It has already been Five months since Elijah has been in the den; he spent most of that time dying or killing things; in those months, he learned how to use a sword, he alsoworked out alot, and he knew how to restore a rusted blade. After the battle with a dog, Fallen, Elijah gained a new weapon, and he also gained information on a way to leave the den.
"I need to go deeper into this den to find 'HIM,'" Elijah said as he Cleansed Fallen Dynasty. The blade still had some rusted bits, but it was still usable. 'And how will you do that? You barely survived the dog Fallen and those Rabbits! do you wanna kill yourself that badly?' Otto asked, his voice was filled with interest.
"If it means I can leave this place, then yes…" Elijah placed the sword down, picked up the silver glove, and placed it into a pouch. He got out of the man-made shake and then left; he ventured deeper into the den and found newer and stronger Fallen. The closer he got in, the more human-like they became, but he still managed to beat them. Of course, he came out damaged; Elijah had a sprained ankle and a dislocated shoulder; blood flowed from his head it was already dried up.
"I-i need to go…" Elijah barely got out his sentence; his knees buckled beneath he then fell to the ground. The moon hung in the sky. There were no clouds in sight, but in a few minutes, it started to rain slightly. Elijah pushed himself up from the damped floor. He slightly groaned as he touched his knees; his hair had grown much taller. The new clothes that he got were dirty and it was filled with sweat stains and a lot of dried-up blood.
*swhossh*
the trees rustled behind ELijah; there was a pricing sound behind the rustle
Bang*
A sharp pain browed through Elijah's temple (w-Wha….) His mind slowly recovered from the shock but his thoughts still felt jumbled: "What just-." Elijah looked around. There was no longer any rain, and the palm trees weren't a blackish color. "This isn't where I-", a sudden realization crept across Elijah's face (did a bullet price my head?) Even though ELijah has lost some of his memory, he can still remember most things like basic human concepts, games he's played, and foods he's eaten, yet he can't remember any of those. To him, it feels like someone else's memory, or you could say it feels like he sees that memory through a thick vile where all the details of the memory are barely seeable.
(I never thought there was a Fallen in this den that could use a gun. I can't determine what type of gun it is because, for some reason, my head is all foggy)
Elijah walked through a different path than he had taken before. The way he took didn't have the blackish palm trees; instead, he was in a forest filled with giant skyscraper trees. The trees blocked out all light inside the dark forest, and it was tough to tell which way was up or down. Elijah wanted to light a flame, but he held himself from doing that.
He poured his spirituality into the slik-like strings and then spread them as he walked through the forest. 'Why are you going this way?' Otto asked, but ELijah didn't answer; he walked through the forest silently; there were times he heard the rustling in the trees, but it turned out to be a small bird-like fallen, which was very easy to kill.
*swhossh*
the air around the bullet bent before the bullet. Nothing stops it. The bullet reached ELijah's temple, but it didn't land; instead, the bullet got cut in half by an invisible force; Elijah's face paled as he saw what was shot at him, it was a big man about 6ft it was dressed in an old military uniform While its head was cracked down the middle no blood flowed out, but shrooms grew from its cracked skull.
(A-Are those the same shrooms from last time?) ELijah, though Elijah's face became pale, his spirituality was slowly drained. It was being depleted much faster than when he was fighting the chief. The reason for this was that Elijah had to use large amounts of spirituality to block the bullet or else it would have priced through the strings.
The tall man jumped at Elijah. Its teeth were misaligned yet sharp. Elijah unsheathed his blade, and then, with a flowing motion, he sliced down. The blow was blocked. However, the tall man stopped the strike using a hunting rifle; it was coated in an eerie black color that came to life, the man jumped back and then shot at ELijah again. (I can't use the same trick again, I'll be left open!, what else can I do to avoid this) the bullet raced towards Elijah he had no defense against it, by pure luck, and adrenaline, Elijah raised his blade in front of him and then slashed at the air.
This created a white slash in front of him, which was made from his last-ditch effort to save himself. He poured half of his remaining spirituality into the blade. He didn't know if it would work but tried anyway. The idea to try this sparked when he realized that he had been doing the same thing for the strings; the bullet was stopped in mid-air as it was cut through; Elijah used this moment to dash forward and then slashed again, the blade sturk the Fallen in the abdomen nothing followed out.
(This was to be expected, I guess) the fallen grinned at Elijah with a putrid look. It raised its hand, and fire blazed in its palm. Elijah was about to jump back but the blade was stuck in this creature. Elijah had no time to get it out, and the Fallen created four fire ravens the size of an average man's palms (was that it?). In a moment, the Fallen flicked its fingers, and the ravens came to life and rushed towards Elijah. Two ravens raced toward Elijah while the res stayed far away from Elijah, and the two birds exploded.
Their effect was relatively small, but the damage it had done to Elijah was quite extensive; Elijah's entire back was burned to a crisp, his body fell to the floor (….Damit), he thought with the last of his strength, he flicked his fingers.
*Boom
An explosion was heard in the distance, and the fire ravens near him were gone (could it have figured out what I was doing?) Elijah let out a sigh as the strength in his body slowly faded.
The fallen approached Elijah, and it had a sliver blade in its hands it was the fallen dynasty; in a swift motion, the fallen brought the blade down and pierced it through Elijah's chest; his eyes started to slowly close when he suddenly felt warm….it was like someone had placed a blanket on him.
He felt his strength and spirituality regaining as if someone had reversed his time.
Elijah's mind cleared as he Flicked his fingers again, and numerous slik-like strings rose from the ground. They all Dashed toward the fallen. Sparks flew in the air as the fallen dodged the attack. The strings kept coming over and over. Elijah placed the white glove on his right hand and then spoke [Ball of fire]. Elijah condensed the ball until it turned a pure white color. Elijah then dashed toward the fallen. It was still pairing the strings using Fallen Dynasty, and the blade had somehow managed not to break.
Elijah threw the pure white fireball at the tall man, and the man was too occupied to doge the fire, so it instead took the hit. The fallen was launched back a few meters
*Bang!
A bullet pierced through Elijah's ankle; he didn't notice it until he tried to dodge the falling axe that was coming toward him (I walked into a trap!) ELijah had thought that he was the one that set the trap once he came in, but sadly, that was not the case. The fallen pretended to be weakened by Elijah's attacks just so he would drop his guard; once Elijah dropped his guard, the fallen struck down Elijah using his blade.
"it was a trap all along…but how was I still alive?"
*Bang!
Elijah woke up again. This time, he was at the split road that led him to that forest. "Otto, are there any abilities you can use right now?" ELijah asked. Otto replied with an amused tone, '…there is one, but it isn't really a spell, but it can't be used here…what did you need it for?' Elijah sighed and then answered, "…..there really is no way out of here," Elijah said, fist clenched
(did time get reversed on me?, it felt like I was about to die then this weird energy filled me with strength....what could this mean) Elijah thought to himself. He sat himself down on the grassed area and then spoke slowly, "Maybe....maybe I could use it again, but what triggered it
