Chapter 1 - The Beginning of memories

Chapter 1

The sound of my alarm clock pierced through my dreams, forcing me to open my eyes. I groaned and reached for the snooze button, hoping to get a few more minutes of sleep. But I knew it was useless. I had to get up and face another day in my boring life.

I dragged myself out of bed and stumbled to the bathroom. I splashed some cold water on my face, trying to wake myself up. I felt the droplets trickle down my cheeks, like tiny tears. I grabbed a towel and dried my face roughly.

As I was about to leave the bathroom, I felt a sudden breeze on my face. It was cold and refreshing, like a breath of fresh air. I turned my head to the left and saw the window. The window that showed me a different world.

A world where the street was full of cherry blossom trees in full bloom. A world where pink petals danced in the wind, creating a shower of beauty. A world where spring was in the air, bringing new hope and joy.

I walked back to my bedroom, feeling a pang of nostalgia in my chest. I looked at myself in the mirror, wondering if there was anything special or different about me.

Nothing but a boy with brown hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. A boy who looked like any other boy in the city. A boy who had nothing special about him.

Suddenly, a cherry blossom petal flew through the window and landed on the table next to my bed and I looked at the bracelet on the table next to the petal. It caught my eye and made me smile.

And her....

It was still there, where I left it last night before going to sleep.

I wondered if she still had her bracelet, too. If she still wore it every day, like I did. If she still remembered me, like I did.

As I was lost in my thoughts, I heard a knock on the door. It was my mother, telling me to hurry up or I would be late for school.

I snapped out of my trance and opened the door. She was smiling at me, holding a cup of coffee.

"Good morning, Sky," she said. "Are you ready to go?"

"Good morning, mom," I said. "Yes, I'm ready."

I put down the bracelet back on the table and grabbed my backpack.

I walked downstairs and out of the house with her. As I did, I saw the cherry blossom trees lining up the street.

They were beautiful.

But not as beautiful as her.

I reached the bus stand near my house and got on the bus. It was not too crowded, but there were no empty seats, so I had to stand and hold on to a pole.

I looked out of the window and saw my house fading away in the distance. I saw the cherry blossom trees that lined up the street, their petals flying in the wind.

They made me think of my past. Of my childhood. Of a time when things were simpler and happier.

Six years ago, I was traveling to my grandmother's house in a village. It was a long and tiring journey, but I didn't mind. I loved visiting my grandmother. She was kind and wise, and she always had stories to tell me.

She lived in a small house in a valley. She had a garden where she grew vegetables and fruits. she had a lot of birds that sang in the morning.

She also had a neighbor who had a daughter. A daughter who was my age. A daughter who became my friend.

But she was not the one I was thinking about.

One night I couldn't sleep that night. I kept thinking about the cherry blossom tree. The one that was beside a pond in the village. The one that looked stunning at night.

I had heard about it from the girl next door. She was my friend and my neighbor. She had seen the tree,She said it was a rare and beautiful sight.

I was curious about the tree, so I asked my grandmother about it. She told me that it was an old and special tree. That it only bloomed once a year, when the moon was full and the stars were bright.

She said it was the best thing that ever happened to her.

I wanted to see that tree. I wanted to see something different. Something special.

So I decided to sneak out of the house and go to the pond. I waited until everyone was asleep, then I got dressed and grabbed a flashlight. I opened the window and climbed down the roof. I ran across the grass and followed the path that led to the pond.

It was dark and quiet, except for the sound of crickets and frogs. I felt a rush of excitement and wonder in my chest. I didn't know what I would find there, or what I would feel.

But I knew I had to go.

I reached the pond after a few minutes of walking. It was a small and clear body of water, surrounded by small trees that cast soft shadows on the ground. And there it was.

The cherry blossom tree.

It stood out from the rest, with its pink flowers glowing in the moonlight. It was like a dream come true.

I walked towards the cherry blossom tree, feeling a sense of awe and wonder. It was even more beautiful up close, with its pink flowers glowing in the moonlight. It was like a dream come true.

I wandered around the tree, looking at it from different angles. I felt a connection with it, like it was calling me.

But as I was walking, I didn't notice a tree root sticking out of the ground. I tripped over it and lost my balance. I fell forward, landing on the grass with a thud.

I groaned and rubbed my head, feeling a bit dizzy. I looked up and saw something that made me forget about my pain.

Someone who was sitting beside the cherry blossom tree.someone who had a sketch book on her lap. Someone who was looking at me with a smile.

And that's when I met her.
