Chapter 7 - annoying chatty man

I continued to sit on the dirt bike, waiting for Georgina who was still negotiating with her boyfriend. Yeah, I think so. maybe she wanted him to drive her back to the mansion to meet her parents, but he didn't have the guts.

"I guess that's true," I said with a faint smile when I saw Georgina leaving the cafe alone.

she came up to me with an irritated look and a sullen face, but that just made her look so cute.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" I ask.

"Don't too much asking!" she cried, immediately climbing behind me. "Let's go!"

"Don't get angry like that..."

"Do not talk too much!"

"Okay..." I smiled amused, immediately put on my helmet, then drove my trail bike towards the main road.

along the way, Georgina just kept silent by keeping her distance from my body. it feels weird when you hitchhike someone but don't get a hug from behind.

"Hey..." I turned around briefly.

"What?" she asked curtly.

I smiled again, glancing at him in the rearview mirror. She looked very sullen, occasionally rubbing her eyes.

"Oh, no. Why are you crying?"

"It's okay...let's hurry up!" she hit me on the back.

"No ... no ..." I immediately pulled over my motorbike and stopped. I immediately took off my helmet and turned to Georgina who immediately turned her face away. "I can't go on if you cry. It's embarrassing... you'll become people's attention along the way!"

"You made me cry, you ruined my day!" she immediately snapped and got off the motorbike.

I was stunned and saw her sitting on the edge of the road with her knees bent.

"if you didn't come, maybe now I'm still with him, celebrating my birthday... it's my special day And you messed it up... can't you just let me chill for one day?" she grumbled while looking at me. "From the first time I lived in your mansion to this day, you continue to annoy me, even at work too!"

I exhaled roughly, then crossed my arms and let her continue to grumble.

"I never bothered you but you always bothered me….what exactly do you want?" she asked with a narrow eye.

"I never meant to bother you, and about today I'm just doing my duty," I said casually, resting my hand on the helmet that was in front of my stomach. "now your parents are on their way here. they came earlier without telling you because they wanted to surprise you as a present on your birthday."

"I'll be right back...you don't have to come up to me!" she replied angrily.

"I'm not sure you'll be back soon since you also don't know about your parents' plans," I said with a shrug. "and if you come alone when they are already at the mansion, they will suspect that you just met your boyfriend. that's why I was looking for you...I was trying to save you."

she was just silent averting her face.

I sighed and looked around which was getting hot because the sun rose higher and higher. I looked back at her who was pondering.

"I'm sorry if what I did made you angry but this is solely because I don't want your parents to be angry with you and I also don't want them to be disappointed. I don't want them to judge that my family can't carry out the mandate to look after you," I said again, then leaned forward my body to my chest resting on the helmet. "You have to imagine... your parents prepared a surprise for you but you are not there for them even doing things they don't like. They will be doubly disappointed..."

"I don't care about their surprises... they're just parents who never understand my wishes!"

"I'm sure they did that because they love you. You can't blame them... and as I said... things would be easier if your boyfriend dared to talk to them directly... your parents would hate him even more if he continues asking you out on a date secretly…"

"That's enough!" she exclaimed while standing. "You don't need to lecture me. You don't know the real problem!"

"Okay..." I nodded resignedly.

"I'll take a taxi!"

"Why?"

"I do not like you!"

I immediately got off the motor and followed Georgina who was walking towards the mansion. I looked around, no taxis were passing but she kept walking.

"Hey, you won't get a taxi!" I shouted.

she just kept quiet without turning around.

"Humph, you stubborn girl!" I cursed, then sighed. I immediately ran back to my motor, then immediately put on my helmet, and drove towards Georgina who had not yet gotten a taxi.

"You're going to walk far," I said as I slowed down my motor until I was beside her.

she just kept silent and kept walking without looking at me.

"Nowadays, it's hard to get a taxi without an order," I said, looking ahead. "You have to walk 10 km to arrive at the mansion. it will take a while..."

"I don't care!" she exclaimed.

"If I were your boyfriend, I would take you to the mansion, then meet your parents in a manly manner... I would say that I want our relationship to be serious," I said casually. "but too bad your boyfriend is Sebastian. He let you walk like this instead of driving you... even I didn't expect him to let you be with me….I came to doubt his love. Maybe he ..."

"Can you stop nagging?" she asked with a scream and a grunt.

"oops..." I immediately fell silent, looking at her who was panting with emotion, she even looked like she was starting to sweat on her temples.

"I don't care what you say!" she exclaimed again.

"I didn't mean to piss you off," I said, then held out my hand to her. "I just want you to stop walking and ride with me...that would be better...I don't want you to get tired."

she just kept silent, as if considering my offer.

"At least today won't get any worse," I said, pulling my hand back. "I'm sure your parents have come up with surprises that you will love... cherish them," I said again.

"I'll come with you, but stop talking!" she said curtly, then climbed into the back seat of me. "I'm allergic to hearing your voice!"

I chuckled, feeling so happy that she finally came with me now. 'Maybe you'll be allergic to my voice... but I'll make you hug me,' I thought.

"Hurry, I want to quickly rest in the room!" she exclaimed.

."Um, okay ... this is the last time I'll talk to you this morning," I said, turning to her. "Hold on... we're going to speed," I said again, then immediately drove my trail bike straight at high speed.

Georgina immediately embraced my stomach tightly.

"You want to kill me!" she shouted.

I just laughed, didn't want to talk because I had to keep quiet according to my promise. I continued to drive my dirt bike at high speed, and during that time Georgina hugged me tightly. somehow I feel very happy, like finding a new doll that will always cheer me up.

'Zoe was never like this... she even hates it when I ride a dirt bike when I see her,' I thought, suddenly wanting to compare Zoe and Georgina.
