"But I have no knowledge in management. And I haven't fought a single monster yet." He said being in shock.
"Just hire someone to do that you stupid thing. Everyone has less experience in the dungeon anyway so you are not alone. Everything is new here, and you are basically pioneers of the new world. Just do what you can and ask me if there is something you don't know about." His father explained and he just nervously nodded.
"Don't think about it that much and just go with the flow. I will always come when you needed me so cheer up." I said and he look at me with a smile on his face and nodded.
"I want to hire you Archie as an Agent of the association, your job is to deliver messages from the association and to the guilds but I feel like its also good to put you in the Merchandise Area so you could create items there and sell it."
"Oh I can do both. You can have another Agent beside me, and I will only handle more important matters involving powerful Hunters. And I will only create items as well that I would sell, I won't accept commissions so I can have more free time in my hand. I'm also willing to train people in the association to craft items, but I want not money from that." I said.
I know that teaching them to craft an item is a valuable thing but I also know that these people will learn to do that on their own later so it's better to use it now in this negotiation while I can still get something from it.
"I guess I'll just have Charlie do normal Agent job in your place since that one has always been useless. It's about time that I put him in good use."
Charlie's expression wanted to complain but his father only look at him straight which made him unable to utter a single word.

"How about this, I will teach you how to make magic contracts and I'm willing to give up my rights for it. You can actually use it so awakened people couldn't use their powers to cause harm in the civilians or properties."
"Is that right? Then it's a very valuable thing. Are you sure you want to give up your ownership rights for that?"
"Yes, I don't mind. It's actually very easy to make. You only need to make the other party fully understand the content of the contract and make them willingly put their blood on the magic circle that is imprinted on the paper. And then restrictions on them will be put in place. The contract could also be revoke by assigned people that is stated in the contract if needed. It actually wont cost much, you only need band paper and someone to draw the magic circle and write the content then you can photo copy it as much as you want. But keep in mind that this contract is only possible if the contractee is an awakened since it needed it's mana to activate." I explained.
"Fine I will give you 5% tax reduction for this. Make a contract later for me and I will ask them to print it out and be included for tomorrow. I want it to be more like an oath or pledge where the awakened promises to never use his/ her power to cause harm on civilians and properties. Can you make it like that?"

"Oaths and Pledge are much easier than contract. I can absolutely make it even if my eyes are close."
"Then I'll just ask for that. By the way before I forgot here's your reward. Everything that you did so far is included there. I also deducted 30% of the reward from there like we agreed upon before."
He handed me a check and I saw 5 million pesos there.
"Is this really mine? Am I really a millionaire now?"
It's my first time holding this much money.
"Yes you are. They wanted to just give you a hundred thousand but of course I did everything I can to increase it. Also if you restore all the cities in Luzon, they will reward you with another 2 million and if you help with the issue in Marinduque as well as repair it, they will add up another 500k pesos. "Yeah sure, here it is. I'll call the Malacañang Palace to prepare a helicopter for you since you cannot teleport in the places that you haven't visited yet. I will also ask them the locations of the mana stone and monster cores so you can take them with you."
The former lieutenant handed me a clean A4 bond paper and a pen and I begun writing on it while nodding at his words.

"Just let him be like that. He just become a millionaire, of course he will be happy." David defended me.

I am setting up a Debit account and I added mother to it so she could access it whenever she wanted.
The process took us nearly an entire hour and I even brought mother there since she is needed in person for the document and after some confirmation I returned her immediately via teleport.

"I see. I haven't properly said this yet but I feel that I should. Thank you for awakening me. Even though you have your reason, I still appreciate what you did. With this power, I no longer need to watch you guys over to protect people, I can now be part of you and do a job that I think perfectly suit me." He said and he put his arm in my shoulders.
"Hahaha I want sincerity. Show how thankful you are later at night." I laugh after listening to his serious words.

I look at him and he look at me as well. Our eyes meet each other.
Our faces get closer and closer to each other and I close my eyes as I feel his lips touching mine.
"Be safe there in Luzon, return immediately if something dangerous is about to happen."
"Yes, I will. Don't do anything here that is dangerous while I'm away understand?"
"Yes boss. I'll take care of my self here." He replied.
We then decided to spend our time together eating outside. I didn't have much time so our time together is short.

I am currently in Mr. Soreso's office room in this house. He was talking now to a phone with someone from the palace, it seems like he is asking for someone to fetch me up at where the magic circle being erected since I put my waypoint bedside it as well.
The call then ended and he handed me a bond paper with printed picture of the entire Luzon and marks on certain locations.
"These are the areas that needed your magic. Can you handle all of them?" Future Chairman asks.
"I can as long as there's ton of mana stones that I could use. If not I have to repair it by batches." I explained.
"I guess its fine. There are trucks of mana stone and cores in the government certain facility. They are willing to let you use it all for the city repair. Get all of them and hide them in your whatever it is called and don't return them the excess if there are. Just tell them that you used everything. Restoring this many place and they'll pay you just 2m? They are very shameless."
"It's called item box, a type of space & time magic. I'll keep in mind your words and won't return them the excess mana stone if there are. About the 2m reward, there's nothing we can really do about it right now. Let's just hope that they will change in the future." I said.
"Well I guess. Take care over there, and if you cannot handle it anymore return immediately."
"I will but I want to go to the Marinduque as well tonight or at least somewhere near it."
"Are you planning to put a mark so you could teleport any moment there?" He asks.
"Yes, if possible I want to greet the Lich there with some magic before leaving immediately. Will that be alright?" I ask.

"No no, I have no intention of confronting it. I will teleport away immediately after throwing some magic at them. I just want to reduce their numbers before the others subjugate it." I explained.
"It is still dangerous. Do you need someone to protect you? I'll let Charlie join you if you need him."

"Is that your magic item? I couldn't feel mana to it but if you trust it then I'll just hope that you will succeed. Just don't go overboard and return immediately. While your at it, evaluate the monster's strength there as well."
"Yes I will. I gotta go now. See you later Mr. Soreso." I said and immediately activated teleport.
