and the world. All countries, including the UK, had undergone a revolution. Aaron's idea of "providing a safe zone for people" had spread and started to gather momentum within a few days. People rose up and fought, just as they had always done throughout history.
Texas, Kumamoto, Gangneung, Istanbul, Porto, Naples, and many other cities had already risen up and started to recover. Within just one week, the majority of people were engaged in the fight.
A single battle based on his test had managed to change the world completely. He had shown people how strong they could be—what could be accomplished—and why people always rallied and fought to win.
Humanity would prevail once again, or so it seemed.

After Aaron left the room, he stood up and decided to go to the servant who had saved him from the bench he was lying on, still wearing his pajamas.
Opening the door slowly, Aaron descended the stairs of the safe zone as silently as a bird gliding through the night and as light as a feather. Then, he gently opened the door with a sign that read "kitchen" and entered, closing the door behind him.
Seeing the elderly Kevin in the kitchen, Aaron spoke in a normal tone: "Master Kevin." Hearing these words, Kevin, who was cooking, turned around and spoke with a slight sense of relief, "There's no need for you to address me as 'master,' my Lord. It is I who should address you as such."
"With your permission, Master Kevin, it would be more agreeable for me to address you that way," Aaron said in a soft tone.
Hearing these words, Kevin nodded his head in agreement and spoke: "If you wish me to be addressed that way, my Lord, your wish shall be granted. But are you truly alright? You suffered quite a serious injury," Kevin said, somewhat curious.
"Your concern warms my heart, Master Kevin, but I'm fine. In fact, I came here to ask where I can take a bath. Sleeping for a few days made me feel dirty," Aaron replied.
"I don't understand. It seemed like you had never taken a bath before the first time I bathed you, my Lord. I thought you were someone who did enjoy bathing. I guess it was a mistaken perception," Kevin said, with a strange expression.
Hearing these words, Aaron's heart ached a little, and he found the situation peculiar. Of course, since he had "reverted" to the past, he hadn't taken a bath or cleaned himself, so it was normal for his appearance to be like this. But what person didn't enjoy bathing?
"I don't think anyone dislikes bathing, Master Kevin. I just didn't have the space and necessary supplies to do it. Unfortunately," Aaron said, chuckling lightly.
"Oh, please forgive my assumption, my Lord," Kevin said, sounding apologetic.
"It's alright. As I said, I would like to take a bath if possible," Aaron said with a smile.
"Ah, of course. The room at the end of the corridor on this floor is the bathroom. There are clean towels inside and the necessary clothing, but I'm not sure if they will fit your body," Kevin said.
"Thank you for your consideration. I have my own clothes. Also, I have a question about the first mission of the scenario, if I may ask?" Aaron said.
"Of course," Kevin replied.
"The first mission had a penalty of 'death' as the consequence. How are you still alive? I'm asking this assuming that you didn't go to the Tower," Aaron said, with curious eyes, as he truly wondered about this. According to his knowledge, the scenario missions couldn't be changed; they were tasks given by the system.
"I don't understand, my Lord. I wasn't subjected to any mission penalty. I'm sure the others weren't either, but I must ask you to consult with them as well because I wasn't given such a punishment. If I had, it would have been so painful," Kevin said with a sorrowful voice.
Aaron was shocked to hear these words. In his previous life, he had come across these scenario missions. Of course, in the future, all scenarios were completed and they weren't accessible to everyone like in this life. Only those who had gone to the Towers of the World and obtained a Hunter Card could access them, and they never changed. That's what scenario missions were.
"I understand," Aaron said, with a perplexed expression. He continued, "In that case, I'm going to the bathroom. If you need anything, you can find me at the bathroom door."
"Understood, my Lord," Kevin replied.
After finishing his conversation with Kevin, Aaron left the kitchen and proceeded towards the end of the corridor. Upon reaching the door at the end of the corridor, he opened it and entered the luxurious atmosphere of the bathroom.
Without hesitation, he turned on the water to the desired temperature and undressed. Then he slowly sat down in the bathtub.
"Ah..." Aaron sighed gently and happily. He knew that every second he spent now was contributing to his strengthening. However, this was one of the things he didn't care about at the moment. After leaving the bath, he would have his meal and leave. He would just rest and enjoy the moment of clarity for a mere hour.
This was how Aaron would relax.
