Henry stared at the red screen Infront of him with a look of excitement. Just as he expected, +1 was added to all of this stats and he got an extra attribute point for level up.

"If this is like a system in those video games, then there should something like the daily quest."

[Daily quests will be available shortly]

Seeing his thoughts were confirmed, he shifted his attention to his skills,

"It truly is like those old games," Gustav held his chin as he spoke. "Everything seems to be on level one, but doesn't it increase with leveling up? I guess that's what the skill points are for."

"I think I have the general idea about what fire manipulation, dragon claw and dragon eyes are for but what about the other skills." Just as he was wondering, some hidden information suddenly appeared below the skills.

"What?" He couldn't believe what he was seeing.

"Are this skills too overpowered?" He eyes widened with disbelief and excitement. However, his thrill was short-lived as he remembered what he needs to do.

"I need to get back, my mom and sis will be worried if I delay any further."

The area where Henry landed was where the union couldn't reach and thus, they them as hunting grounds.

And If there were hunting grounds, then there will surely be a mercenary tavern. These people who gathered here were those who earned just enough money to live by selling beasts' parts. They would stay at the tavern that also served as a place for the mercenaries who would stay the night.

Most of them were low rank hunters who couldn't advance and wanted to live a simple life as they earned enough to send home. Night eyes pub was one such place as it established itself as the oasis of mountain range Kathra.

"Any new ones lately?" A bearded man asked the bartender. He meant the mercenaries residing in the tavern. The bartender, a young man, nearing his thirties with a bald head, sighed and shook his head.

"You know this place is too low-tired for anyone to take permanent residence here." The bartender said as he wiped the cups.

As the two were talking, the tavern door opened, and someone came in. They turned around and saw a young man with black hair who just left his teenage years walk with bloodstains all over him.

His eyes darted from one place to the other, scanning the place. He stared at the duo when they saw his crimson red eyes, they couldn't help to be dazed. He broke the silence and headed toward the bartender.

"Hello Sir, may I know where we are?" Henry respectfully greeted and asked what was bugged him the most. The two men glanced at each other as they heard his question.

The man explained that they are just at the east of the city he lived in, Bustin. It was a mountain range called Kathra that Arthur learned about when he attended school. The bartender said that it took one day of walking south of here to get to the train station.

Unluckily for Henry, he didn't have the money to buy a ticket. However,

"Do you guys buy beast materials?" Henry asked with the sudden thought came to his mind.

"Yes we do and I can even take you there with my mount. It would take an hour at most." The bartender offered.

Henry brought out a small mana core he got from the boar on his way here from his pockets. As the bartender examined it, he nodded his head and said it should be enough for the ride and the ticket. He even offered a bath and a meal to Henry free of charge.

After he washed, Henry had to wait for the bartender to ready his mount, so he opened the laptop the bartender offered. It had an internet connection, so Henry started reading some online articles by anything like the system.

After an hour of searching, his efforts were unrewarded. He didn't find anything like the system and he even asked some people online about it. Of course, they said he was crazy as something as anything of the sorts did not exist.

Therefore, he came to a conclusion that the system was only unique to him and he could use this to his advantage.

"You're ready?" The bartender, Joe, walked in and asked Henry. The latter nodded and cleared his browsing history before standing up to leave.

This was the first time Henry would ride a mount in his life. It was a giant wolf with a saddle on and a big scar across its face. Henry would have attacked the wolf on instinct if not for the wolf licking Joe's feet as he rubbed its head. It was a pretty sight that lifted Henry's spirits, and he laughed.

"Can I pat it too"

After an hour followed by a train ride, Henry found himself back home. By the time he got there, it was already nighttime. As he walked into his house, he found his weeping mother with his sister, Amelia hugging her with tears in his eyes.

"Oh? What's wrong?" Henry asked, puzzled. Hearing his voice, his mother flinched as she turned and looked at him with shock. In front of her was a letter that was too crumpled. His sister Amelia also turned toward him as she also looked at him with shock.

"My son… you're alive… you're really…" His mother words came like a whisper as she ran towards him and hugged him with all her might, scared he would disappear. As he heard his mother's words, he finally understood what happened. James must have contacted his family and told them he had died.

He didn't think something like this would happen, thus, he didn't prepare himself for it. That's why he didn't know what to do, letting his mother cry herself out as he patted her back, telling her he was still here.

After they calmed down, the three of them sat together and Henry explained everything that happened. Of course, He didn't say anything about the system. He only explained how he fell in the hole and found himself transported outside the dungeon.

Although it was uncommon and somewhat rare, it didn't defy common sense. His family bought it and he also told them that he awakened a fire manipulation ability. It was a recognized powerful ability so his family was thrilled to know that.

After their shock subsided, his mother and Amelia slept soundly that night. But Henry didn't feel that he needed sleep. His stamina felt like he had just woken up. Was it because of his new power?

"A Dragon, huh!' Henry thought. What an amazing life he will live in the future after awakening the power of a dragon. A creature that only exists in a fantasy world.

He reopened his Status Window while lying down.

"I should be able to join a guild and become a hunter now." Yes, one would need to become an awakener before he become a hunter.

Thus, this would give him the qualifications needed to become a hunter, allowing access to new resources and information. This way, he could find his missing father or the reason behind his disappearance.
