Chapter 29 - Legends, New headaches and Maya

Megha deeply pondered about something for the last couple of days, she didn't know how to feel about her current predicament. Has anyone ever told her that she at such a young age would seriously train or worry about her future.

' Well I probably would have laughed at their impressive imagination that's it,  after all there's no way such a day would come to her... this wasn't her style at all' she mocked herself as she imagined such a scenario in her mind but these funny thoughts aside she really was now plagued with such a worries.

There were unusual nervous feelings in her mind always pressuring her about the future, so despite her success in this short time and her tremendous improvement she truly felt like she would never be ready to face what was about to come as she was not very sure about her capabilities at that time.

But what she knew for one hundred percent was that Megha couldn't forgive herself if she failed this time too even if she lost a single person because of her incompetence she was deemed this chance failure and unworthy to continue with her life.

Could she really continue with her life if such a thing once again happened ' I would never allow such a things to happen to anyone, I want power an unquestionable power and authority whether the source is me or someone dear to me doesn't matter but only with such a card in my hand I can comfortably get rid off these fears. ' she thought to herself.

She was also very ashamed by her lack of courage and moments of weakness in time like this, at times she couldn't even peacefully sleep because of these thoughts she truly felt helpless as the reality of the situation set in, her only consolation was that anyone in her situation felt these kind feelings.

Despite surviving relentless pursuit by her enemies she was long accept her situation and learn think through difficult time even before she decapitated she lost her cool head ' Maybe because I don't want anything happened to my family and precious few friends ' she guessed it in her mind.

She still hated her pathetic mentality, mere thought of her weakness and the helpless feeling she might be facing all this alone, so when she got an interesting news from her shadow guards Megha decided to give into her impulse for one last time.

Megha wrote a list of names and asked her guards to gather information about each of these people when she decided to fight for everyone besides it's not like the list only contains dangerous or her future enemies, nope nothing like that at least not entirely.

These people who at some point of her life made considerable impact in her previous life she wanted to reach out to some people. A few key people who might be a turning point help her grow if she managed to find them; some people were enemies, spies and traitors.

Not all of them entered her life in some way. She likes to prepare for them not to get too surprised, so when she finds names of spies she decides to kill them off as soon as she can.

Each of these three grew and got some important position in sect management two outright being spies one turned out to be a hypocrite opportunist.

They literally dig the pit for her family's downfall and her imprisonment later, although at that point none of them realized the other party was a spy or became the main force; she would still kill whoever stood against her.

She devised a plan and finished them off in a single night, Megh didn't even care about the consequences at all.  She also wants to alert the elder's mentality just to make them a little more observant enough she would make them realize the precarious situation of the sect.

Megha still felt the tingling feeling after she was killed for the first time in her new life and felt the strings tied around her body seem to break away. There was a saying amongst Martial Society " A True Martial artist who walk their Martial Path had to always prepare themselves to take a life in some part of their life with their own hands"

In her previous life she didn't have courage to kill anyone before her late twenties, had she boldly taken that step with resolution Vaani shouldn't have died in her lap.

After all, the world was cruel if someone came after her life or tried to capture her, they aren't going to back off  just because she has some talent and can defend herself.

She suddenly felt Vaani nudging her from the side,  Megha frowned as she glanced at Vaani, who threw glares at funny eyes with her with wide eyes. Megha was quick to understand, sure enough she noticed her father was glancing at her now and then.

Megha was secretly glad she wasn't being asked any question about these lessons as she never bothered to listen to what he was teaching in the first place. She doesn't think someone of her father's caliber could teach her anything noteworthy, she was that arrogant about her own experience and comprehension.

If someone constantly in a life and death situation managed to live through long enough their gain and perspective was bound to be different from what a pacifist sect leader comprehends in all of his life of course one shouldn't blindly believe in this kind arrogant approach, it was just her own opinion.

Megha decided to pay some attention at least this put Vaani's mind at ease sparring her nagging; Like everyone she also put on an intrigued expression when she heard Vaani's question.

Only to hear her father talking some nonsense about old stories and believes the most ridiculous part was she know very well her father wasn't believe in such a bullsh*t he was talking about ' Then why waste both of our time, to preach this nonsense '

Megha knew as she saw his embarrassed expression he might push the responsibility to some tradition but she strongly disagreed he wasn't here to teach traditional value class but as a martial arts teacher.

Was he wrong to follow or teach such tradition and its beliefs for ones? Of course the job of a teacher is to teach and enlighten his students, guide them to self evaluation as they look at themselves and set them on the right path not to teach some old nonsensical lore when he himself doesn't believe it in the first place.

' Broke the world Into pieces... hehehe, what a ridiculous notion' she mocked and thought of some other nonsense she found funny.

" At the end of the road where this so called Godhood lies, Every practitioner had the courage to dream big, like achieving godhood don't limit your dreams to common people standards, those things might be the factors define just who you are in the future " Thruva going on like this while mixing his own philosophy in his explanation.

'He still try brain- look for like minded people tch!' But Megha, like the rest of them, nodded their heads as he continued with his lecture, it's like what he was saying she didn't think It was Godhood or something similarly grand she even thought it was an even simpler evolution of one's life or in this case return to origin.

Martial artists had to pursue the origin of everything, from a certain point of view everything born in this world had potential to improve the very essence of their life and achieve something inexplicable and mysterious.

The humans of the past saw their life was at the foot of natural order and food chain as even mindless beasts were capable of growing powerful and gaining spiritual wisdom humans seek and find a way for self evolution that's how martial arts come by or at least that's what she believes.

The return to the origin term was easier to say than achieve, in this vast world at least there was no person she heard or documented to reach such a level in this part of the world.

Was that very hard? Of course it was very very hard to reach such a level in practical life. If they are, they might have really ruled the world unhindered.

To reach such a state means one's mental and spiritual connection with physical condition has to reach certain stage of purity and augmentation have to undergo nirvana,  overcome the heavens will, if they succeed it's possible for them to gain godly powers in mortal world, this what referred attainment of godhood.

As a half step great-grandmaster power house she had her own understanding and research to know this kind of stuff who knows her daddy dearest would pull this kind of stunt.

Megha figured her father had to temper his mentality further to have any chance of breaking through to the next realm.

Experts believe only a new born child could be said less filthy when they were born, but they lack other qualities be it mental state, spirit or in physique and getting enlightenment these children flawed in certain way follow through there.

it was likely heaven never allowed anyone to reach such a state in such a simple way. It's more like giving them hope who is capable enough to figure things out.

It's true even newborn children's bodies contain filth not that pure and their spirit was like a flickering light barely had any presence as for their mentality they didn't even develop their consciousness enough.

Was shredding one mortal coil was that easy, experts believe those born with innate special physique have a certain chance to succeed the ultimate goal In their lives despite hard requirements that had yet to be seen.

Megha got up with everyone after the class finished and followed the students out. These people were either core students or seeded disciples. She can attend these special lessons and was given privileges from sect leaders or supreme elders because of her monstrous talent and status in the sect.

"Junior Sister please wait! Junior Sister Megha?'' A gentle exclamation stopped both her and Vaani in their tracks.

Megha noticed Vaani grimaced a little, puzzled when she noticed the jogging figure in the distance. Her face also changed to a tall pretty young woman jogging towards them with a gentle smile and cheerful air behind her. A few other girls followed her but only they didn't jog and chose to walk at a speedy pace.

Almost all of the students present turned their attention towards the girl who seemed to be in her late teens, Megha's lips twitched little 'Sigh, for heaven's sake why now out of all time' her temples throbbed especially at the sight of another party's certain bouncing assets.

' I wonder whether she is doing it on purpose or not ' then slightly shook her head and chided herself for having such eccentric thoughts out of the blue.

" Ah! So it's senior Sister Maya?" Vaani politely asked Megha if there was a slight lazy drawl in her tone, she could even tell Vaani Also regretting not walking fast enough to run into her.
