Olivia's life was pretty much boring, asides that she spends her little free time with her boyfriend, Eren and his little daughter, Ava, the rest of her schedule was usually occupied with work, more and of course, extra work. She almost had no time for herself as she was literally caring for the walfare of other people. In time, Olivia became pale, fatigued and her once permanent elated expression became a gloomy one.
"Maybe my work is the reason why I'm not yet engaged." She would Ponder when she was tired and isolated, and of course, she was right. Her boyfriend, Eren had attempted proposing to her countless times, but all she could eve say to him was that she wasn't ready to walk into marriage just yet, despite him knowing that she was physically and mentally distracted. But Eren was patient with her, he decided not to force her if she wasn't ready.
However, as the twenty-seven year old doctor attended to various crucial emergencies that was ever flowing that day, she got a call from Eren.
"Hi honey." Eren's voice was as smooth as butter, and it withheld the most affectionate tone anyone could've ever imagined.
"Eren, watsup." Olivia combed falling strands off her hair with her fingers, this gesture, she always made whenever she first heard his voice.
"I'm cool, what about you?" Eren asked.
"Well, a bit uncalled for - - I'm so damn tired right now."
"Oh sorry, but on the good side, tomorrow's weekend, we could hang out sometime right?" Eren sounded desperate to go on a date with Olivia, this time, he was planning to propose to her more formally as he thought Olivia had always delayed his request because he wasn't really formal with his proposals.
"I'd have loved that, but you know I can't take weekends off." She said sulkily.
"Your superintendent is really inconsiderate, he refused you of your one day off in a whole year, how does he expect your fiance to feel?"
Olivia beamed a smile which made her face seem bright for a few moments. "Don't you worry honey, on my next day off, I'll hand over my cellphone to you. No calls, no emergencies, it'll be just me and you, doing everything crazy couples do." When she said that, it calmed Eren in such way that he felt less appalled and more hopeful.
"Hmm, sounds tempting, can't wait."
"Me too." She smiled as if she was right in front of him. "So, how's your day been?"
"Kinda boring, I took Ava to the park and she almost won every challenge there." Eren explained.
"She's a smart girl." Olivia said and diet chuckled.
"Then we got it ce cream and I was kinda forced to buy her a new karaoke."
"Father and daughter having some quality time with each other, I'm jealous."
"Oh, come on!"

MEANWHILE, IN AN ANCIENT MULTIVERSE, THE STORM HAD ONLY JUST BEGUN. The once peaceful kingdom of Apotha was now under some great peril. Every soldiers who were sent to fight the enemies didn't make it back. The citizens panicked as they hoped that the magical shield which secured Apotha would last long enough, that is until a sort of miracle happened.
But why was this city of gold and glimmer almost in shreds, what caused this unofficial war?
In the year 1225, the kingdom of Apotha was founded by Luca, a mortal descendant of Apollo, the sun god. With a rigid monarch rule, the kingdom's development took to a higher level, they made countless beautiful works of construction, synagogues and temples constructed with the best architectural designs, all furnished with fine gold as vibrant as the sun. The city was named after the god whom the kingdom was dedicated to, Apollo. They worshipped the Olympian despite that they weren't Greek religionists. At the year 1300, their greatest shamans took a preventive measure, they build a magical sphere around the kingdom so that enemies could not intrude even if they tried to. This sphere-making decision was influenced after the three year long war, which involved some foreign soldiers who had attempted colonizing their country.
However, one danger within Apotha still remained uncealed, a magic door was popularly referred to as 'DOOR OF DEATH'. This magic door was held in between two, strong, unfellable oak trees, the door occasionally opened up by itself and most times, it never did, leaving you staring at two identical oak trees, standing right beside each other. But when this door opened, there was usually a black hole, somehow transparent but still very visible, but the only person who had dared walking into the door never came back again.
Moreover, Diviners and Shamans had given the door the personality of 'r OF DEATH' because they believed that someone with the mark of death was going to come into Apotha through the magical door. And then he was going to torment the kingdom until Apotha dissappears alongside with the memories of its existence.
But at that moment in time, the kingdom was even at more danger than it had ever been. The titan of time, Kronos, had somehow escaped tartarus, the lake of the dead with his brothers, and since then, the titans have are migrating from one country to another searching most skeptically for every last kingdom named after the Olympian gods, in order to destroy them. Normally, that wouldn't have been any of Apotha's business but unfortunately for them, Apollo was an Olympian. And now, because of their godfather, their kingdom was being threatened to its end. However, one great shaman in Apotha, whose name was Shan Gui, had heard from the oracle of Apollo, the only way to save the kingdom, but it was a risk that Apotha couldn't stand if it took place. Today however, the crown prince of Apotha had invited the shaman over to the palace, he was going to try to compel him to repeat what the oracle had said, the crown prince was the first born of the king, his name was Lysander.
"Your Highness, Shaman Shan Gui seeks an audience with you." One of his servants outside the cabin called his attention.
"Let him in." Lysander could barely speak as he was lost in his own thoughts. His fingers were on his chin as he thought about how many things he had lost during this ongoing war. Many of Apotha's soldiers who had been sent to fight the titans had never returned back alive. The magical boundary kept losing its power each time it was struck, soon enough, it would be broken. And mostly, his father was also a victim of the titans. Though Lysander had never gone out to fight himself, his father who was supposedly stronger than him had gone before him, the king managed to return back alive, but he was so torn and battered that he had only a slight chance of living. Many healers had been called upon to save the king's life but they couldn't do anything much. Lysander was afraid of losing his father, but he didn't reveal it to anyone. However, he needed someone who knew how to heal magical wounds, and he hoped that the oracle had something had something to say about that.
"Your highness." The shaman bowed as he walked into Lysander's cabin, "Why have you called me here today."
"Have a sit." He gestured for the shaman to sit and then he held grabbed the pot of tea from the table, then he poured into the cup standing close to the shaman. "Tea?"
Shan Gui held the cup up, he was actually fidgeting why the crown prince decided to pour him a drink. "But your highness, am I not your servant? Why have you poured me a drink?"
"Drink. After all, the leader serves the people. Isn't it a mention of our decrees Shan Gui? The king takes responsibility for everything that happens to his people, and decides for the walfare of everyone, whether rich or poor."
Shan Gui took a sip of his drink. "You're absolutely correct your highness, at least you seem to be exact in your perspectives."
"I guess I'm fit to be king." Lysander complemented himself.
"Of course your highness, you are the perfect heir for the throne. But why have you called me here today?" The shaman asked.
Lysander poured himself another cup of tea. "I've heard disturbing rumors Shan Gui, and they are concerning you."
"M...Me? What rumors if I may ask?"
"I heard that you and my brother, Lycian, are planning to take the throne from me." Lysander said with a smirk before sipping on his tea.
The shaman had a bewildered face expression, he didn't expect what came to him. "Nonsense your highness, where did you get that rumor, it's all lies!"
"Oh Shan Gui, there's no need to make a ruckus, are you trying to say that the Crown Prince is telling a lie?"
"Forgive me your highness, I didn't mean to disrespect you!" At this point, he was already on his kneels, begging for mercy.
"Shan Gui, You're the last grandson of Luca which means you're a descendant of Apollo himself, what would you expect others to say after you must've gone against the customs of kingship?"
The shaman voice even became more quirker, "Please forgive me your highness. I didn't mean to, I was just tempted. If you spare me, I promise such thing would never happen again."
"I would have loved to spare you, but too bad, you have something I need." Lysander grimaced.
"A..and what is that, your highness?" Shan Gui slightly raised his head to look at the prince. "I'll give you anything you want, my daughter? My properties?"
"Silence. Give me the prophecy."
"The prophecy, your highness?"
"Yes, it's an order!"
