"Hi ma'am.I'm Dante,"the man says in a husky voice as he stepped forward and stretched his hand out.
Something about that voice makes takes me completely by surprises. I hadn't expected it to sound so familiar and not in a good way.I'm sure that I have heard of it before but where ,I don't know.
I look at his face and try to place him but I can't.Those blue eyes do seem familiar though.
Maybe this is all in my head.I doubt that I would forget the man with the tattoo on his throat if I had seen him.
Despite my confusion, I remember my manners and shake his rough hands but still not sure about what was going on.
"Please call me,Lina,"I tell him in a low voice.
The room suddenly becomes quiet with Anna not looking like she knew what to say and the huge guy saying nothing but just looks at me curiously, as if trying to figure something out.What that is,I have no idea.
He lets go of my hand quickly,coughing a bit.
