Chapter 8 - The Fourth Day

"Everyone please lined up and got on the bus in an orderly manner as your class. Please check your friends so that no one is left behind," she said in a loud voice.

"For the bus, it starts from the natural sciences class to the social class and for the committee in charge of guarding the bus, please immediately get into the bus now and check the members before this journey begins," she ordered.

All students got into the bus in an orderly manner. And it didn't take long, all the buses were filled with students. Amata goes into her car to lead the journey. She is not alone, with her two loyal friends who follow her everywhere, she began this journey.

Meanwhile, Nathan and his friends followed the bus on their motorbikes behind while at the front, this journey led by Amata with two people on either side, namely Kenzo and Dylan.

"Wow this is crazy! Look, how cool we are! We look like an important person that is escorted by school delinquents. They usually don't want to do something like this," said one of the boys.

"That's true, usually at any event they are never seen," said his friend.

"Thanks to my cousin who successfully persuaded them to join," said Rio. Rio Afandi is Amata's cousin but they are not very close.

They laughed at Rio's words. He was not as popular as his cousin because he wasn't really socialize with other people. Rio is not very good at academics, but when it comes to art he is able to hypnotize others with his work. Rio comes from the third social class but it's not a bad thing to be in that class.

On the other side of the bus, there is a woman who is busy with her own world. A student who looks with thick makeup, tight clothes, and blonde hair just like aunt looks.

"Hey, can you not be too busy with makeup?" asked the friend beside her.

"No, because later I will be in a group with Nathan. He will be the leader of my group later even though it's also with his friend, Ale," she said while looking in the mirror.

"Are you not afraid of Ale? She really hates girls with thick or too much makeup on their faces," said her friend again.

"C'mon just keep quiet, she won't dare do that thing to me. Of course Nathan will defend me," she answered confidently.

Her friend just shook her head, she didn't know what to say to her friend and let her behavior wake her up.

After a three hour journey, they all arrived at the camping site. Amata got out of her car and ordered everyone to assemble into their respective groups.

After all the students put their belongings in the tents that had been provided, they gathered in the field.

"Okay, thank you for everyone's participation. In this year's camping event, maybe this is not the first time but this is the last time I will organize it during my term of leadership. Furthermore, you will be guided and directed by the committee who are accompanying you all during this camping event. To all the committee, please immediately go to the group that has been determined, "ordered Amata.

"If everyone has gathered with the group, it's time for you to start looking for the flags around this arena. You all need to come back here before two o'clock in the afternoon, do you get it all?" asked Amata.

"Yes, we get it," they answered.

After that, the groups started walking towards the road where the red tape had been placed. Meanwhile, Amata herself went to a tree house that could help with all their travel activities.

Now Ale and Zey have to be a group with Nathan and Kenzo. It feels annoying for both Ale and Zey because their group has two stubborn people as Nathan and Kenzo.

"Actually where are we going?" Ale asking.

"Officially we walk," Zey answered.

"I mean where are we going? I don't see any yellow flags here," she said.

"Shut up." One word that came out of Kenzo's mouth made them silent.

They've come a long way, but neither one gets a yellow flag. Did Amata play a prank on both of them? Or the flag has not been placed? So many questions in these two girls' minds.

"Is that a flag?" Felly asked.

"Where is it?!" Ale excitedly answered.

"Over there" Marsha answered.

"Wait, I will take that flag," Nathan said.

After getting the flag, Ale and Zey smiled. They believed that Amata was not playing a prank on them. Now they get five yellow flags where they have to collect ten yellow flags and their group has five more flags left.

A very tiring trip made them have to stop in the forest. Luckily, Zey brought food and was able to fill their empty stomachs.

In contrast to Felly who clung to Nathan's arm making him uncomfortable. Because he did not want to get into trouble he just kept quiet.

"Zey!" Ale called.

"What?" Zey answered.

"Do you see a monkey here?" Ale asking.

"A monkey? I don't really see it here," Zey said.

"Yes, monkey. That monkey who clung to Nathan's arm," Ale said while pointing to Felly.

"Hahaha," Zey laughed with a loud voice.

"Oh, why doesn't Nathan feel uncomfortable with monkeys who dressed like aunties? Why is he just quiet? Oh I forgot, maybe Nathan hooked a feeling on that monkey too," said Zey, who was still laughing.

"Upss, I think that was true. But if he really hooked his feelings to that monkey, I'm afraid he would get the monkey virus Zey. You know what I mean right?"

"What's wrong with you guys? Even Nathan just keeps quiet about it," Felly replied with a frown.

"Shut up monkey!" Ale said and she went to their rest room.

Those who were taking a break immediately followed Ale, leaving Felly who was still standing still. Suddenly unnoticed, a real monkey jumps on Felly.

"Monkey!" Felly shouted in panic.

Felly, who was scared, immediately ran without knowing the direction of the road. She kept running away and forgot the road she was on. After she ran as far as she could, she knew that she was lost and got trapped in the middle of a forest that is now getting noon.

Felly only cried after she was tired of running. Now she regrets her decision to not follow Ale's direction. It was a very unlucky day for her. Felly could only sit and cry.

Now, a woman who is focusing on her cell phone suddenly sees the screen in front of her rings. Seeing that she was just confused about who was missing from the travel path.

Looking at her watch, it was now two o'clock in the afternoon. All the participants had returned. She only silently watched that each group was complete without anyone being left behind. Then a scream sounded from the direction of entering the forest which was Ale's group.

"Cha, I think someone was lost," Ale screamed with a hunting breath.

"Please calm yourself first, and where are the other members?" Amata asked.

"Felly was lost," Ale said.

"So where are the others?" Amata kept asking.

"We're trying to find Felly, and we need a security team," Ale replied.

"So, take them and tell the other girls to come back here. Let the security team look for Felly," ordered Amata.

"Okay," She said and they ran followed by the security team.

After that, Amata told every leader of the group to collect the flags along with their group's name.

"For the next time you can rest. Don't get lost and don't go too far to play in this areas," said Amata.

The students dispersed and did their respective activities. Amata just sat on a chair in front of the tent. She is still waiting for news about the search for the missing Felly. Time had passed for three hours.

"Ta, have you got the message?" Key asked.

Amata only shook her head in response.

"How can she get lost? Didn't she follow the group leader?" asked Key again with a hint of panic and annoyance implied.

"Maybe," Amata answered.

"Okay. When they come home, tell them to go into the tent, okay? The children have prepared food for consumption," Key asked, "I'll go there first."

Amata cleared her throat. Tired of sitting around waiting for them for so long, she thought about stepping into the forest and looking for Felly by herself. Immediately after that she took her small bag and lamp.

Walking without caring that she is afraid of the dark at night, in order she tries to save her juniors. Because the safety of all students is in her hands as the leader.

It was getting dark, she only used the chandelier she brought. Amata was already sweating, but she refused to not give up.

At the campsite, Ale panics where Amata has gone. She's been looking but can't find her.

"Key, do you see Amata?" Ale asked.

"She sat in front of the consumption tent before," Key answered.

"She is not here, Key," Ale answered in panic.

"What?" Key answered with a loud voice.

"Has she been found?" Zey asked Ale and Key.

"Not yet," Ale still panicked.

The three of them were very worried about Amata who didn't say where she wanted to go and the day was getting dark. The sun had hidden itself, replaced by the moon that slowly appeared.

Amata, who is worried now, is just going around the forest. She hasn't found Felly's traces yet. She heard a scream and immediately hid behind a tree. Looking at the security team that was walking, she couldn't be seen. Because if she was seen by the security team, she couldn't look for Felly's whereabouts.

After the security team left, Amata walked out to the sound of crying. She was very scared whether it was the devil that was haunting her or Felly.

After walking closer and seeing a woman crying, she quickly sent a message to someone. After that she hid again after sending a message, not forgetting to tell Felly's location.

That person immediately walked to find the way to the place that was sent by an unknown person. When he arrived, he immediately carried Felly.

"Nathan," called Felly weakly.

"Keep calm okay? I'm here," Nathan said.

Nathan quickly carried Felly who had fainted in his arms. After the return of the entire security team and Nathan, they immediately had dinner together. But the existence of the student council president was ignored, they thought Amata was at her family's house which was close to the camp event.

Amata, who was still in the forest, quickly got out of that forest. It was better for her to use a shortcut than to be stuck here for a long time. Tonight there was an art talent activity, she couldn't possibly disappear.

After a while, she came out with a very pale face. With quick steps she returned to the tent. It's the best time for her to get a little rest before the event because she forgets to take her medicine before and now she is in an emergency to make up for herself.

"Omg i forgot where i put my medicine," Amata said panicky.

I will not leave my medicine in the forest right?" Amata is thinking about where she last put her medicine.

Finally Amata found the medicine and quickly, she drank her medicine before immediately falling asleep. She had to look fine in front of all the students tonight.
