Tangero, who had been silent throughout the exchange, couldn't help but feel a sense of hopelessness. He knew that eizo plan was flawed, but he also knew that he was powerless to stop him. All he could do now was hope that somehow, someway, this madness would come to an end before it was too late.
Eizo further explained that his plan was "foolproof" because he wasn't dumb like Toni and Kaizo. He had already secured a deal with a rogue nation that was willing to buy Nova1, and they were waiting for his signal to transfer the funds. He had also made sure to cover his tracks and make it seem like the attack was carried out by a rival nation, so Sylvira would be more motivated to retaliate and buy more weapons from him.
Toni still wasn't convinced and argued that it was a risky and dangerous game to play, but Eizo dismissed his concerns, saying that in war, there were always casualties, and they were just doing what was necessary to ensure the safety and power of their nation.
army general Kaizo and how did you even met. Eizo replied that he had killed Kaizo long ago when he found out about his plan to expose Eizo's true identity as a spy.
Eizo replied, "That's right. Kaizo was useless to me. He didn't share my vision for the future. So I had to eliminate him.
As for how they met, Eizo explained that he had been living in chatta for years, but Kaizo had tracked him down and recognized him as his long-lost brother. Eizo then revealed his plan to Kaizo and convinced him to join him in his mission to obtain the nuclear weapon.
Eizo explained to Toni and Tangero how he had used his brother Kaizo's face for a surgery done by a specialist who was an immigrant from Novartica. Eizo had carefully planned the surgery, making sure that the specialist erased all the scars and marks that could reveal the truth about Kaizo's face. After the surgery, Eizo had personally trained himself to sound and act like Kaizo, to keep up the charade. He had used Kaizo's identity to get close to the Nova1 project and extract information.
Eizo further explained how he studied his brother's mannerisms and speech patterns to convincingly play his role as General Kaizo. He also mentioned how humans are easy to deceive, especially the eyes, and how just seeing his face alone didn't make people take notice of other things amiss.
As Tangero was listening to Eizo's explanation, he suddenly heard that same female voice in his head again, repeating the same phrase: "It's time, come... Only." He shook his head, trying to clear his mind, but the voice persisted. He wondered if it was a side effect of the shock he experienced from the events in the library, or if it was something else entirely. Nevertheless, he couldn't ignore the urgency in the voice, and felt that he needed to do something to stop Eizo's plan.
As Eizo was tired of playing with Tangero and Toni, he decided that his job was done and told them to stay down and not move. He then made his way out of the library, leaving behind a scene of destruction and chaos. Tangero and Toni were left on the ground, trying to process everything that had just happened.
As they lay there, Tangero heard that same female voice in his head again, repeating the words "it's time, come only." He couldn't make sense of it, but it was clear that something was happening, something he couldn't explain.
Toni whispered to Tangero to get up, but Tangero couldn't move. He was still in shock from the amount of death and destruction he witnessed in the library. His mind was blank, and he couldn't think straight. He knew they had to do something, but he didn't know where to start. He looked around at the bodies of his friends and comrades, feeling a sense of despair wash over him.
Toni saw the look on Tangero's face and knew he had to act fast. He pulled Tangero up and whispered to him, "We have to go. We can't stay here."
Tangero snapped out of his daze and nodded. He knew Toni was right. They couldn't afford to stay in one place for too long. They had to get out of there and find a way to stop Eizo before it was too late.
Toni turned to Tangero and asked him for the key to the library vault. Tangero hesitated for a moment, still in shock from the events that had just transpired. But then he remembered the missing files and quickly handed over the key to Toni. Toni rushed to the library vault , hoping to find some clue or evidence that could shed more light on what had just happened.
As Toni entered the library vault and saw the file intact, he was surprised to find that every page was present and not even one was missing. He began to wonder why Eizo had gone to such lengths to retrieve the replica of Earth-212 if all the information was still present in the library. He started to flip through the pages of the file, searching for any clues or discrepancies.
Toni came out of the library with the file in his hand and showed it to Tangero, "Nothing is missing," he said with a puzzled expression on his face. "Why would Eizo go through all that trouble to steal a replica of Earth-212 when he could have just taken the real thing from the library?"
