" Do you believe I could kill you right here for your offense."
Esmaray Moonshail barked in rage after coming out of the initial embarassment. She decided to stay as far as she could from this man.
To flirt so outrageously in the first meeting, this man sure was a Playboy.
Sigh!
To think that such good looks were wasted on such man. The god was truly magnanimous.
"I will let you kill me if that's what your heart desires, Esmaray."
Theo flirted back again, finding the girl cute and endearing the more he looked at her. This lass was a pleasant beloved to love.
Esmaray Moonshail was alarmed at how alluring her name sounded out of this man's mouth. She ,if not careful would end up being seduced by this man. She decided to never meet this man again after this incidents ended.
"The merman queen is injured and needs the elixir grass to be cured. You surely would want that, right."
Iah Moonshail gently interrupted the flirting going on and forth between the two people. Her voice at once quietened down the room. Iah herself scanned the room across the shocked faces of the ministers and her sisters.
Nonetheless the one who had no reaction was the merman prince as he deeply looked at her as if to check the accountability of her words.
Compared to the rarity of emerald pearl, elixir grass was more rare and treasured ae it was beneficial to all element powers. The merman queen had the issue of failed elemental core. As she was weak from the early age, losing her elemental core proved to be fatal to the queen.
There were only few cures to heal a failing elemental core. The first one was the most simple yet complex one, to donate a same elemental core as the patient. What made the situation complex was the fact that the queen was a space element and could not be cured by any other elemental core.
The merman tribe was almost of not all consisted of water element individuals. The merman king himself was only a highest level water element. Thus, the first cure was easier said than done.
The second was much simpler comparatively. Elixir grass was best known for it's healing properties. It could cure most complex of a disease if consumed in time.
Given the heavenly properties,it was quite rare to be found. Elixir grass was not planted or found out of the wilderness. An earth element would have to channel at least a century of their cultivation to make an elixir grass.
In the world where it was the survival of the fittest, no one would willingly give away their cultivated power to anyone else.
Diana Moonshail and Esmaray Moonshail froze in their seats. They had failed to think of this method rather they were too scared to think of it. Giving away a hundred years cultivation, was it any better than getting preyed upon.
Iah Moonshail was twenty years old this year. To give away a hundred years cultivation, she would be channelizing her elemental core to form the Elixir grass.
"Iah!"
Diana Moonshail and Esmaray Moonshail called out at the same time, terror visible on their beautiful faces. They did rather not obtain the emerald pearl than to risk Iah's life like this.
"Don't panic. Be still, i got this."
Iah Moonshail answered calmly. No traces of fear or concern could be detected in the girl's voice, as if the person in concern had nothing to do with her.
Instead of relieving them of the stress, their sister's laid back manner made them more anxious.
Why was this soft princess so stubborn at times .
"I'll be grateful to have a deal with you, second princess, Iah Moonshail."
Theo stood up and walked straight to the second princess. Those Dark blue irises gazed deeply in those veridian ones.
Esmaray Moonshail, who was watching from the sides, could clearly detect his concern. The three of them had special powers because of their royal lineage.
Diana Moonshail could cause use her voice to kill while Iah could do heal through a eyes. She, the third princess, was bestowed with the ability to detect raw emotions.
These powers were innate and true in any condition or time. Unless they died, they would have control over these abilities.
Now, Esmaray was sure that the merman prince was concerned for the second princess. As if he knew what could the consequences be. This salvaged the bad impression of the man in the young girl's heart. At least ,he had some conscience.
"Let's get it done now then."Iah Moonshail asserted as she too stood up .
"Are you sure you really want to do this."
Theo Minesworth asked, internally concerned for the young female mage. He was very well aware of the fact that she was too young to exert her cultivation to form an elixir grass. Queen mother was absolutely important, but not by causing someone's death.
"I'll give you the elixir grass first."
Iah Moonshail answered ignoring the other party's concern. She would not be irrational in her ways. A tiny irrational decision from her could cause their city to turn into ruins. They ,the royal bloodline, must shoulder the responsibilities of their own action.
Theo Minesworth chose to remain silent , leading the visitors in the inner rooms. The forming of both the grass and the pearl were difficult and energy consuming. In such occasions, one was to remain protected incase ambushed.
Five people entered the meditation chambers. Iah had Diana and Esmaray looking after her while Theo Minesworth had his chief minister protecting him by the sidelines.
Iah Moonshail and Theo Minesworth both sat opposite to each other on mats. Both of them were meditating to focus their energies while the other girls stood at either sides of atharv and the minister stood at the right side of Theo.
The other three, the sisters and the minister all had unpleasant mein on their faces. They glared at the other party with their nose scrunched.
The sisters were worried sick for their beloved sister. They swore if these Mermans were to play any tricks, they, the Princesses would destroy their bloodline.
