The sun rose, and the cock crow. A ray of light reflected on Morgan's face.
Oooooh it's morning. Morgana woke up with a smile on her face, I seemed as though she might have had a nice dream. "My love, it's morning" she said as she tried placing her hand on Daniel, But Daniel was no longer on the bed. Morgana stood up from the ground in a haste and shouted "where is my husband. Doctor!!!". The doctor alongside two nurses rushed into the room to know who was making the noise.
" Doctor where is my husband?
where did he go to?
who discharged him?
Is he alright now?.
All this questions Morgana asked in a tensed tone. Suddenly, the nurses began to approve her in a calm and polite way, with their faces full of pity and sympathy, why the doctor kept nodding his head". What's happening here, doctor where is my husband" Morgana asked again with her eyes full of tears. It turned out to be that Daniel had died at the point where Morgana was in a deep sleep and he was taken to the mortuary before Morgana could even wake up.
Morgana shouted, screamed and weeped. Her world was shattered. Her sweet dreams turned nightmare, the blue cloud turned black, her smiles turned tears, and her joy, sorrow. Morgana didn't even know what to do, she was dumbfounded, and was in a state of complete confusion. Infact she began to act like a psycho. She pulled down everything she could lay her hands on. Anyone who saw her in that state. After so much frustration on herself, she passed out, while the doctors carried her up and laid her on another bed near her husband's bed to rest.
Morgana woke up slowly, disoriented, wondering where she was. She looked around the room and saw the empty hospital bed next to her, and she felt a wave of panic. Then, the door opened and the doctor walked in. "Good day, Mrs. Morgana," he said gently. "How are you feeling now?" Morgana opened her mouth to speak, but no words came out. As Morgana kept forcing herself to speak, the doctor's expression grew concerned. "Mrs. Morgana, are you all right?" he asked. But Morgana just shook her head, unable to find her voice. The doctor sat down next to her. "Mrs. Morgana, I need you to try to take a deep breath. Can you do that?" he said calmly. Morgana nodded and tried to take a deep breath, but it caught in her throat. Her eyes were filled with tears as she struggled to speak. The doctor put a comforting hand on her shoulder. "It's all right, Mrs. Morgana," he said. "Take your time. There's no rush." Morgana took another deep breath and finally managed to speak. "Where... where is my husband?" she asked, with her voice trembling. The doctor looked at her with sympathy. "Mrs. Morgana," the doctor began, choosing his words carefully. " Can you stay calm while I explain?" Morgana nodded, though she was trembling all over. "All right," the doctor said. "I'll tell you everything, but it's important that you try to stay calm." Morgana swallowed hard and nodded again. "I'm ready," she said. It seemed as though she had forgotten what happened earlier.
"Your husband... he's no longer with us," the doctor said, his voice gentle but firm. "I'm so sorry." Morgana stared at him, her eyes wide with shock. "What... what do you mean?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. The doctor took a deep breath. "Mrs. Morgana, your husband passed away last night," he said. "There was nothing more we could do," the doctor continued. "The doctors and nurses did everything they could, but..." His voice trailed off, and he looked at Morgana sadly. She was trembling, tears streaming down her face. "No," she screamed, "No, it can't be." It seemed as though she has finally regained her lost energy. The doctor put a hand on her shoulder again. "I'm so sorry," he said. "I know this is difficult." Morgana's face crumpled, and she began to sob. She stood up again and wanted to start reactng over again, when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her abdomen, she gasps and clutches her stomach. Then, her water breaks, soaking her clothes and the floor beneath her. The doctor looks at her, eyes wide, and says, "I think we need to get you to a different room. Nurses!!!!!!," He shouted.
As the doctor was helping Morgana to her feet, she looks up at him with a pained expression. "Please... just tell me what's going on," she says. The doctor nods and says, "You're going into labor. But don't worry, I'll take care of you. We're going to get you to the delivery room and make sure you're as comfortable as possible." "Just try to stay calm," the doctor says as he helps her out of the room. "I know this is scary, but we'll get through this together." As they walk down the hallway, Morgana tries to take deep breaths, but she can't help but feel a little panicked. The doctor leads her into the delivery room and helps her onto the bed. He checks her vitals and talks to her in a soothing voice. "Everything is going to be okay," he says.
As the doctor was checking her vitals, he notices that something seems a little off. He frowns and asks her a few more questions. "When was the last time you felt the baby move?". Morgana looks at him, confused. She couldn't alter a word for the pain has taken the best of her. The doctor's expression grows more serious. He looks at Morgana and says, "I'm sorry to say this, but the baby's heart rate is a little lower than it should be." Morgana's eyes widen in fear. "What does that mean?" She asked in a low tone using alot of energy. "But don't worry," he says. "I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that you and the baby are okay", the doctor reassures her. "I'm going to get you prepped for a C-section," the doctor says, "just to be safe. It's a very common procedure, and it's nothing to worry about. I'll be with you the whole time." Morgana feels a little calmer, but she was still nervous. She takes a deep breath and nods. "Okay, let's do this" she says. The doctor smiles at her and says, "That's the spirit." And with that, he gets to work.
Morgana tries to relax as the doctor and his team prepares her for the procedure. Everything wasvhappening so fast, but she feels safe in the capable hands of the medical team. She looks around the room and sees all the equipment, and she takes another deep breath. Morgana felt a range of emotions and sensations. She feels exhausted, but also exhilarated. She's in pain, but also full of joy. She's worried, but also hopeful. It's a complex mix of feelings, but she was determined to get through it. Suddenly, she hears a tiny cry. She wondered were the cry was coming from. She focused on the sound and discovered that it was the cry of her baby. She's never heard anything more beautiful. The doctor looks at her and says, "Congratulations, it's a healthy baby girl!" Morgana can't help but smile, even though she's still a little overwhelmed.
After all set and done, the medical team finishes up and hands the baby to her. She holds the tiny bundle in her arms and looks down at the little face. She's overwhelmed with love and awe. Her joy knew no boundaries. It was as though she never cried before. She cuddled her baby, and covered her face with kisses and pecks.
Morgana gazes down at the baby again, she notices a little tuft of dark hair on her head, her tiny hands are balled into fists, and her mouth is open in a tiny "O" shape. It's like she's already trying to figure out the world around her. As Morgana kept holding her baby, she feels a rush of love and protectiveness. She looks at her and promises to herself that she'll do everything she can to take care of her. She whispers softly to her, "Hello, little one. I'm your mom, and I love you." She gently touches his tiny hand, while the baby grabs her finger with surprising strength. Suddenly, the baby starts to make little cooing sounds. Morgana could tell she was tired, and she starts to feel tired too. One of the nurses comes over and says, "I think it's time for you to get some rest. Do you want me to take the baby to the nursery?" Morgana hesitates, but she knows she needs to rest. "Okay," she says. As the hours pass, Morgana starts to feel a little better. She's still tired, but she's able to rest a little bit. Eventually, the nurse brings the baby back to her. "Do you want to try breastfeeding her" the nurse asks. Morgana nods and holds the baby close. She looks down at her tiny face and feels a rush of love again. She couldn't believe that she was now a mother.
