After being captured Kyle was arrested and was taken to trial, Jeremy's dead body was left at the crash after the HPA was unable to identify him. They left him for the medical examiners to pick him up.
The ANM intercepted the vehicles transporting his body and took it from them. For some reason they didn't bother trying to get Kyle from the CICA even during his trial in the Supreme Court.
It was broadcasted throughout the entirety of New York, everyone watched the Vampire's trial on the news channel. They were all surprised to see that it was a kid, a teenager behind it all.
The fact that he was the son of a police made it all the more worse for his family however, they information wasn't release for their safety as his parent had no idea and wasn't involved in his crimes.
[One Week later]
That all flew out the window when Kyle's face was revealed. They put a blindfold over his face and thick silver handcuffs that went up his forearm. The handcuffs were coated in the same smell as the bullet that pierced Drey.
"Do you wish to defend yourself, Kyle Gorge. If not you will be charged for over 1,000 deaths." The Judge asked.
"How can I defend myself? I did it all, every death they charged me ever since that week. They are all dead because of me. Of course the ANM did some of it too but it was mainly me." Kyle thought to himself before he looked towards the Judge.
He steeled himself from the moment he was caught, whatever punishment they have for him, he's ready. "I'm guilty of it all your honor, everyone you think was killed because of me. Is true because I was hungry, I do not feel bad at all for taking their blood, I've been manipulating Drey and Melissa ever since I met them." Kyle said.
The jurors began mumbling amongst themselves in surprise as Kyle didn't even try to lie his way out of this. They had no idea of the guilt he's been carrying since he started this transformation.
*Thunk thunk thunk.* "Enough." The judge silenced the jurors to give Kyle his sentence. "Kyle Gorge for the amount of people you've killed and the amount of destruction you've caused in the state of New York and New Jersey. You will be sentenced to public execution. In three days, on September 15th." The judge said.
"Death?!" He thought in surprise as he remained quiet before one of the guards started pushing him to walk.
They brought Kyle to a room in the back with multiple HPA members, from there they took him into the back of a black van with four other agents. While two agent sit up front driving the car.
"We won't execute you, we still need to get some info out of you so don't worry. We won't kill you yet." S234 said.
