Chapter 1 - Back to school

The footsteps sound in the school corridor, come along with a girl. There are a lot of people looking at her with a scared feeling and whispering. Her sharp eyes are staring straight forward. She is a president of the student council (Osis). The one that has a fussy and aggressive personality has come back after competition.

Being a president of the student council was her choice, and no one dare to oppose her because she could fastly hurt anyone with her hand or mouth–by hurtful words.

Off course, the students' whispers could be hear by her because the loud voices and crowds.

"Wow sis Amata is back."

"Crazy, she just got prettier after she came back from the competition."

"It's really cool, she can win every competition."

She still hears a lot of praise and insults. Amata Chakila Arora, a student council president who served since she was in the first class of senior high school. Has the nickname of the "Fierce President of Student Council". She walked down the school corridor to get to her Class.

At the crossroads of the corridor she is approached by two female students and one of them hugs Amata.

"Cha, finally you go back to school again," said Lea.

Lea is Amata's best friend since childhood. The person with the name Alea Rasya is the student council secretary. However, her childish nature makes it seem like she's not a member of the Student Council.

"I am already at school though," Amata answered.

"Ah... Yes, you're already in school and you're always right." Lea immediately took Amata's hand.

"Cha," Zey calls her by her special name.

Zeylin Windinata, is Amata's best friend since elementary school, who holds the position of Osis treasurer and has a slow brain outside of school. Even though it sounds cute, it's a contrast to Amata's personality. For a long time, Amata's closest family and friends have used the nickname "Cha".

"Hmm?" answered Amata, raising her eyebrows and staying where she was.

"So, there was a new student three months ago. Well, he's a boy, but he's really stubborn, more stubborn than Ale. Second grade student of social study 1 and he is quite smart from non-academic and academic fields. He is more prominent in Non-academic. Now he serves as the chairman of Basketball," said Zey giving information to Amata.

"So what?" he asked disinterestedly.

"Gosh Cha!" Lea shouted, unable to stop thinking about her friend's response. Lea's screaming voice was loud enough to make Zey's ears, who were standing right next to her, buzzing.

"Lea, don't scream, this isn't a forest," said Zey while wiping his earlobe.

Realizing her mistake, Lea then immediately apologizes while pursed her lips. "Yes, sorry."

Back to the main topic, Zey gives advice to Amata so that there will be no riots due to the new student in the future. "Cha, can you hear me? You have to make it so people don't riot again, every day there are fights, i'm just tired of taking care of one person," said Zey.

Amata who heard that just kept quiet and immediately headed to his class. If you stay with your two friends, there will be lots of stories that will make your head grows. Now Amata was in front of her classroom door and immediately entered, sat in the very back and against the wall.

"Wow, my friend is really cool to be able to go anywhere," said the head of the class.

"Thank God," answered Amata with a satisfied smile.

The bell rings indicating that class will start soon. A teacher came in with a thick book in her hand. The teacher who is scared by everyone except Amata, she only feared God not human.

"Okay children, good morning everyone," said the teacher.

"Morning Miss," answered the students together.

The teacher looked at the back table that was already occupied by its owner. Amata seems relaxed but still dignified sitting in her favorite place.

"Amata since when have you been going back to school?" asked the teacher.

"Just now," she replied simply.

The teacher just sighed seeing one of her favorite student who was staring flatly ahead as if she wasn't interested.

In order to break the ice, Zey asked the teacher. "Miss Selin, what are we studying today?"

"Okay, today we will learn about acids and bases," she paused for a moment to write the title on the blackboard, then asked the class, "anyone know what is meant by acids and bases?"

"According to Arrhenius, acids are compounds that produce positive hydrogen, while bases are compounds that produce negative hydroxides," said a student answering Mrs. Selin's question.

Spontaneously, all the students headed towards the direction of the sound, maybe their classmates thought the student was a helper when Mrs. Selin asked.

"Then, according to Bronsted Lowry, acids are positive hydrogen ion donors (giving protons), while bases are positive hydrogen ion acceptors (accepting protons). Not only these two scientists there are many other opinions, but what is often used is the theory of the two, "continued the student.

Mis. Selin, who heard Amata's answer, clapped her hands and was followed by all the students in the class. Learning is going smoothly and well.

Now after the three hours of chemistry class, and the bell rings. All the students scattered out. Amata and her two friends immediately headed to the cafeteria. On the way many pairs of eyes staring at them. No doubt these three are the prima donna of the school.

They were already in the cafeteria and Amata immediately ordered and sat down in a chair. The two friends were shocked, they forgot to tell that this place belonged to the Glossyk Black gang.

"Cha, let's move." Zey asked.

Amata looked confused and asked in a half disapproving tone, "Why are you moving? This also belongs to the school, whoever is free to sit down."

"But this belongs to someone else, they have already claimed this place and it's better for us to move," said Zey who was worried.

"You two just go," she replied nonchalantly.

The two of them just gave up with Amata who didn't want to move, it seemed like a war flag would soon be declared. It wasn't long before the whole canteen was noisy and disturbed Amata's hearing. Amata, whose mood changes every second, feels more and more emotional.

"Wow, my future husband is really handsome.

"They're so cool.

"I really want to be his girlfriend.

"Brother Kenzo is so cold."

"My dear Alden is getting more and more cute!"

And there were still lots of screams for them, not only in the canteen, in the corridors, parking lots and wherever they are always sorrounded by their fans. Lea said, their talent is only handsomeness.

Amata stands up and hits the table in front of her.

Brakk!

"Shut up, can you guys just be quiet? You have all interrupted my lunch!" cried Amata with great emotion.

The entire canteen fell silent at the scream. No one dared to answer what he said, because it would end up in their school's toilet. Amata sat back down after shouting and continued eating what had been delayed earlier.

The four young men who were the topic of the whole canteen continued their way to their hangout table. However, one of them glared at who was occupying their boss' chair and ran towards the table.

"Finally the Queen is home," said one of them named Nevan.

"Queen, hmm... That queen is sitting in our boss's seat," said Raga while emphasizing every word, "Queen, can you just move?

Kenzo who heard Raga's words immediately hit his head.

"Excuse me, Mr. Deputy," said Nevan, pleading

"Van, do you want us to be punished for cleaning the toilets throughout the school?" Bobby whispered to Nevan.

Nevan just grinned and scratched the back of his neck that didn't itch.

"You just sit here, you don't need to listen to that crazy human," said Kenzo who immediately sat beside Amata.

Maybe, that's a usual sight for students when seeing Amata is close to Kenzo and friends because they were friends since childhood. But not with their boss, he met them in elementary school, and Amata doesn't go to the same elementary school as Kenzo and his friends.

Amata who heard them talking raised her head and looked at them all and looked at them straight with no emotion.

"Huh, you really enjoy sitting in my place," said one of them.

Amata doesn't know who this person is and why the half-sane boys call him boss. Is he the new kid? Or who is he? Amata never saw that man's face.
