"So you two has been awakened now? And both of you are strong is that correct? This is a wonderful occasion, let's have a feast tonight."
We are now in the Lieutenant's office, he called us including Charlie to confirm his awakening. Last night when I fetch him up and teleported him back he ask me if there is some development between me or any of his son but I just said that there isn't and mention Charlie's awakening to change our topic last night.
"The power level of these two is on a higher scale. Especially David, he is powerful enough to defeat 1 of the three strongest people of the Philippines. With him around to watch over the Mindanao, I guess I could move around more freely."
I explained.
"That's good. I intend to send you over to Manila anyways. It's a good thing that there is someone that I could trust to watch over the dungeon here while you are away. I also procured the Mana stones as you requested. It seems like the government is collecting them after discovering that they could be used as a energy source."
"That's good, with them I don't have to worry about mana depletion Lieutenant."
The lieutenant nodded.
"By the way I am quitting my position in the Military." He asks.
His two sons was shock, me on the other hand was happy.
"Really? Congratulation former Lieutenant." I said while clapping. I could see a smile on his face as well.
"Why are you congratulating him? He has no work now." David inquired.
"Yeah Dad why did you quit your job?" Charlie also ask.
"David you are kinda slow. Didn't you explain to me last night that things went well in the negotiation? Your father quit his job because he has a new one." I explained.
"Yes, I'm no longer a lieutenant, I am now the Chairman of the new Hunter Association that will open up tomorrow."
"That was fast, is it really necessary to hurry things up?" Charlie ask.
"Yes, the government want to make it functional asap so dungeons could be dealt with immediately. They are actually lending me people to help, and they are giving me a new entire building to operate. It was suppose to be used for other thing but since this thing is important they decided to give it up. We will just create more implementation and regulation as time goes by. What we have here is basic foundation work of the association, I will brief you up."
The newly appointed Chairman get a bond paper in his desk and read it.
Work
"1. All awakened individual will be rank in this institution using the mana calibration device and will be given their own awakened identification card.
2. The Hunter association will determine the eligibility of the awakened individual to be a Hunter or not.
3. Guild registration shall be done within the association.
4. Crimes involving awakened people is within the institutions jurisdiction.
5. Everything that comes out of the dungeon can be sold in the association.
6. All dungeon and it's difficulty will be ranked by the association itself.

"That's a lot of hard work. Will you be ok managing all of this?" I ask.
"Don't worry my job is to supervise and create more implementations. It's more of an office job."
He explained and I nodded. Of course, he has people working under him to do those job. What am I thinking?
"Father what is this Guild? I'm curious." Charlie ask.
"Guilds are where Hunter's gathers as a group to enter the dungeon and close it. If awakened is eligible to be a hunter then they can join guilds to have allies who could help you close the dungeon. Soloing the dungeon is not allowed since it's dangerous, you need to form at least 15 people to enter it and you can also enter only the dungeon that is on the same rank as the people in your group."
"I see. I think I get it now, but are you planning on giving each guild a salary everytime the close the Gate? It seems very costly to me." David asks.
"Of course not, we are actually just going to buy what they get from the dungeon and process it to sell it again for profit. It seems like monster corpse could be use as a weapon that are very good for Hunters."
"Yeah, it seems like Archie is even capable of making it. He even gave one to the people he met yesterday." Suddenly Charlie reveal.
I glared at him after he revealed that but he only looks away. One of these days, I will bury him alive. It seems like he's not listening to me yesterday at all.
"Oh really is that true?" Chairman asks.
"Yes it is true. But the quality of the weapon depends on the quality of the material and how good the Artisan is." I revealed.
"Is that true? Can you create some for my two sons? It would be great if they have equipments before they enter dungeons."
"Yes I can, I won't hesitate in creating one for David but I don't think it's a good idea to give one to Charlie since he's not a responsible type of person. He didn't even hesitate on burning your house yesterday along with your wife and daughter."
I revealed as well.
Charlies face turns pale while his father was furious.
"I assumed you come here to resolve the problem Archie did you?" He ask and I just nodded.
"Thank you for the help Archie. After this meeting you will stay here Charlie. I will talk to you about what happened." His father seems to be holding himself very much because I am here.
I scratch my face using my middle finger. Showing it to Charlie.
I could feel that he saw it but I couldn't see his reactions.
"So about that, could you create at least for David this time?" The Chairman tries to return to himself.
"Yes I can, I still have the material but It won't be cheap." I said.
"Then how much?"
"The cost of the Material alone is already astonishing since it came from the body of of the Boss Croc, which is almost impossible to harm even with the power of the awakens. But since you are good to me, the primary weapon of David will be free but the others such as armor and accessories will cost you 500 thousand each." I said.
"500 thousand each?" All of them stood up in shock.
"I have some knowledge about material cost from my skill and actually the real cost of high quality equipment such as epic rank would be around 3million up to 10 million." I explained.
"That's very expensive. An item that could cost 3-10 million pesos. I'm speechless." The Chairman said.
"It's dollar, it's 3-10 million dollar if its an ordinary epic rank item." I said.
"What? That's too much money, are you sure about it?" David ask.
"Yes, I'm very sure about it. Creating items of that grade usually takes up several weeks and people needed to be expert in runes, mana control, magic circuits, and magic compatibility in order to create one. Only the best of the best could create such high level items." I explained.
"But you are just giving them away though?" Charlie ask.
"What are you saying? I'm not just giving them away. I ask them to give up their shares to the Boss Croc. I also ask them to sell to me all the dungeon loots that we get from our subjugation. And I could price it anyway I want." I explained.
"You're really not an easy person, money will follow where you are." Chairman said.
"Yes, that is true. Dungeon business is actually very profitable. You will know it very soon."
"I will trust your words. But I couldn't afford it yet. Can the offer of 500k per item be still up until I have enough funds or these two could afford it by themselves?"
"Sure Mr.Chairman, the discounted price will be open for the both of them all the time. But only items that are meant for their use. If you ask me for an item to be made for someone, they obviously need to pay the full price and I would also like to include that items I created for them will only function if they are the one who are using it. Meaning, they couldn't give it to the others. Are you fine with it?"
"I guess its not a bad deal. You really know your stuff. The pricing is still unbelievable but I guess time will tell if it's reasonable or not." He said.
"You didn't put restriction of single person use only to the items of the people yesterday why is that?" Charlie ask.
I'm starting to get annoyed at him again. If not for his father being here, I would not answer him.
"I did not put restrictions on their items so later on when they come for me after knowing the real value and prices of each materials and ask me for more money, I could still say to them to appraise the item that I created for them and know it's value. If that happens they would surely know that their demand for asking more money to be given to them is very unreasonable."
"You really put a lot of thoughts to all the actions you've been making." David said.
"Yeah, I just learned doing it after being left behind by someone in the past. I guess people get better when they hold a grudge." I replied.
Both David and Charlie becomes speechless. It seems like no one wants to dig deeper.
