"I almost had enough but I'm gonna lose more and there's no way out of this." Kyle thought as he looked at the juggernaut agent's.
"I am agent S54, your executioner." S54 said before he attacked him.
Kyle weaved under his attack and slid closer to his chest so he could get a direct hit on his chin. He attacked and was able to knock his head back, then kicked his shin to knock him down to one knee. S54's head was now on the same level as his, Kyle tried to break though the armor on his head but before his attack could land, S54 caught his attack punched in his chest.
It felt like Kyle was being squished for a moment as S54's fist pushed him against the wall, then Kyle pushed his fist away and tried to kick him into the door but he was too heavy, the agent felt the force on his chest almost like he was punched.
Just as Kyle was able to restabilize himself, the agent recovered from his attack and punched his head into the elevator. S54 was able to disorient him and lifted him by his head to slam it into the floor again.
"The silver isn't weakening him? Is it only able to do damage now?!" S54 thought as he stomped on Kyle. "It doesn't matter now since he's about to-"
He tried to stomp on him again.
But Kyle somehow stopped his attack and pushed his feet off of him, knocking the agent back into the wall.
"I'm going to get disgustingly loose but this is because of you and all of these fucking agents." Kyle said as he grabbed S54's leg and extended it.
That second hit to S54's chin made him pass out from that hit but his head gear shocked him which woke him up in less than a second ready to attack Kyle back.
But as his vision cleared, Kyle's hands were on the ceiling as if he was about to push himself down to something and he did. However the thing Kyle pushed himself onto was S54's knee. Kyle used all of his weight and strength to break through the gear and break his leg.
Kyle attacked again before S54 could feel the pain and kicked his chin hard enough to push his head through the elevator door making a hole that fit perfectly in the middle of the door.
The agent was knocked unconscious with his teeth almost completely crushed. "I wonder how much brain damage I would've gotten if I wasn't a vampire…. Would I even be alive after that?" Kyle question as he pulled his head out of the hole and pulled his head gear off to drink the agent's blood.
He finally reached the tenth floor and was lucky that the other agents didn't make it there yet. The window wasn't far and the sun was shining through it beautifully.
"Finally!" Kyle said as he ran towards the window.
"There he is. FIRE." S008 said Kyle was able to recognize his voice because of S201's memories and that when he realized that they were already waiting for him.
That didn't stop him though, he charged faster as the silver bullets flew through the cubicles trying to catch up to him.
As he reached the window the Sun was shining so bright it seemed to be blinding, then he felt the transparent panel in front of him and broke it though. Then the fresh air he was hidden from for so long filled his nose with the atmosphere he missed so dearly. He was no longer trapped in that lonely and cold cage, he was free again, the sun filled his body with warmth he never felt before than the wind creeping up to him with a slightly cold breeze. Just like the day he was caught.
He caught himself on the 8th floor's window seal, and positioned his feet against the wall to push himself to a different building. It was a smaller building so he was able to get into the roof and started running away from the CICA building.
"Why did they split up during the day…. They probably regained their memories according to King Alucard. " Kyle thought as he looked around.
Suddenly a familiar warm smell slipped into his nose and he figured out who it belonged to immediately.
"It's gonna be a while for the HPA to start looking for me so I'll just do what I need to right now." Kyle said before he started heading towards the direction of the smell. "Hopefully they are also protected from the sun." He thought as he jumped to another building.
During the ending of his transformation the vampire cells had forced the activation of the melanin in the human skin cells in Kyle. He's now protected from the sun the same way the human's are. Those who share his blood like Drey and Melissa will have adapted to the sun thanks to him being immune to it. (According to the Great King)
"You okay dear?" Mother said as she walked up to Henry who was sitting on the couch just staring at the ground.
"I'm just thinking..." Henry said as he had bags under his eyes, you couldn't tell if he was depressed or exhausted.
"I'm terribly sorry, my love." Mother said as she put her hand on his shoulder.
"There's no need for you to apologize, I know you feel just as I do…" Henry said as he couldn't look at her.
"No my love, I am terribly sorry for deceiving you for so long despite your unconditional love and care for this family and how much you're hurting…. I should've let them aid him sooner." Mother thought as she gently rubbed his back.
Mother sat next to him, trying to comfort but she couldn't get the words out. The words she needed to comfort him to at least let him know that everything's going to be alright but she couldn't think of any. Just the immense guilt she felt from hiding so much from him so Mother sat with Father in the quietness of their living room trying to at least let him know that she was there.
*Knock. Knock*
"I'll go ans-" Mother stopped as she heard the door unlock and the knob turn.
Both of them jumped to their feet at the thought of an intruder suddenly breaking in but as the door opened, they stood near each other.
*Shut.* *Step Step." The shine of pure white slowly began to peek through the living room's entrance which put Henry on edge trying to find the closest weapon.
Then he fully showed himself. Henry was in complete shock.
"I'm not sure what to say first now that I'm here. Mom probably understands but Dad might want to-" Kyle's thoughts suddenly stopped as he realized his Father was walking towards him.
Father hugged Kyle. Kyle didn't sense any anger or hate, just genuine relief and happiness.
"I forgot… Dad couldn't bring himself to hate one of his kids, he's a great man-" Kyle thought as he hesitated to hug him back in shock. "I escaped."
"How?-… you were publicly found guilty and executed." Henry asked as he didnt let go.
"That was a different prisoner who was sentenced to death, they had me locked up for twelve years but today I was able to escape." Kyle said as he looked at his Mother. "-But that also means he can't go against the law."
"I'm glad that you're alive but you have to go back and turn your-" Kyle knocked him unconscious before he could finish.
"I'm sorry Mom but I have something important to talk to you about and Dad isn't ready to listen. I'm sorry." Kyle said as he carried him to the couch.
"Come, let's talk in my room. Let your father rest down here." Mother said as she walked to the stairs.
"She never hid it, the elegance of royalty her body pronounces so loudly in every movement. My father never realized it either as he never understood royalty, just the peasantry of man. Unlike them Christian and I were the fruit of both but only I was able to ripen." Kyle said as he watched Mother walk up the stairs. "I'm not being cold, it's the truth beside I can't spend too much time here, I need to leave before the HPA starts tracking this area." He thought as went up behind her.
When they got into the room, Mother moved her chairs to the middle of the room before placing candles around them in a circle. They sat in the chairs before lighting the candles.
"What is that supposed to do?" Kyle said before the candle's smoke started to circle above them.
"These candles are used in Sancta Terra to keep certain conversations a secret, the smoke is dense enough to feel like an invincible wall if you don't touch it." Mother explained before she tried to blow the smoke away but it didn't budge.
"Sancta Terra? Is that where you were born?" Kyle asked as he quickly took his eyes off the candles.
"Yes, I was born in Blutheim which is located in Sancta Terra." Mother asked with a confused face.
"Why did you come to the lower realms?" Kyle asked.
"…Tell me, what exactly did you want to talk about?" Mother asked as she remembered every single event that led up to her leaving.
Kyle could tell she wasn't trying to hide anything so he answered her, in hopes that she would answer after.
"I want to know more about Blutheim and Sancta Terra."
"I see…. Well, here's advice before I tell you."
Mother said as she nicked her skin with her index finger nail. "Vampire's can see anyone's memories through blood but member's of the royal blood can also show other vampires their memories as well. Lick the blood." Mother said as put her finger next to his face.
"Why?" Kyle asked as he looked at her finger.
"You need to consume a bit of my blood to see what I wanna show you." Mother said as she inched her finger closer.
Kyle licked the small droplet of blood off her finger and swallowed it. As the blood traveled down his throat, a surge of energy shot up into his brain. Next it felt like he was being pulled away from his vision through a dark tunnel by a red thread. It shined although there was no light source.
"Stay calm and trust the thread, it will bring you back no matter what." Although her voice sounded distant, he could hear her perfectly.
Then there was a bright flash of white light. Once his vision cleared, he was in a different room.
"What are you thinking! This is too much, you took it too far!" A woman's voice yelled from behind him.
As he turned around, he saw that it was his mother but she seemed to be the same age as him.
"She gave me her blood to show me her memories?" Kyle asked as he noticed she was yelling at another woman who was sitting on a red and gold throne.
As he laid eyes on her, even though he isn't actually there. He felt the overwhelming need to treat her with great respect.
"Well Mother speak up! What the hell were you thinking!?" Mother said in an agitated tone.
"This is what had to be done." Queen Aria said.
