Maria's POV
Maria dressed up and came down stairs, she said that Sarah was hurriedly helping Rumi park her clothes she walked towards there to encounter what was Happening. she said "where are you going with these clothes" Sarah responded "Ma, I am going to wash them" Maria smiled "alright leave".
Maria then noticed that the room was empty, her suspicion grew. Panic surged through Maria's veins, and she swifly turned, catching a glimpse of Sarah fleeing into the distance. A mix of frustration and amusement danced in Maria's eyes as she muttered, "where do you think you can run in such a vast Mansion?"
Without wasting a moment, Maria summoned the guards, instructing them to apprehend Sarah. Lily and her husband Victor came down with Sofia. Sofia, voice quivering, inquired, "mummy, what is happening? Maria, her smile unwavering, reassured her, "my dear, I have urgent matters to attend to. Wait here"
Lily, taking Sofia's trembling hand, led her inside, a single tears trickling down her cheek.
Maria fueled by her true colors, retrieved a stick and stone it at Sarah's head. Sarah crumpled to the ground, blood staining the floor, her eyes wide open. Witnessing the scene, Rumi, her heart pounding, rushed to her mother's side, desperately tapping her, hoping for a survival.
Maria turned to the guards " you take her lifeless body and confine to the storage room." Lily, her eyes brimming with tears, whispered to herself, now you see the true nature of your mother."
Determined, she guided Sofia away from the chaos. Approaching Rumi, Maria grilled small hand tightly, her voice filled with malice
"Your the daughter of my enemy.(she turned to the guards)lock her up in a secluded room don't give her anyfood until I tell you to do so" the guards nodded, swifly, carrying out Maria's cruel bidding, while Rumi, innocent and bewildered, was left to face the consequences of her heritage.
In a moment of sheer chaos and desperation, Maria consumed by her own twisted motives, barged into Lily and Victor's room. Her eyes fell upon Sofia, clutching her toy, without a second thought, Maria cruelly slapped Sofia, shocking Victor, who couldn't fathom why a mother would harm her own child.
But Maria's smile revealed a dark secret.
"Don't tell me you don't know the truth?" She sneered.
(Lily knew what Maria was about to say but she couldn't stop her.) "Sofia isn't my daughter
She carries the blood of Lucas and Diana within her." Tears flows from Sofia's eyes, her word shattered by this revelation.
Lily, Victor's wife, stepped forward, her voice trembling with compassion. "Maria, she's just a child
Don't speak such hurtful words to her." Before Lily could finish, guards forcefully restrained Lily and Victor, their hands held tight.
Maria turned to Sofia, her eyes filled with malice. "Listen, Sofia. You and Rumi are twin sisters. I am not your mother. A wicked smile played of Maria's lips as she ordered the guards to separate Sofia and Rumi, locking them away in separate rooms.
