"That ghost theory doesn't sound so dumb now does it?"
"Oh shut up, will you?" He whispered to her.
From a small trap door on the ground at the end of the table. Opposite from them, they saw a figure appear. Before they could make out who or what it was, they had a dagger fly at them. "Hey!" Steveson yelled out, dogging the dagger, "watch it, " He said, as the dagger stuck on the wall beside him.
"Mind passing it over?" The figure's voice said. As the person walked closer to them, they could slowly make sense of how they looked.
The figure was a girl. She had jet-black hair and pale blue eyes. As she got closer to the light in the room. You could easily notice she had very pale skin but very pink lips and cheeks.
She had a cream shirt and very baggy pants that matched well with her baggy gray jacket.
"I guess you do mind," She mumbled, walking Stevenson. She yanked the dagger off of the wall and turned to them. "Why in the world are there two people here?" She asked. She put her dagger back into a bag she was carrying.
She finally turned to look at their faces and recognized one of them.
"My, my," She said, looking him up and down.
"Oh lord, we're done for," Kia said, looking away.
"Never thought I'd see you again, Steve.", "It isn't very nice seeing you," Stevenson said, glaring at her. "Aw, but why, aren't we friends, Stevie?", "Well-", "See no harm has been done coming from me. Think about it," She said, "What have I ever done to you? Nothing, right?"
"It's simple, I hate you," Stevenson said, bothered.
"Why? I'm lovely." She chuckled.
"You're bitter and complicated. It's one of your charms."
"Oh my gosh." She said, ignoring Stevenson and moving over to Kia. "Susie!", "Kylie…", "Haven't seen you in a while. I missed you!" She said, hugging her. "Yeah, me too.", "Hold on," She said, pulling away. "You died?", "Yeah, well, it didn't stick. Hate to break it to you, but I'm still alive."
"I get that, but what about this?" Kylie said. Motioning the cellar. "Kidnapped." Stevenson said, "Gosh," She mumbled, unamused. "Well, do you plan on getting out?" Kylie asked them. As she pointed to the trap door she came from. "In our defense, we didn't know that door even existed," Steven said. "Oh well, there you go. It's right there, thanks to your BFF." She said to him, walking away.
"To clear up, we're not best friends."
"Keep telling yourself that, Steven"
"Isn't Nadia your best?", "I've known you longer."
"I'm sorry, but who's Nadia?" Kia said as they both turned around to her. "Nadia. Nadia Howl. You don't know her?" Stevenson asked.
"You have to. Nineteen, light hair, dark eyes?"
"Like her soul." He added.
"Shut up," Kylie whispered. "Oh, she has a major scar on her left eye. There's no way you can forget that.", "I don't know her. How would I?" Kia asked.
"Oh, right…" She whispered. "You died…"
"See," Stevenson whispered to Kia. "You miss a lot when you die.", "Yeah, but I also have peace."She whispered back.
Stevenson and Kia followed Kylie through the trap door and led them right outside of the house.

"In my defense, I was here because I was lost too," Kylie said as both Stevenson and Kia stared at her.
"In-"
"Oh, do you ever shut up Steve?"
"Eh, screw it. Let's just blow it up and call it a day." Kylie said.
"That is a terrible, horrible, incredibly foolish idea." Kia said, "Let's do it and see what happens!"
"Really!" Kylie said, excited.
"Yeah, sure. Blow up the forest we are in and maybe burn ourselves alive with it. It sounds good to me. How about you.?" Stevenson said sarcastically.
"I hate you," Kia said.
"Fun kill" Kylie also said, walking further ahead.
After a while of walking through the forest, lost, and arguing.
They had found multiple 'concerning' things as they walked around.
"This is more than concerning," Kia said as they found an old corpse's leg on the ground near some trees.
"It looks like it was cut off, clean," Kylie said, approaching it. "Obviously, what did you think?" Stevenson asked them. Some steps behind them.
"It could have been ripped off, somehow," Kia said. "Or bitten off by an animal, somehow," Kylie added.
"So many possibilities." Kia sighed, turning to see Steven. "Are you scared?" She asked him. "No. I have this terrified look on my face 'cause I'm having so. Much. Fun." He responded, annoyed.
A second later, Kylie grabbed the leg from off the ground and threw it to Stevenson.
"Did you have to hit me with a corpse's leg? Was that necessary?"
"Necessary, no," Kia said.
"Hilarious, yes," Kylie responded as well.
~~~~~~🗡~~~~~~
"Could you do me a favor?"
"I'm not going to kill anyone if that's what you're asking. Desi"
"Sigh. Where is Death when you need her?"
"Ignoring you,"
Back at the old house, Robert, Desiree, and James spent the whole time looking around to make out what had happened.
Kia had disappeared, nowhere for them to find her. They had found a corpse. Turns out Nickolas had nothing to do with anything accusing in that house.
And for the time being, they had been a target of eight other people, trying to kill them.
"Would a bag of full explosives help?"
James asked as they ran around just the outside of the house.
"Help? Why didn't you tell us about them hours ago?" Robbert questioned him.
"The only solution for this is blowing up the house?!" Desiree asked them.
"Are you complaining, Des?!"
"Why did you put fireworks next to the goddamn bomb?" Robbert asked Desiree as they set it up.
"I wanted it to be pretty."
"It was supposed to be subtle!" He yelled at her.
"How is a bomb subtle?!"
"Guys…"
"What, James!" They both yelled at him.
"I'm like 75% sure this won't explode on us."
"What?!" Robbert shouted.
"This is the worst idea you've had!"
"Are you insane?" Robbert asked.
"Do you want him to answer that?"
