Chapter 6 - The second days

Since earlier, they had been waiting for the woman who told them to come, but they didn't even see the woman coming. They stayed while playing games and watching television, remembering to be accompanied by snacks on each other's lap.

The person she had been waiting for came with his two friends, who followed him from behind carrying several things.

"Cha, what are they doing here?" Zey whispered to Amata.

"Yeah, it's like there's no other place to play," said Lea.

Amata, who heard their question, was just silent. She walked to her room and changed clothes. After school, she didn't come home because she bought camping supplies. And after that, she walked down to the boys with a small bag in her arms while smiling.

"Okay, this is the divided task and the list of things that you have to buy," said Amata while giving them a list of papers.

"Please pay for it by yourself. I will return it after school," Amata continued.

"Alright, Nathan. Follow me now," Amata asked him to come to the house's backyard.

Without any hesitation, Nathan followed the girl quickly rather than get angry with her. And in the house's backyard saw that there were many things tidily over there.

"Bring all those things to my car and carry them to the school," Warn Amata.

"Okay," he said.

Hearing this, Amata immediately left without saying goodbye. She immediately returned to the living room.

"Raga, Reon, and Bobby buy things there! Go use the car in the garage," said Amata.

"Brother Dylan and Kenzo, you check the camping site," Amata ordered.

"Alright, Queen!" they said in unison.

Lea and Zey just stayed silent without interfering, and now it's their turn to relax after going around earlier to look for Amata's belongings.

Lea and Zey

"You guys just stay here. Let Acha go to school with Nathan," said Amata.

She left after saying goodbye. She only looked at Nathan without intending to help. Then, the girl sat in the car playing on her cell phone.

After Nathan finished putting the items, he immediately got into the car and drove Amata's car.

"After this, don't think I've forgiven you," said Amata, still focused on her cell phone.

"When you say that, look at the person, not the other way," Nathan said with a protest.

"Waste of time," she said.

Nathan, who heard that, was silent. He didn't know what to do to get Amata's forgiveness. Now they are at a red light, a charming evening atmosphere adorning the Jakarta sky.

Amata, now looking out the window, accidentally sees someone she knows. She quickly turned her face away. Her mind now focused only on the person she saw. Slowly water flowed down the girl's cheeks, remembering the past story that made her like this. Unfortunately, that person was around her.

The car runs after the red light changes to a green light. Nathan did not know that Amata was crying. The girl quickly wiped away the tears on her cheeks and took a deep breath to calm her heartbeat.

Arriving at school Amata and Nathan got out of the car. Nathan quickly took out the item. Amata helps him, too. She is not that mean to some people.

"Why is Amata still here?" said the janitor.

"Amata is delivering goods for the day after tomorrow, Ma'am," Amata replied.

"Ohh, with whom?" asked Ms. Nina.

"With my friends. Let me help my friends first, Ma'am," said Amata.

"Yes, dear," said Ms. Nina.

.

Amata quickly helped Nathan lift the items. The items brought were moved to the Osis room. After a few minutes, their work was finally done.

"Now we go to the camping site," Amata ordered while getting into the car.

"Okay," Nathan answered and immediately got into the car to drive.

On the other side, in a shopping center, four people walk around with lots of stuff. They were seen by many people walking by. They should have put those things in the car and bought something else.

"I'm exhausted," complained Raga.

"You're not the only one who's tired. The three of us are tired, too," said Bobby.

"That's right, everyone is tired because they lost to only one girl," said Reon.

"After this, are we going to school again?" asked Raja.

"What are you doing at our school again?" asked Nevan

"We have to take all of these to the student council room. Here, Amata just chatted and said she wanted to go camping first," said Bobby.

"Okay, let's go now. It's over," said Reon.

They immediately took the items to the car and headed to school. The clock shows 17.00. It is already afternoon. It's been a tiring day for all of them, this isn't the last day, but they all have to help out after camping.

The school is very quiet, and the extracurricular children have gone home. They started lifting things one by one into the Osis room. When finished, they returned to Amata's house.

Meanwhile, Amata is busy nagging two teenage boys.

"I told you to see if this place can be used or if there is anything dangerous or not in this part, then if the walk has not been finished yet, make a red ribbon sign, and one more is the yellow flag has been placed in a suitable place?!" cried Amata.

The two of them just looked down. They should have checked up there instead of immediately resting. Amata immediately stepped in to check herself. It didn't feel right to order those two.

"C'mon, it's getting late now," worried Kenzo.

"Than, please go follow her. She is afraid of the dark," suggested Dylan.

Nathan, who heard that, immediately rushed away and had to catch up with Amata's quick steps.

"Amata, wait!" shouted Nathan.

Now he had lost track of Amata. She was running too fast. It was getting late. Nathan only used his cell phone light.

"Amata," shouted Nathan, "Where are you?" The young man screamed through the silence of the night.

He was very frustrated and did not know where the woman would be. Nathan continued walking according to the felt tape to avoid getting lost. There was a sound of crying from behind a big tree.

"Sob...sob...sob...." there is a crying sound.

Nathan, who heard it, felt goosebumps. He wondered where this sound came from and thought it was a human voice or a ghost that scared him. He strolled toward the tree.

"Goddamn ghost!" Nathan shouted.

"Sob...sob...sob..." The female figure continued to cry.

"If you bother me, I won't be afraid. I'm looking for my girl and don't know where she runs away. If you're kind enough, please give me a hand to find her," Nathan said.

The girl raised her head and looked ahead; with an innocent face, she smiled.

"Oh God, Amata," Nathan screamed.

"I thought you were a ghost because your voices are so similar," Nathan said honestly.

"I'm afraid," whispered Amata.

Nathan immediately hugged Amata. He felt that Amata's body was shaking. He immediately picked up Amata to take her home.

"Acha is scared. Acha doesn't like the dark," whispered Amata in Nathan's arms.

"Shut up now. We'll be there in a minute," Nathan said while stroking Amata's hair.

Nathan opened his jacket to cover Amata's cold body. He didn't think he would be caught a cold as long as this woman felt warm.

Now that Nathan had come out of the forest and Dylan, who saw that, was very panicked, he immediately ordered Nathan to get him into the car.

"Ken, please bring the car," Dylan ordered.

"Yes, sir," he replied. Kenzo got into the car and quickly drove the car. Dylan and Nathan were in the back seat comforting Amata, who was crying.

"Please don't leave me alone, I'm afraid," she whispered.

"Honey, don't worry. We'll be there soon," Dylan said to calm Amata.

It was as if Amata didn't listen to Dylan's words. She continued to babble incoherently while hugging Nathan's body tightly. After thirty minutes, Nathan carried Amata, who had gotten out of the car. Ale and Zey were very worried about seeing Amata in this state.

"How can it be," said Ale.

"Now, just take her to the room," said Zey.

They climbed the stairs to Amata's room.

"Don't come close. You guys, go away," she screamed through tears.

"Sob sob sob... I'm afraid of them. They're evil," whispered Amata, who became weak again after Ale injected the medicinal liquid.

"Thank goodness it calmed down," Zey said.

Dylan and Kenzo just sat on the sofa in the room. They would sleep here to look after Amata. Amata's screams could not be heard if they slept in their respective chambers because the room was soundproof.

"Brother," Nathan called to Dylan.

"What?" he replied.

"Amata hugged my arms very tight," said Nathan.

"Alright then, just sleep there. Besides, there's Zey and Ale, too," said Dylan.

"Is that okay?" he asked.

"Yes, as long as Amata isn't scared and doesn't do anything weird," Dylan said.

"Thank you," answered Nathan.

Nathan immediately climbed onto the right side of the bed because Lea and Zey had already slept on the left side. He couldn't sleep if Amata kept hugging him tightly. It seemed like Amata was still scared because her sweat kept pouring down.

"Don't worry, don't be afraid. I'll accompany you," Nathan said in a soft voice.

Amata, who opened her eyes semi-consciously, was silent and returned to sleep in a state unlike before.

"I hope you won't be like this anymore. It hurts to see you like this. I promise I will protect you as an apology at the beginning of our meeting. I love you," Nathan thought.

Nathan stared at Amata's calm face for a long time. Her face looks peaceful, with curled eyelashes, white skin, and a flat nose. The girl's beauty increased.

Amata's beauty grew even more when the girl was silent in her deep sleep. It would be different if she woke up later. As usual, she just put on her ordinary flat mask of expression.

Nathan caught up with Amata, who was already fast asleep. Today was very tiring for him, not only physically but emotionally as well. Amata and Nathan fell asleep without noticing they embraced each other like a couple afraid of losing. But remember, they are just friends, and Nathan only loves her as an apology to Amata.

Nathan still loves someone from the past and if Amata knows that. So from this second, she also expelled the person.
