Chapter 37 - Uluna port

The frown on Asher's forehead became even more pronounced when Rufina mentioned the horrible creatures that inhabited the island. That's bad. Could it be the same figure as Titaoboa? Who knew, but it was clear from Rufina's words that the creature was undoubtedly powerful.

"Wait, maybe that thing is holding Ignea." Persea rounded her eyes, a look of disbelief on her face. "Oh dear, we must hurry and help Ignea." Her face tightened, showing concern.

Persea sensed that the Fire fairy, Ignea might have been captured by the mysterious creatures living on the island. Ignea's life is in danger, and they must rescue her immediately.

Recommended Classes: All classes, except the mage class.

Asher once again frowned as he read the class recommendations written there. What was the meaning behind this mission? Were magic attacks incapable of fighting the creature? He didn't know, but Asher and Chronos had decided to carry out the mission.

"Alright, Persea, can you use your teleportation ability to take us directly to Uluna Island?" A curious expression appeared on Asher's face.

"I'll give it a try." Persea nodded her head, then began to chant her teleportation spell. "Uh, wait, what happened? Why isn't my spell working?"

Chronos furrowed his brow, a look of confusion on his face. "What do you mean, Persea?

"Uh, wait, I'll try it one more time." Persea cast the same spell again, but the result remained the same. "Damn, this is probably an effect of Ignea's power." She shook her head, a fleeting look of frustration on her face. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure the creature holding Ignea must be using his power." She nodded her head, trying to confirm his own words.

"Wait, wait. I don't know what you're talking about, Persea." The frown on Asher's forehead became even more pronounced.

"Ignea, the fire fairy has an ability called the Shield of Immortality. This power is capable of creating a shield capable of negating any magical energy that tries to penetrate the shield. "She sighed. "In other words, its power can neutralize magic energy."

"Oh, shit, so as long as it's inside the protective wall, all the magic energy will be useless?" Chronos rounded his eyeballs. a look of disbelief appeared on his face.

Persea nodded her head slowly, "Yes, that's right."

"Oh shit, is there no other way to get to the island? Asher stroked his chin, the tension still visible on his face.

"There is. You can go to Uluna Harbor and take a ship there." Rufina snapped her fingers, her voice sounding firm. "But, I don't know, I'm not sure you'll get a ship there." She sighed, a resigned look on her face.

"At least we tried instead of nothing." Asher nodded his head, hope beginning to show on his face. "Persea, can you use your teleportation ability to take us to Uluna Harbor?"

"I will try." Persea nodded her head, then recited her teleportation spell again.

"Well, I hope you guys manage to find Ignea. If you need help, you know where to find me." Rufina flew back to her throne, leaving Asher and the others behind.

Persea immediately cast her teleportation spell and luckily it worked. Instantly, they all arrived in front of Uluna Harbor. However, when they arrived there, the situation was very different from what they expected. The place looked like a dying place and there were no signs of life at all like what happened in real life.

"Oh my, what the hell is going on?" Asher's face paled, seeing the many bloodstains scattered on the ground.

"Come on, Ash, we don't have much time. We have to find the ship that's still there." Chronos pulled Asher's arm.

When they arrived at the ship's dock, it seemed that their hopes were dashed. There was no ship there at all, and there was only the wreckage of the ship floating in the sea. Damn. It seemed that all the ships there had been destroyed by something. But by what? Asher himself didn't know what had caused this mess.

"Damn! Now, how can we go to Uluna Island? Chronos' jaw lifted.

"I don't know what to do either." Persea bowed her head limply. "The only way we can go to Uluna Island is gone. "

"Wait, guys, I see something over there. " Asher narrowed his eyes, trying to see clearly. "It looks like a building, maybe we can go there and check if we can find anything."

They decided to walk closer to the building until they reached the entrance. Fear instantly spread across Asher's face as he saw a rough scratch - shaped like a scar from a beast, clearly engraved on the door. This was a bit strange. Perhaps these scratches came from the same creature that caused all the chaos at the docks.

"Chronos, I think we should check it out. Maybe we can find something here." Asher entered the room.

"Asher, are you sure?" Persea's face looked tense, as she peered into the building. "I feel that perhaps, that creature is still hanging around here." She slowly flew towards Asher, hiding behind his body.

"Hey calm down. If that thing is still here. We'll finish it off." Chronos' face looked excited, with no fear on his face. "Come on, Ash, let's destroy that thing."

"Yes, Chronos is right. Calm down Persea, everything will be fine," Asher smiled, trying to reassure her.

"Uh, fine. If you say so. " Persea nodded her head slowly, doubt etched on her face.

Asher slowly stepped into the room and immediately widened his eyes when he saw the many fresh blood spots that filled the room. It was like he was in a horror movie scene and the tension only increased when Chronos rediscovered the same claw marks. Could the creature causing chaos in this place be the same one that destroyed all the ships at the docks? No one knows, but it might still be there somewhere and their lives were in danger.
