After waiting for some minutes to get approval from the king, Fallon, and Glenda were finally permitted into the palace, they gasped as they stared around the beautiful castle, it's very rare and nearly impossible to be allowed into the palace especially if you are not an elite or have any tangible reason to want to enter so Fallon and Glenda fed their eyes with the place cause they have no idea when next they would have some opportunity.
They were still in their trance until they heard a cough from the guard who notified them about the king's arrival. They bow before the king before they state the reason for their seek of attention.
" Good afternoon, Your Majesty",
" Good afternoon, what has brought you to the palace?", he asked sitting majestically on the throne as one of the guards kept fanning him.
Fallon told him about their discovery and the king ordered some guards to go around the village and announced, to check if there was anyone looking for a baby or anyone who had just given birth but the baby remained a mystery as there was no positive result. The king seeing there's no one to show one about owning the baby, asked if Fallon and Glenda would love to take charge of the baby and they accepted willingly so he told them to name him and they did. They named him Elijah.
Their five-year-old Benjamin accepted the baby also as he has always wanted a younger brother, he was so playful around him and that is how the mystery boy named Elijah has a family. But this was just the beginning of the mystery as more mysterious and unusual things began to unfold making the father of the mother doubt if the baby is even human.
For the next 12 years, the whole family accepted that the baby they took in years ago was definitely not human as he did things extraordinarily like carrying things even elder people can't. He was incredibly strong, faster, and smarter for someone of his age. Sometimes he'll wake up with some bruises he can't point where he got them from, he could be outspoken sometimes and sometimes he could be very cold and quiet. Elijah is so unpredictable but he is loved by everyone, he is so handsome that he quickly makes friends especially the females without making much effort, right from an infant, the adult enjoys carrying him and playing with him as he's so beautiful and chubby. His brother Benjamin loved taking him around, he'd get to eat lots of snacks as the girls would give Elijah some of theirs but the mystery of Elijah began to reach everyone in no time when he created a drainage with a wooden pipe to get water to reach down through it to his house. Everyone was surprised about this, they would all trek miles to the river to fetch water but the laziness of fetching water gave him that idea and it soon reached the king. The news of the boy who created a drainage with a wooden pipe to get water down to his home spread around the village and soon he was called upon and recognized and his idea was used even by the king.
No one ever thought of that idea and so they call him genius. These things he did began to give him some weird feelings about him belonging to another world, he felt like things he did were normal, reasoning at how no one could think of digging a well or drainage, he grew angry at that and concluded he belonged to a world more open, more intelligent, he didn't know but he felt deep down he's incomplete in this world. He needs a new world.
Unknowingly, the things he did a good fortune and were of advantage to the villagers but also a misfortune, a doom, something that'll make them all lose their home, the arrival of the baby in their midst has always been a bit of bad luck.

Amanda and Sir. Ramses sat opposite the doctor in the room along with Antonio.
" Good afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Harthorn", he said after signing the file,
" good afternoon doctor", they replied,
"How's the test result?", Sir. Ramses asked,
" hmmm, good I'll say. According to the test results, your son's health is totally fine, nothing is wrong but I might advise you to check out with some therapy",
" Therapy? A wolf going for therapy?",
" when it comes to psychology no one is exempted and he's still a kid",
" but why?",
"as I said earlier, we've run every possible test and they all come out nice revealing that your son is totally fine, his dullness with him always being quiet and cold might be a personality he wants to adopt, probably he saw things he doesn't like or he doesn't like his environment cause according to his school records he is highly intelligent. And again, regarding some bruises he wakes up to see, are you sure your son isn't shifting to a wolf while you were all asleep, he might have sustained them during the run",
" but he can't shift during the day", Amanda said,
" more like he won't", the doctor corrected,
" so what did you suggest we do",
" it's either you take him for therapy or you change environment", he said and relaxed back in his chair.
Sir. Ramses's pride wouldn't let him allow the boy to go to a therapist, he believed it was for the weak, a strong werewolf wouldn't be doing that and he couldn't let it stain his reputation. They entered the car and met their 10-year-old son playing a game on his tap, Antonio entered to join him and he completely ignored his younger brother who was trying to get his attention to check out his game. Alexander is the complete opposite of Antonio, he's very outgoing and playful, outspoken and jovial, and an extrovert, he loves attention and being around people unlike Antonio who loves to be by himself.
" so what did you think we should do", Amanda asked as she joined Sir. Ramses was in the front seat as he started driving.
" I can't take my son to a therapist",
" so?",
" I'll make some arrangements, we'll change his environment",
" to where",
" where ever he wants, as long as it's going to make him shift to a werewolf",
" the doctor said he can shift",
" Not when everyone is looking, he needs to gain some confidence, I did to know which sort of werewolf he is",
" Meaning?",
" Just so you know, while you travel out with the kids, don't come back here with him being a beta or Omega",
" Are you kidding right now?", she said raising her voice and drawing the attention of the kids, they both gave her some questioning look and she immediately realized.
" Sorry kids", she said and turned back to Ramses, " did you even know what you are saying?",
" I can't have a weak son",
" My son is not weak, none of them are, let me guess this is all about politics again, power, fame, as usual, you don't care about anyone else but yourself",
"At least I'm giving you all you want",
" you are not giving me anything when you don't even know what I want",
"What did you want?".
She looked away and scoffed.
" He can't give you what you want, he is dead",
" drop me here", she yelled,
" Amanda!",
" Stop the car", she said furiously not caring about the kids and he did as she said. She got down from the car and slammed it hard before walking away.
" Dad, what's wrong with mummy", Alexander asked,
" Mummy is just stressed out, she'll be fine", he said and drove off.
Amanda took her phone and dialed Maggy's number who picked up a second ring,
" Hey babes", her voice sounded over the phone,
" I'm coming over", Amanda said, " you're at home right?",
" Yes",
" okay thanks" " she said and hung up.
Immediately Amanda hung up the call, Margaret collapsed on the floor with blood streaming out of her mouth and nose.
" what will I say?".
