Chapter 4 - Uncomfortable....

"I am afraid you are wrong Mr. Collins. You are not the only heir in the corporation, we still have an heiress here with us everyone. You can not claim ownership over the corporation at the expense of your ignorance Mr. Collins." Zion said with a cool tone walking into the room with his hand in his suit pocket.

Collins eyes flared up in anger when he saw Zion standing at the door, of course he knew who Zion was and who he worked for. Collins featured towards the two guards he placed in the room and they immediately walked towards Zion.

"I am afraid you can not intrude in this shareholders meeting sir, please leave from here or we will be forced to take you out." The guard said to Zion standing in front of him, although the guards looked bulky and big Zion did not feel intimidated even a bit.

"And if I say no?" Zion asked cocking his head to one side to stare at Collins who was furiously standing there.

"Guards take him out of here, get him out!" Collins yelled and instructed the guards and they immediately got to work to take Zion out but Zion was faster than they were.

Zion moved away from there sight and went behind the two men, he knead them at the back of their legs and both men fell on the ground. Zion gave them a few kicks to keep them on the ground before dusting his hands and placing them back in his pockets.

"You! How dare you beat them up in that manner? Useless punks stand up from the ground and beat him up, two men can't take down one man are you both so useless?" Collins yelled at the two men laying on the ground whilst still glaring at Zion.

"It is a shame that you suck in hiring guards too Collins, you should probably get a refund from the security company." Ryan remarked walking into the room with Aurora by his side, he stepped on the two men and walked past them.

Collins eyes opened like saucers when it fell on the girl standing beside Ryan, his first cousin. He clenched fist unclenched in surprise, some of the shareholders too looked surprised when their eyes fell on Aurora who they considered Avery.

It had been published in the news a month ago that the granddaughter of the chairman was killed but here she was standing before them. "You! What are you doing here Ryan and who is the imposter standing beside you?" Collins demanded in fury.

"You seem to have problem with your eyes too Collins, this isn't an imposter. This is Avery, your cousin and my fiancee." Ryan remarked pressing on Aurora's waist for her to say something.

Aurora grit her teeth while faking a smile, "Hel.. lo cou... sin, it's bee..n a while" Aurora stuttered which earned her a tighter grip from Ryan and she managed to complete her words.

She had read about the man who was her supposed cousin and his picture was attached to his files too. "You have got to be kidding me Ryan, this is my cousin Avery? But Avery was pronounced dead last month by you and no one else, what are you trying to do?" Collins demanded moving away from the chairs and tables to stand in front of the couple.

"I do not need to explain to you but for the sake of everyone here I will give you all an explanation. Come on Avery." Ryan muttered and pulled Aurora along with him to stand in front of the share holders, he made Aurora stand in front of him and press down on her shoulders.

"You see, there are a lot of people who are after the life of my dear fiancee here. In the past month she encountered numerous attacks in USA that she had to be kept hidden for a while and I had to declare her dead too. She is here now and is back to be the CEO of this corporation as she is the rightful heir of this business." Ryan explained and murmurs immediately filled the hall.

Aurora took back a little to stare at Ryan in wonderment, this was the first time she heard the man speak more than 10 words except from when he was busy threatening to kill her off.

The shareholder's nodded and agreed to Ryan's word, why wouldn't there. He was the president of a bigger corporation, the top business empire in the country of Canada. Ryan nodded in satisfaction when he heard their agreements and conclusions.

Collins was not pleased with the situation,he had worked so hard to become the CEO of the company but all his efforts were being ruined by that bastard. Ryan pressed on Aurora and urged her to say the words he had instructed her to say when they were walking into the building.

Aurora took a deep breath and closed her eyes for a brief second before opening them again. "Hello everyone, I am Avery Ezekiel. Granddaughter of Mr. Ezekiel and the heiress to this corporation, I am sorry for the brief interruptions and faults that the company had to face in my absence. I pledge to get all the problem solved and being out company to greatness once again."

A clap erupt from the shareholders at Aurora's words, they all stood up on their feet and have her a hearty clap. "We promise to support you too Miss Avery." One of the shareholder said and they others followed suit in agreement. They all tossed the previous agreement that had been given to them by Collins to the side.

Collins balled his hand into a fist and stormed towards Ryan to land a blow on his face but before he could Zion appeared in front of Ryan and stopped Collins. Aurora closed her eyes in fear, she was never one to like watching violence take place.

"I would advice you hold yourself back Mr. Collins. You could be charged for assault and murder too if you know what I mean, please step back." Zion whispered to Collins ears and pushed him back.

"If that is all then, we will take our leave now. See you soon." Ryan said to the shareholders before holding onto Aurora, he pulled her with him and they left from there.
