Truth answered gravely, "It depends on your deeds in life, Tangero. We will judge your actions and decide whether you will be sent to the Underworld or allowed to pass on to Elysium."
Ares interrupted, "But don't worry, we're not all doom and gloom here. We'll make sure you have a fun time either way."
Tangero rolled his eyes, "I don't know if that's supposed to make me feel better or not."
Truth sighed, "Just be prepared, Tangero. Your fate rests in our hands now."
Tangero: "Hey guys, can I ask you something?"
Ares: "Sure thing, kid. What's on your mind?"
Tangero: "Why are you guys the ones deciding for me? Shouldn't I have a say in all of this?"
Ares: "Oh please, you mortals always think you have control over everything. Sometimes, you need to let fate take its course."
Truth: "And besides, it's not like we're making the decision for you. We're just guiding you towards the truth."
Tangero: "But what if I don't want to know the truth? What if I just want to live my life in peace?"
Ares: "Peace? Where's the fun in that? You're a warrior, kid. You were born to fight."
Truth: "And besides, the truth will set you free."
Tangero: "But what if the truth is something I can't handle? What if it's too much for me to bear?"
Ares: "Then you fight through it! You push through the pain and the suffering until you come out on top! That's what it means to be a warrior."
Truth: "And we'll be here to help you every step of the way, I speak the truth."
Tangero: "I don't know, guys. This all seems a bit overwhelming."
Ares: "Overwhelming? Ha! You think this is overwhelming? Wait until you see what's coming next!"
Truth: "Don't listen to him. Just take things one step at a time. You'll get through this."
Ares: "Oh please, like he has a choice. The gods have already made their decision. The boy is destined for greatness."
Tangero: "Destined for greatness? What does that even mean?"
Truth: "It means you have the potential to do great things, Tangero. To change the world and make a difference."
Ares: "And to kick some serious ass while you're at it."
Tangero: "I don't know, guys. This all seems like a lot of pressure."
Ares: "Pressure? You think this is pressure? Wait until you see what's coming next!"
Truth: "I told you, Ares. You can't help but scare the kid."
Tangero: "Guys, can we just focus on one thing at a time? I need to catch my breath."
Truth: "Of course, Tangero. We'll be here whenever you're ready."
Ares: "..."
Ares: "Have you ever heard of reincarnation, Tangero?"
Tangero: "Reincarnation? Yeah, I've heard of it. Why do you ask?"
Ares and Truth looked at each other, then turned to Tangero with a sly grin. "We have 12 words just like the one you died in," Truth said, emphasizing each word.
Tangero was confused. "What does that mean?" he asked.
Ares, "It means we have the power to reincarnate you into another world," he said. "And we need you to do us a small favor."
"What favor?" Tangero asked, intrigued.
"We need you to become a hero," Truth said, a serious tone to her voice now.
"A hero?" Tangero repeated, still not quite grasping the situation.
"Yes, a hero," Ares said, grinning. "And not just any hero. We need you to become the greatest hero in this new world. That's our favor."
Tangero scratched his head. "And why do you need me to do this?" he asked.
"Well, let's just say the other gods aren't too fond of me," Ares said, shrugging. "And Truth here has been trying to change my ways. So we need someone to prove that we can make a difference in the world."
"And you want me to be that someone?" Tangero asked, still not quite convinced.
"Exactly," Truth said, nodding. "You have the potential to become a great hero. We just need to give you a little push in the right direction."
Tangero thought about it for a moment. He had always dreamed of being the person he couldn't in the world he passed away from, but he never thought it was possible. "Okay, I'll do it," he said finally. "But how exactly are you going to reincarnate me to ?"
