Me and Rev went our separate ways for the next 2 weeks until the train starts moving again. I don't understand why it stops in area 3. There is nothing but garbage and homeless people here.
You can smell the dead from 6 miles out. Why did Rev want to stop here. We could make it to area 4 in less than a day by running. Only thing here I have to do is train my technique.
I need to improve the shadows. It's like they have a whole city built down there. I grab a dead body before I go down there and give it to the shadows. One of them enters it.
The shadow starts to talk " Thank you for the body my king. I am War"
"It's only temporary anyway who are you war?" I respond
" I am the leader of the 4 horseman of the apocalypse" War says.
" Who are the 4 horsemen?" I ask
" We are a guardian group who used to protect humanity. We stopped things like Ragnarok and armageddon from eradicating humanity." War says.
" So why doesn't anyone remember you?" I ask
" Zeus was mad when we stopped Ragnarok. So he killed us." War said.
" So what you still exist in whatever area of hell you went to" I say.
" We would have but, Zeus proceeded to start killing anyone who remembered us. However, since he couldn't kill off all of humanity he erased everyone's memories. So we ended up becoming shadows." War says.
" I'll take revenge for you guys one day." I say back.
"Thank you sire but I can no longer inhabit this body it is too weak." War says.
After he says that the body disappears and he reverts back into a formless shadow. I needed better information on the shadows which is good.
The 4 horseman are stronger than I thought as well. Clearly i'll need a stronger bodies for them. Especially war I could feel his power. Even in that weak body he could've killed me with just the tip of his finger.
I go back up in the shadows it's nighttime. I check my day watch and it's been 4 days. I start training. I want to be the embodiment of perfect technique whether it's with a sword, a knife, nunchucks, spears, scythes, axes, hammers, anything that can be used.
I will get to pure perfection. Losing can not cross my path i'll split the oceans with my ability. I shall be unrivaled under the sun.
" NoTe what the fuck are you doing we are gonna miss the train" I hear Rev yell.
I look at him confused and say. " what are you talking about it hasn't even been 5 days and how did you find me?"
" What are you talking about it's been the whole 2 weeks. The train is about to leave." Rev says.
I'm confused so I check my day watch. He's right it has been the full 2 weeks. We start walking to the train and hop on the top before it leaves.
" You smell like ass did you train for 2 weeks straight?" Rev says.
" Yeah something like that but I can't shower until we reach area 4" I respond. " So what did you do in area 3?" I ask.
" I got into a few fights and looked for remnants of Stitch and tried to find some type of proper structure here" Rev says.
" Did you find anything?" I ask.
" I didn't really find anything for Stitch since it has been a while since he came here. There wasn't no proper structure either. I couldn't find any driving force behind area 3." Rev says
" So what do you think will happen when we meet your dad?" I ask.
" Hopefully he'll accept me as his son. He might not accept me at first. I believe we can convince him."
Rev says that with a smile on his face. He continues " what do you plan on doing in area 4?"
" I'm going to rise all the way to the top of their fight club. Then hopefully get some connections with area 7. Then slowly take it over until it's mine so I can start making some real money" I say.
" how long will we stay in the slums?" Rev asks.
" Until we our the strongest here and you get a good relationship with your father." I say back.
" It won't be easy getting to the strongest. I heard all the leaders of the areas could hold out for a bit against the family leaders. Which makes them extremely powerful for a human." Rev says.
"That isn't all in battle. It doesn't matter who we go against. We will end up stronger no matter what." I say back
" What do you plan on doing after we leave the slums?" Rev asks me.
" I want to become the strongest and have battles with the best of the best." I say back.
Rev starts and laughing and says. " That sounds like you I wouldn't expect any less."
Rev fell asleep after that and I just sat in the night. Whenever it is nighttime I allow the shadows to roam free. So they can take in more information and make expansions on the shadow world.
As their king i'm responsible for them. I am their strength. I'll take revenge against Zeus for them and anyone else who has condemned them into that prison.
Since without me they have no existence they are just there. However, they would have no consciousness no thought process just a shadow. Forever cursed to only appear in someone's reflection.
I'll build the strength I need and take out any god necessary no matter how long it takes. If my shadows can keep my body intact. Then I can use the evolution trait to keep evolving myself to higher levels.
It will only work for so long though. Since a regular human body isn't strong enough. I'll have to ask either a god, a devil, or a dragon to gift me with a strong body. I'll do whatever is necessary to be the best regardless even kill a kid.
