Merikh felt his eyes burning with rage as he glared at the familiar figure of Keir. His eyes never for one second glanced at Delaney but he could feel her watching him. If he shifted his eyes to her then he would be distracted and forget that she was the reason he was here in the first place.
Delaney couldn't help but gawk at the unfamiliar man before her. She had already imagined what he would look like in his human form but what she was seeing was far from what she imagined. Unlike Keir who was lean and gave off a powerful aura and a natural air of elegance, Merikh was powerfully built, with a threatening aura that if he glared at her the way he was glaring at Keir, she was sure his eyes would burn her alive. He had shoulder length black hair that fell on his back, and muscled arms and torso that were left bare for everyone to see.
